We have stayed here twice, and this is a fantastic facility if you want to feel the African vibe. Clean, great breakfast, fantastic service. If you want to wake up to rooster coco-reeko , seeing many locals around the corner, and enjoy a true hospitality - this is the place. Veronica and her staff are fantastic.

Comfortable and spacious room. The building looks great and the staff was responsive. There were many things that the person at the reception didn't have knowledge of, but the manager was always around to help. You can access the hotel from one of the main street, which makes it easy to reach. A big market is close to the location, and there are many shops nearby selling everything you need for your stay.

The path leading to the hotel from the main street is a bit sketchy, especially after sunset. Feels remote and unsecured, but I didn't have any problems the 3 nights I stayed there. Bathroom is pretty cramped.

The hotel has a very lovely layout and view, and the balconies all around the building are great to use. Staff is very friendly, and was able to organize an airport pickup, despite the distance. I also appreciate the signage used on the side of the main street to help people find the hotel easier.

The town center is about 30 minutes away on foot, and with the tough roads to get there, it makes leaving the hotel difficult. The surrounding area also has some sort of morning prayer and farm animals (which didn't bother me as much as I expected, since I'm used to waking early anyway)

We stayed at this wonderful hotel and were blown away by the friendly service and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to store our suitcases for five days while we were on safari, which made our travel logistics so much easier. The food was another highlight of our stay—absolutely amazing and full of local flavors. Every meal felt like a true taste of the region, and we were always excited to see what was on the menu. Breakfast, in particular, was fantastic. There was a wide variety of fresh options, and the local dishes were delicious. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we always looked forward to it. The hotel staff was also very flexible with any changes or requests we had, making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, this hotel made our experience stress-free and enjoyable, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay!

This well-kept property is a secluded jewel within a busy, marginalized area of the city. Beautiful landscaped entrance and pround interior. My comfortable room on the second floor had a lovely sunny balcony and spacious bed, powerful ceiling fan and servicable desk. The restaurant prepared a healthy, limited menu. The staff is exceedinly friendly and accommodating. the free airport shuttle is efficient and reliable. cold beer available and a market nearby. Don't pass this one up.

The narrow, unattractive alley access

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay before safari and a night stay after. They stored my luggage while I was on safari and I had the same room both nights. Room was big and comfortable with a big bed and the shower was great. Very clean. The bed had a sheet and a quilt but the quilt had no cover. I only used the sheet as it was hot. Food was good. Lovely big balcony to sit out on. Staff all very friendly and arranged taxi to airport for me.

Not sure how great location was from Center, I took a short walk but seemed too far from main town to walk. Lots of pic pics around to get a cheap taxi to town though. Was noisy early in mornings with people coming and going but as I was there for safari I was up early anyway so didn’t bother me.

It is a nice place with great balcony. First day when I arrived there monkeys there! I haven't seen them since so it is not every days occasion. The breakfast is huge! It was tasty also. I spend 5 days there, including New Years and I liked it.

The wifi is a bit weak, but I guess it is like that in Arusha. Also it is a bit far from the center so I always used taxi. Other than that is was great!

The staff is amazing ! Always so accomodating. Our flight has arrived ahead of schedule, the bus was there early to meet us. We have arrived at hotel at 4:30 Am instead of 6 Am and the hotel manager was there to greet us. Breakfast is good. Rooms are not luxurious but were clean. Room service was great. We were able to order deivery food even late in the evening,and manager would call taxis for us. I would stay here again

The room was large, with a balcony shared with other rooms. The location where the inn is located is well wooded and pleasant. We only went there to sleep and didn't leave, so I can't say if the location was good... the staff were always extremely attentive and ready to help us. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of food and dinner was also delicious and filling at a very fair price.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hotel had no electricity and when we went to take a shower, there was no hot water either. They tried to improvise another bathroom for us to shower, where the water was so hot that we couldn't use it. I had to take a cold shower, but they quickly resolved it and my husband took a hot shower in another bathroom. but the staff was always very helpful. The inn was silent, but right next to our room the neighbor had a cow and chickens, which started to moo and sing at dawn...it's not the hotel's fault, but it wasn't very good...

Comfortable and cozy budget hotel. Very friendly, sociable, pleasant, responsible, and polite staff. It's evident that they love their job. They prepare very tasty breakfasts; they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us earlier than the scheduled time. We also dined there, and the chapatis were simply delicious. Good location not far from the main street, from where it's easy to take a taxi to the center for 5000 shillings (using the inDrive app).
