Fantastic location, with anything you need within walking distance (7-Eleven, laundry, restaurants, etc). I think we may have been upgraded but the room was small but lovely- a big window with air conditioning. Plenty of towels and soap. Breakfast was delicious with a big range of choices.

Great location, booked the triple room as it was the cheapest at the time. Breakfast was good but not as good as the prior visit
Quality was OK compared to the other double room we have stayed at in this hotel before, and there was no aircon control within the room to control the temperature.

1. No hot water for shower 2. Water leaked and dripped from the bathroom ceiling 3. The floor was under renovation but I was still assigned a room opposite of a room under renovation works. They should have closed down the whole floor for renovation works to minimize impacts to the customers. 4. No aircon and thus very muggy at the floor corridor. Also very dusty and noisy from the renovation works 5. There no coffee and toast for the breakfast, due to malfunction of coffee and toast machines. I gave it up and eat outside
