Good location and friendly staff. Most importantly, comfortable and clean for a good rest for holiday. Location is fantastic to connect from airport, onward travelling to HSR, mrt are convenient.

The location is very convenient, only a short walk to Taipei Main Station, close to everything, like the banks, restaurants, and shopping malls. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Free instant noodles from 10pm to 12am. We arrived late and all restaurants were closed after we checked in, the instant noodles are a life saver. Free laundry. Room is super clean and beds are comfortable.

Only thing I don't like is our room is facing the bank lane, no view and you won't want to open the windows. But, not a big deal, considering the location.

The front desk staff especially the lady with short hair( my apologies for not getting her name) who was not night shift during my stay( 3-8 December 2023) was fantastic. She even offered to help me with putting my laundry in the dryer so that I could go to bed and didn’t have to stay up waiting for a free dryer. Very very helpful of her. Also the daily housekeeping provided was very much appreciated. It was simply wonderful to come back to a clean and tidy room after a long day out. Thank you so much for everything:)

The only gripe was the speed of the Wi-Fi

I like their service, they're very nice in answering our queries. I also like that they have the ordering forms for different kinds of 伴手礼, which save me from going to queue up at the stores. I also liked the fact that they offered to order McDonald's breakfast for us, and they could send it to the room according to them. And the most important thing is they're very meticulous, I did not mention that it was my husband's birthday during our stay there, and they saw his birthdate when they photocopied our passports when we checked in, it was very nice of them to prepare a cake for him, and the cake is very delicious. I also like the location of the hotel, it's very near to one of the famous night market, convenience stores and the MRT stations.

I didn't didn't like anything. I guess all the good points that I've listed down have already made me forget things that I didn't like.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, despite some minor language barriers at times. They were very welcoming, recommending what to get to eat at the nearby night market and booking me a taxi when it was time for me to leave. My room was immaculate and very comfortable, with a large bed, multiple complementary items and a very well put together bathroom. Outside my room, there was a well-stocked communal kitchen and laundry facilities with free detergent. Regarding location, you couldn't ask for better to explore the city. This place absolutely nailed it for me, both in terms of comfort and facilities!

The AC system seemed to be stuck on being very cool in my room but it was very easy to shut off and it was more likely that this was the result of me not understanding the controls properly!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay because the hotel has many very thoughtful amenities provided for travellers, e.g. the pantry facilities, laundry room, and weighing scale for luggage. The staff were also pleasant and friendly. I also liked the location which was one street away from Huayin St. which is a street I really like because there are a number of good food places there.

Perhaps, if I were to nitpick, it is that there's no bidet in the room toilet and the space in the room is a bit tight (a common issue with many hotels in congested Taipei)

The location was perfect; you can walk from Taipei Main Station to this hotel in just 5 minutes. The personnel was very helpful, respectful and smiling to us :) The bed sheets were very clean and the cleaning lady changed the sheets and the towels almost every day. This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed.

The internet connection could be faster.

It was very near the Taipei Main station and also walking distance to a couple of their metro lines. Room was quite big and everything is quite comfortable. There's also snacks and drinks provided at the lobby, convenient to have a coffee before heading out for the day.

It was right next to another of their branch, so it was a bit confusing. They told us there will be renovations from 9am onwards during our stay but it started as early as 8.30am. There can be hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Great place, lovely staff, very helpful and friendly (even in building III, when I went to the wrong place!). Will go back here in September when I come back. I would definitely recommend staying here. You can get a taxi in 10 seconds outside, so it's easy to get to the centre or to desired train stop.

Nothing. The shower head was slightly broken but didn't cause me a problem, and I reported it when I left. I can imagine people will say small room, but you're in a capital city in a crowded area. It does the job.

The room is small but the toiletries are sufficient and good. Beverages are provided at the lobby at all time of day and noodles are provide after 10pm to 7pm which I think is very thoughtful. Washing and Dryer machines are provided for free and surprisingly the hotel also have luggage bags weighing machine which is a plus. More importantly, all the staffs at the counter are so so friendly and helpful. This is really a warmed hotel to stay.
