- Dogs are welcomed with a big bed and bowl, they were allowed everywhere in the hotel so not confined to the room. - Grab and go breakfast is excellent value although not all restaurant staff knew about this option (for CHF 9 pp) - Nice view from the sauna on the rail tracks/city (ask for spa bag in the reception which included robe, slippers and towel). - Cool design throughout the hotel including a functioning polaroid camera in the room (the photos were terrible quality though ) and blackout curtains (had the best sleep for a long time) - The location is walking distance to the main train station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

- No child friendly food options in the restaurant lunch/dinner menu (it's a healthy food with a twist, which I liked but my kids were not keen on either sweet potato or spicy sauce added in the burger). - We were there for 3 days and a day before NYE our window (7th floor) was covered by a huge advert with a Happy New Year greeting. It covered our view out of the window so we couldn't see either fireworks or morning sunshine. There were nice cushions by the window where one can sit and observe the view - I had enjoyed that for 2 days. - Only one lift was functioning - this created problems especially since there was a 3 day festival of Heal Love Play in the hotel - it was busy. Getting up or down to the 7th floor took at least 10 min every time.

Really fantastic hotel. We booked it because it was a short walk from Zurich's central train station, but we were so impressed from the moment we checked in. Staff were super friendly, our room was spacious and had a great window seat for relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like (well-settled) babies. They supplied the rooms with a decent blow dryer (such a rare thing!) and a nice selection of tea, coffee and complimentary minibar items. The location was great as a base for seeing the city, and there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you didn't want to go far. When we checked in, the staff noted that we were lucky because we were staying on a Saturday night and next morning's breakfast would be extended as brunch and available until 2pm (!). The buffet was fantastic and had a delicious selection of sweet and savoury items, plus great barista coffee made to order. We also had a few drinks at the bar in the evening, and the cocktails were genuinely excellent - not just good for a hotel bar, but properly good. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and gave good advice on options for getting to the airport upon checkout. Oh! And the trainspotting sauna was awesome too!

Everything was perfect. Only downside was that we couldn't stay longer - will definitely be back.

Loved the location, bed was very comfortable, room was spotless clean. We loved the shower products and the lavender scent. Didn't get to go in the sauna, but did enjoy Trainspotting at night from the patio. We'll save the sauna for next time! Loved the Cinchon bar downstairs - yummy cocktails and enjoyed being able to order some snacks from Neni (yummy). Staff were exceptionally friendly. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Coffee in the rooms would have been nice, but we understand and appreciate the sustainability efforts. That being said, it was easy to get it at the bar in the morning (and it was delicious down there!).

Very well equipped rooms, with comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff, great restaurant downstairs. Great location in Zurich, walkable to city center. All in all a really pleasant stay.

The room I was staying in was a bit small, especially when you added quite a big dog bed, that the hotel kindly provided for my pet. My parents stayed in a similar room and with two suitcases they were also struggling. The daily parking fee is quite expensive, so in the end we found another solution. We also didn't try the breakfast, as it was quite expensive per person, and we do not eat much in the morning.

Almost everything, as it is one of my favorite networks in Europe!

In-room electric teapot has such a short cord (pardon me)), that it could not be normally plugged anywhere across the room, as if it was smth purely decorative. Also, when ordering from Neni downstairs, you have to pick up yourself and bring it up, which is quite an acrobatic experience involving card-access to the elevator and the room, especially if you decided to pair food with a bottle of wine (which comes already opened and with glasses). Couple of times I was super-near to an epic fail just in front of my door!)))

Property is located 10 min walking distance from main train station and city center. Generally property was clean and customer service desk pleasant and helpful.

Property has very high guest rating , however the hotel, rooms have rather industrial look and design. No coffee maker in the room ( however it could be requested at the desk- we discovered that option upon checking out..). Rooms serves as bedroom and bathroom . Sink across shower with glass door , which provides no privacy while taking shower… I suspect that high rating is attributed most likely to downstairs restaurant with cosmopolitan atmosphere and night life. It attracts loots of young people , not only hotel guests.

We had a slight problem with our room which was immediately resolved within seconds. Kim was the nicest staff member myself and my husband had ever come across. She gave us complimentary drinks, a new room and breakfast because of the inconvenience caused. Not only that she took the time to guide us to touristic destinations to visit. Every staff member we came across was extremely friendly, welcoming and made us feel special! Because of the service alone, I highly recommend staying in this hotel. Location is great minutes away from the center and train station too :)

Very good and interesting breakfast offerings which we did not have to pay for one day because the staff was apologizing for a big problem created by one part of the staff. On another day we went across the street and around the corner to the migrolino store where breakfast food is available for a fraction of the hotel charge albeit less elaborate. The hotel like some others in this part of the world is stingy with coffee but that may reflect the cost of importing it. We thought the room was cute and hip and amusing with things to read and play with the reception and breakfast staff and assistant managers were very nice people who made us happy. The overall decor at ground level caters to people aged from twenty to forty with neon signs and loud music in the evening and interesting bar drinks. It is a ten minute walk from the main railroad station on a modern safe street.

We pointed out to several staff members who responded well that rooms numbered 200 and up on that floor have a step down from the bed area to the rest of the room. One cannot see the step carom the bed end at night as there is no shiny strip or other way of discerning the step in the dark. Accidents don’t need to happen as the staff readily agreed. For a few months from summer 2924 reserve rooms on other floors till the hotel installs markers or shiny strips or tiny lights. There were also lots of light switches but few things to plug tech things into

Room had a view of langstrasse which was cool. Working air conditioning in zurich is a luxury. Great extra amenities in the room to use during your stay (e.g. speaker, friday tote bag). A free mini fridge with actually a nice selection of drinks and 1 pack of nuts and chocolate. Staff was nice.

Paying the deposit during my stay, i was unaware i would have to do that and had to go down to the reception and pay it again on like night 3 or 4 since their system got messed up. Had to ask for room service if I wanted it that day.
