This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Zurich. Great location right next to Wipkingen train station and a few minutes walk from bus/tram stations which take you directly to/from the city centre. Good value for money, easy check in, clean and modern. Decent size shower with hot water. TV and room heating working fine. Made use of lockers which came in handy when we needed to store our luggage after check out. Helpful staff. The coffee and vending machines at the reception are a nice touch.

There could have been at least a table and chair in the room as there was plenty of space which is not being utilised to its full potential. The bed was not the most comfortable but bearable. Bathroom sink was a little small but nothing too bad.

Excellent room for our group and good location. The hotel was in a quiet spot but with more lively areas nearby. Access from the airport is easy: train takes only 8 minutes. The town centre is some distance away but it's possible to walk there in 30 minutes.

Room was very hot and there was no way of cooling it down. I am prepared to allow for the fact that the outside tempertature was very high however. With the skylight open, sleeping eventually became comforatable in the early hours.

The automated check-in went smoothly. The location was just a few minutes from the train station. There were some cafes, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There was a coffee vending machine on premises which I could get some coffee from. The room was not very big but OK for just sleeping. Considering the prices in Zurich, I think the room was worth the price overall.

There was no table in my room, whether big or small. The shower room was very tiny. I didn't user it.

The room was really nice! Comfortable and the location is really nice. Easily accessible by public transport or cab. They provide free locker services which are based on availability and they answer pretty quickly if we have any questions. There are also vending machines that have really good hot chocolate, coffee and personal hygiene kits.

The room lacked storage space which made it very difficult for us to store luggages. The bathroom was also small.

Check-in machine didn’t work well, so I have got a key-card but was not told the room number and WiFi password. I had to find out on my own. My room was in the 1st floor so I had to test only (!) 2 or 3 doors before I found mine. Not the best experience but could be much more stressful if it was somewhere else. And I had to ask other guests about WiFi password.

Very easy smart check-in. I have not any problems with it and I am not a big fan of new technologies :-). The hotel is located near Wipkingen train station, the city center can be reached on foot for 20 minutes. The room is spacious and very clean. We were very satisfied, I definitely recommend it. Nice and clean accommodation near the center of Zürich for a very good price :-).

You can hear the passing trains a bit, luckily they didn't run at night, so we slept well.

This hotel location are super convenience, just a few minute walk you can get to Wipkingen station, from airport to this hotel only few min, take S24 line, no necessary for interchange, and also easy access to Zurich Main station ZURCIH H/B, i am booking family room, the room are not very spacious, but is enough for our family of 4, got 1 double bed, and two single bed, is very comfy, i love this hotel so much, will choose to stay again for my next visit.

No human staff!

Perfect location for our visit. Clean room. You only get 2 coat hangers and no storage for clothes. Not somewhere you would spend a great deal of time. It's really just somewhere to sleep, rest, and shower.
