The apartment was located via a short flat 15 minute walk from Zürich HB railway station. It had several food options surrounding the building and was about 20-30 minutes walk from the old town. It was clean, well equipped with toiletries and the amenities were more than sufficient for a short stay. It had cooking and tea making facilities and a fridge. Zürich is an expensive destination so it was good value.

The office was only staffed for a short period in the afternoon which I understand as it’s a budget operation. Perhaps make it easier to contact the office and have an intercom at the front door and not rely on phones.

Very nice place. Microwave, fridge, shower, backyard, fans. Everything as expected.

The communication was lacking, we couldnt get in at first, because there were a lot of different instructions on the booking page and in email and in messages and on the door. The biggest problem was that one of the beds was missing a few planks so the matress falls. I got hurt trying to sit down on this bed.

One of the cheapest option. Value for money. Inclusive of toiletries, have lift, clean, quiet place. Easy check-out

More information on laundry facility. They didn’t inform me how to reach the basement (you need to insert the key to activate the basement area), they don’t sell laundry soap. I need to buy a bulk detergent from the shop. More details will help me enjoy my day rather than stuck in sorting my laundry which in the first place part of listed amenity.

The room was very comfortable, good size, slept well. The neighborhood was quiet and the room was very close to convenient public transportation!

When we arrived we rang the buzzer to be let in and no one came to the door. We had to call a number to be let in, but as international travelers without an international phone plan that can rack up a large cost.

Convenient location, value for money. Clean spacious rooms. stovetops , microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven etc were useful to cook own meals. Cooking utensils were sufficient in three bedroom apartment. There was hair dryer , iron also. Hassle free check in. Staff are responsive always.

I also booked one two bedroom apartment. It was also clean and spacious with all cooking facilities like three bedroom apartment. But more cooking utensils are required.

The place was nice and a 10 min walk from the Zurich HB station. Supermarket Denners was nearby and there were some food places nearby as well. Room was big enough for 3 people with 3 single beds. The receptionist was nice too. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use.

1. The pillows are not good - they need to change the pillows. 2. The phone outside the door does not work even if there is a sign that says to dial a number to get them. They dont have a whatsapp number as well and they expect you to call them, which is not good because we will incur overseas charges. They should get the doorbell fixed. Luckily for us, someone saw us and opened the door for us.

Great location with many facilities close by for Zürich including a 19 minute walk to the Zürich HB train station, 2 minutes for a large Migrolino for food shopping and for our visit we appreciated a 3 minute walk to the X-tra which holds concerts. The room was clean and had all the facilities you need such as microwave, a good size fridge with small freezer, an oven and hob and a kettle. We had a room with a balcony which was used all the time.

The room is very tightly packed but for me it was ok and I prefer to have the facilities than space. There is not much room to place the suitcases. Also this room had 2 single beds and no double.

i like everything, and particularly lady, sorry i forgot her name representative of hotel, she was very cooperative and accommodate our many requested whatever she could.

actually the price what appeared prior booking on website which shows all tax included , but i noticed there were some hidden charged in my price, all in all price cast me 11 euro more which I also complaint via email to booking .com but my mail was not reach to the site owner.

5 minutes walk to large grocery store, 15 minutes to Hauptbahnhof, several restaurants nearby, mini kitchen in room, laundry in basement, friendly relaxed staff. Very near tram stop. Comfortable bed. Inexpensive price (for Zürich).

Small room is probably not for everyone, non central location is a bit of a walk to town. Could hear room noise at night through wall from next door. Building is a bit dated although the room was modern. Not enough power outlets, none near bed.

Some 10-15 min walk from Zürich central station, in a vivid neighborhood - yet still quiet. The apartment came as advertised, with enough space, functional bath room, large bed, TV, excellent internet and quiet neighbors. The room was cleaned thoroughly on a daily base. Oh, and you get a full kitchen in your room.

There is no common room or other space to get to know anyone else staying at the place.
