Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean toilet in lobby for when you share your bathroom with your roommate and you really need to go.

Check in is at 3pm instead of the more usual 2pm, but since location is great it's no hassle to leave bags. Also, no bidet, which is especially difficult in Taiwan since you can't flush toilet paper there.

Friendly counter staff available 24hrs, good location v near ningxia night market. Value for money room.

Toilet is quite old and old pipes have a stench.

- Super near the airport train, metro, HSR/TRA station - SO MUCH FOOD in the area, there's a few famous eateries right outside the hotel with long lines every day (japanese food and a bakery), and we realised there's also a small night market there too - Very convenient location to Ningxia night market and Ximending - Free water dispenser, laundry service onsite (40ntd per use), all amenities provided for - Room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very very comfortable - we were allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after checkout

Superb convenient location to reach to train station/ taxi and other public transport. We can even reach the hotel by walking from the Taipei Main Train station! The room is clean and well equipped with all the necessary supplies. and there are many local food stores by walking distance. And also one on the night market Ning Xia which is visited by mostly local people with plenty of mouth watering local foods can be found here. 100% recommended.

The young lady at the reception is extremely helpful on information of the sightseeing area. My friend has written a thank you card to your staff upon leaving the hotel.

My friend’s Rm 501 has a demage on sprinkler head in the toilet. It falls down when she is taking a bath. Fortunately, it doesn’t hurt her. Please amend that.

Staff is so helpful and try his best to satisfy customer's demand. The location is great. It's located near exit Y13 which is so easy to go to Airport MRT Platform. Also, it's on the middle of MRT 3 Lines (Red/Blue, Green) you can go to MRT by walking through Taipei City Mall. And there're many good local restaurants around hotel. You can enjoy eating.

The staff was very willing to help for every questions we asked. There is 7-11, local restaurants, and mall around the hotel. Traveling by Taipei main station may hard but due to hotel location, using Uber or taxi is a nice option too. 10 min walk to bus station, 10 min walk to Ningxia. Just 2 km to Ximenting(Uber around 120NTD).

This hotel is the best for travellers looking to stay around Taipei station, it’s a very quick walk to the station. I also believe price/quality of this hotel is the best around the area, if you’re looking for something not expensive, but with a private bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly about holding luggage etc, highly recommended!

Very good location. Lots to eat close by. We needed a place to stay close to the main station for a night since we’re leaving Taiwan, and this place was definitely a good choice!

Rooms are quite small, but for the price and location, it’s hard to complain. There’s construction close by, so walking to the hotel from the station is a little tricky - but nothing too bad.

The hotel is located at the heart of Taipei, very close to Taipei main station connected to high speed rails, airport trains and MRT. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, 24 hours available for assistance. The room itself is big enough for two, with a useful safe and comfortable mattress.

Some other guests smoked in their rooms, and I could smell the smoke sometimes. Also, the wifi was not always very stable.
