Modern and comfortable. The complementary sparkling waters and treats were a nice touch and appreciated! Check in was easy and the gentlemen at the front was very friendly and helpful.

It was very hot and there was no AC, but a fan was provided. The location was a bit dodgy, which was ok for 1 night, however in the morning we left at about 6.30am and there were heaps of people on the street who had been partying all night and a huge fight broke out, which was actually very scary as there were bottles smashing and yelling (and I have lived in some dodgy neighbourhoods and not experienced anything like this). The police did arrive promptly however. Perhaps don’t stay here on the weekend.

Accessible location. Room is spacious. Staff (Rafael) is helpful and considerate.

Sketchy location. I don't think the property owner/manager can do something about it, though. It is located in this sleazy bars area - streets look unsafe at night and are lined with so much trash in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you will also hear loud bar goers or passersby shouting at one another. (But I was ok with it because I requested for a room on the ground floor since the property does not have lifts.)

From the one hand, hotel is located very close to train station what makes it ideal, if you are staying only for one night and after go elsewhere. Also very clean room with all conditions. Perfect for its price

From the other side, it is close to red lights area that makes it not safe for solo travellers, especially ladies, I would say. Another thing- they don’t have elevator, so if you are travelling with something more than backpack it would be inconvenient

Check in was easy, no waiting times, all working fine. The room was really clean and the bed really comfortable! Great value for money.

For us was not a problem at all, but the neighborhood for someone could be a bit sketchy. Remember that anyway we are in Zurich and it is a safe area! We come every year in this hotel and never had any issue. Value for the money is great and overall we had a great experience !!

The property was very good, the owner was very helpful and provided necessary information for the check in. Luckily the room was ready and we did not wait for 2pm.

While it is not the problem of the property, the location eas a bit sketchy. Nevertheless, we did not face any issues at all and there was not any problem with the noise. The sound isolation was perfect in the room.

It is close to the main station. Easy to get around and the owner was very kind and allowed us late checking without any extra payment. They cleaned the room everyday. They also provide you with Swiss chocolate and tea in the room for free.

There is a bar next to the hotel. Friday night was very noisy but the rest of the days was good.

It is very clean and comfortable

The location is not in a good neighborhood as the corner is a Sex Store with girls approaching men for a good time and my husband was even approached by 2 girls not knowing I was following him behind. Too many bystanders at night that are too loud and perhaps drunk.

Good size rooms, easy self check in, clean. Free snacks and water. Distance to old town, bars and restaurants very good.

The actual location is not suitable for families. We were a couple so it was OK but not for children to stay. It was also difficult to communicate with the hotel as it’s self check in.

Modern building located in the health or red area and very close to Zurich city centre. Not hotel experience, you arrive at the door, you get your electronic key inside a box (you get pin code by email) and you enter the room, you do not meet anybody. Rooms are very clean, large enough, bed is king size and comfortable, bathroom quite large, clean, with soaps and good shower. No breakfast and no other services. You get a decent wardrobe, TV is standard size and Wifi is easy to connect and average fast, no problems with connection with my devices. Lot of supermarkets and stores around the location, not ideal for people who need full silence to sleep.

Electric ventilator with 2022 Summer weather and temperature not enough. I did not see anybody from the structure, I wonder how is the service level in case of problems of the customers and if it is possible to meet someone "live".

The space was easy to check in to, and easy to get to from the train station. It was very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. With the windows closed, it was also very quiet.

The location is in a club district, so depending on what you're after this may not be for you. Our room was on the bottom floor, and the only air flow is to have the windows open, which you can't do at night. Also, depending on your taste in pillows, you may want to pack your own, they are light weight.
