- no water dispensary, even though they provide water in plastic - we got disappointed with breakfast. Not so many options that do not involve meat (would be great to be labeled what it is and if it contains meat) and dark room - TV with no smart apps like YouTube - AC seemed broken in our room, as it would get lower temperature than we set

The room and the beds were comfy The TV was huge and amazing. It's a proper 4 star at a great price. And the location is just awesome. Ubike stand just next to hotel with 7/11 next to it. The staff is very kind helpful and knows English to guide you. Breakfast is full of variety and a lot of items. Special shoutout to Ming the front desk guy who was very helpful

Nothing as such.. the metro station is 1.3 km away so you have to take an uber if you don't wanna walk. But that's not a bad thing per se

We had an 18h stop-over in Taipei and used this hotel to rest for a few hrs. The room was a little old but completely clean, toiletries, comfortable bed etc. No windows was a plus for sleeping during late daylight hours. Hotel location was 5mins walk away from the city MRT station that takes you to/from the airport (which is near Y19/Y20 exits of the Taipei main station). Overall good value.

Great location with good looking facilities. A nice and spacious room that felt modern. Breakfast was most days pretty good, changing depending on what time you arrive and the day. Nice personal, always smiling.

The breakfast room was pretty dirty. Tables and chairs, the personal didn’t have time to clean it up. The toilets at the breakfast room were very dirty as well.

It is pretty near Taipei main station just a short walk by exit 2 or 3. Walking distance to Ning Xia night market. The breakfast buffet was a wide spread of food include Chinese n western even salad. The rate I paid for was a discounted so was very worth the money. We will come stay there again. Staffs are helpful. Room are clean n comfortable. Toilet is clean too.

Fantastic location, with anything you need within walking distance (7-Eleven, laundry, restaurants, etc). I think we may have been upgraded but the room was small but lovely- a big window with air conditioning. Plenty of towels and soap. Breakfast was delicious with a big range of choices.

The hotel was convenient for my purpose, close to night market, not too far from Taipei Station, ok distance to Dihua Street. Room was clean and neat. I guess I got lucky and got upgraded to a better room.

The facilities were functional, issues like loose socket plate and a lopsided lamp cover were minor, though it would improve customer experience if these were sorted.

Location was Comfortable ... nice 25 minute from the night market. Room was lovely, two big beds that allow you to have enough space and sleep well. Got everything we needed for having a great shower. Breakfast was decent.

To be honest.... can not say anything negative. If I really try to look for something.....There was no curtain in shower.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is massive , and high quality food. Clean room, great facilities and a big TV in the room. Room also has a safe for valuables.

The breakfast is fantastic! If you want to try local Taiwanese breakfast, yesss it is! The coffee is good for western guests too!

The shower head is not fixed on the pole, falling all the time.
