The hotel is located within a short walking distance to a Tram/Bus station and you can reach any place within the city in minutes. The transfer from the airport is easy & quick (S-bahn to Hauptbahnhof, #3 tram to Albisriederplatz). The hotel is simple, but clean and efficient. A breakfast is available at the hotel. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. It's a great value to spend a few days in town, but it doesn't have the amenities for a longer stay or to pamper yourself. I served my purpose and expectations and I would certainly go back. The hotel has a lift but you have to go up 4 steps to get to the lift.

We were re-assigned to the Mercure Hotel Stoller because the Olympia's elevator was broken. The Stoller was even closer to the tram stop. It is a renovated hotel with confusing hi-tech lights and shower controls, confusing for a couple of tired senior people not accustomed to European technology. The air conditioning could only bring the temperature down by 4 degrees, and was also hard to figure out. The staff was friendly and kind, and we were glad there was a mini-fridge with cold water in the room.

It would have been most helpful to have some directions on how to manage the lights, the air conditioning, and how to turn on and adjust the water temperature in the shower. Breakfast was a la carte with rather slow service, but good food.

The hotel is very basic, but has everything you need. The location can't be beat and the value for price is very good. The beds are not the most comfortable and the rooms are small, but when in Zurich we don't spend any time at all in the hotel, it's just to sleep. The coop supermarket across the road is super convenient and the pastries, bread rolls and coffee at Kuhn bakery at Albisriederplatz 1 minute away are awesome for breakfast.

The beds are not the most comfortable, but I am also not the youngest person anymore either. I would also love to have a kettle and some cups, glasses and water in the room to make coffee.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We had lunch & dessert at a restaurant he recommended, and my daughter was excited about the ice cream. The crib in our room (advance reservation required) was also very helpful! We stayed here at the end of our two-week trip to Switzerland and it was a great ending. Thank you very much!

The elevator was small so we had to go back and forth several times. (We had a baby stroller and large suitcases.) It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and kettle in the room. (Hot water was available at the reception.)

Near the tram stop with some local stores. The place was quiet and private. Good value for travelling and visiting switzerland

A little outdated and tight on space.

The check in process was smooth; we reached early and stored our luggage, came back for check in, no problem. Special shout out to Sladana, who was excellent at the reception.

The only grouse was that the breakfast was just about adequate. Eggs available were only boiled, and we had to use a boiler to do it ourselves. The booking page mentioned "excellent continental breakfast"; it was adequate, but definitely not "excellent". Other than this, great stay.

Very good location with access to transport facilities. Excellent place to leave the bicycle over night. Impressive staff. The Ukrainian man working during the night shifts was very friendly and helpful. The other one working during the day shift was slightly arrogant, but still willing to help when asked nicely.

Very limited parking spots and very expensive. From Saturday evening one can park on the street, but during the week and on Saturdays, it’s a real challenge to leave your car safely and without parking fines.

Brilliant staff, very friendly. Location was excellent, trams right on the doorstep to take you into the heart of beautiful Zurich. Spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice spacious bathroom with a good shower. Local area is nice with a supermarket right across the road, and a football ground ten minutes away which could be of interest to some.

Not a complaint! Just to let people know they do need a security deposit upon arrival, price will vary on amount of people, and length of stay. Again, not a complaint just a heads up for any fellow idiots that don't read the terms and conditions 🤣 get your money back soon as you check out!

They taken room booking charges at the time of check-in , but also 100 CHF ( Swiss currency ) Extra deposit , I think it is unnecessary anyway, still am not received return, was left hotel yesterday , they told it will reversed , hope will getting it soon, Breakfast not provided ,

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We believe we got upgraded to a triple room as it acceded our expectations . The city center is a half hour walk, but there's public transport right outside. There's a supermarket across the street and it's quiet at night.

The mini kitchen had a fridge, but it'd be nice to have a kettle as well next time. Our wifi was very poor in the room and kept cutting out.
