Esther and Peter Egli were very affectous at check-in and at check-out. The hotel service exceeded our expectations. The Suvretta ski school has a fantastic offer of teachers. Our thanks to Guilherme (who Speaks a wonderful Portuguese) Mick and MEO. All the waiters and maids were very friendly. Our thanks to Vanessa and Marco. The most wonderful crêpe with chocolate at breakfast. Very complete ski store. Amazing Restaurants!!! Many thanks from 🇵🇹 Portugal. We loved Suvretta House 🇨🇭! Obrigado, vamos ter saudade!

Beautiful location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suvretta House in St. Moritz! The room was absolutely gorgeous with lots of space and comfortable amenities for an enjoyable stay. The staff members were outstanding and the services throughout the property were top-notch! Breakfast was an absolute highlight featuring fresh seasonal fruits, high-quality meat products, cereals and fresh press juices and smoothies. It's always a pleasure to come back to Suvretta every time and of course we couldn't wait to return back to this again soon!

The property has a feeling of royalty & vintage. The view and the ambience and the staff are amazing and top notch. All facilities are perfectly managed with amazing breakfast. It was our first destination of our switzerland and as per our trip, it would be definitely the perfect choice to stay and experience the beauty of St.moritz & Switzerland.

Amazing!! Stunning beauty and world class charm. Ski in/out. And the spa, oh the spa, was heaven. Sitting in the jacuzzi looking out over the most beautiful mountain scene you could ever imagine. 1st class and no place is even close. Will go again, and again.

I could stay longer.

Perfect stay, I liked everything. Service was very nice, room was great, bed is extremely comfortable, bathroom big and comfortable to use. The building itself is enormous and very interesting, also pretty comfortable. I guess you can just stay there, look at the mountains and never even go outside, and don't feel restricted in any way. Stayed in summer, the hiking from this place is ideal: there are trails starting nearby, and the bus stop just round the corner, so it's very easy to go anywhere.

To critic anything I have to really think about it... Well, in my room getting into the bath wasn't very easy, an additional handle would have been appreciated. Free water bottle would have been nice too, it's important if you go hiking, and it's not a big cost. As you can imagine, this is all so minor that it's not important at all. :) Ah, also, the free transfer to the other restorant up the hill would have been nice too, I guess more people would go there in this case (if there is one, it's not advertised, so we just didn't go).

Staff were wonderful and facilities perfect. Very accommodating to English speaking guests. Service in restaurant at lunch and dinner first class. Thank you.

I liked everything

We liked your hotel, amazing staff, quality food and attention to detail in everything. You make every guest feel special.

The only thing we would improve were beds - there were 2 single beds and 2 single duvets for a couple and it felt very uncomfortable to sleep "with a hole in the middle". Having a proper king size bed for a couple and a proper large duvet would enhance our experience. But overall we loved your hotel and had an incredible time there. Thank you
