The beds are like little clouds and the rooms hold historical charm with a modern flair. Each detail made the stay memorable and a place we would like to return to in the future. The bar was a great welcome option upon arrival and the bartender added the extra cheer for our teenagers. All staff was ready and eager to help at any time. We also found the shuttle from the train to be efficient and so easy to connect with after a long day of travel. Very pleasant stay indeed!

A shuttle up to the town above would be the added touch to make this stay exceptional. It was a rainy evening the taxi drivers really uncharge for any trips to town. We expected this but a shuttle would be wonderful.

- Excellent location - Room size was big - Ski storage - Quick access to the Ovaverva Swimming pool and Spa - Very near to the Signal bahn - Staff at the breakfast were very kind and served is very quickly even though it was full house

- We tried to use the Fitness in Ovaverva (as the hotel does not have its own fitness) but we received conflicting information on how is that possible for hotel quests. The hotel reception told us we have to check at the Fitness. The Fitness reception told us we can use it for a reduced fee. Then the Ovaverva reception ended up charging us each a full day fee for a 30 min workout. It was a very annoying experience having to “research” and still getting incorrect information. I wish the hotel could pick this up with the Fitness and clarify for the future.

Recently renovated (top floor rooms still under renovation) hotel. The staff were fantastic and helped us with so many things. Really great that they offer ski rental at the hotel, with such a short walk to the nearest ski lift. The hotel restaurant serves wonderful food, and at better prices than any of the others we visited during our stay.

There were no pictures of the included breakfast on booking.com, which left us unsure what to expect when we booked. The good news is the breakfast was phenominal!

Proximity to cable car, proximity to a forest (friendly to walk around with kids), breakfast buffet, quality restaurant with very good selection, nice bar with live music, renovated bathroom in the room.

It seems like the hotel is gradually renovating - while the bathroom was renovated, the rest of the room was quite aged. A little bit far from the action/town center.

Beautiful hotel, great sized family room with a large balcony. Breakfast was superb, staff super friendly. The access to and proximity of the pool and spa made a good stay a fabulous one. Kids especially loved the Fun Tower and high diving boards. I loved leaving them and hiding in the adult only spa 😊 Five minutes walk to the gondola at St Moritz Dorf and an easy bus ride to the main square and funicular.

The overall style of the common area is great. Proximity to the spa area and getting the necessary accessories is very good. Access to the SPA is exceptional, must go. There is a very nice bar, restaurant and also a theatre.

On reservation time you are not informed about the free shuttle from the train station. The rooms need significant refresh and please hire a better interior designer that is not a fan of brown.

Everything was spectacular. They picked us at the train station within 10 minutes and room was stellar. Beautiful views on 3 sides, updated lightening, comfortable beds/mattress/pillows and elegant decor plus quiet too. The main areas with the beautiful chandelier and historic decor is beautiful too.

Wish shower was actually larger and suggest wall above the tile be either wall papered or tiled to complete the elegant look.

Very beautiful hotel building and nicely renovated 1./2. floors. We got the corner room 111 which was absolutely fabulous with a balcony and nice views to the mountains. Breakfast was very good and the included in price access to the amazing Ovaverva Spa across the street was a great plus. Given the location almost next to the Signal cablecar and bus stops that give you easy access to also Corvatch, I would be very happy to visit this hotel again for a skiing/winter holiday.

No restaurant within the building (except for breakfast). Some aspects maybe need a bit of renovation.

The staff was very nice. By the time we arrived at the train station, our driver was already waiting for us at the meeting point. The location is nice, few steps from a ski lift and across the street of the spa. The room is spacious and had a great view of the mountains. They dropped us punctually at the train station on our last day.

The location is really good, close to ski slopes. The hotel is an old building, but it looks lovely, with new and cosy furniture, warm blankets, cute baby cot (we needed it for our daughter). The breakfast was very rich, with a broad selection of food. The ladies attending the customers at breakfast were very nice and taking care of all the requests. Lunch and dinner can be served in other restaurants (different specialties: italian, thai, indian, swiss), located in “sister” hotel, Laudinella. The 2 hotels are very close together, therefore I don’t see this as an issue. At the ski rental center again I was treated very nice and they were very understanding, even when I was left without my rental skis (seems someone took them by mistake at the slope). At the reception desk, I discussed with different employees different requests we’ve had and everything was solved quickly and politely.

Absolutely no complain.
