Good value for money. The meals were really good especially lunch. They have a limited menu but the food is really good. The cleanliness is 10/10. The property is also serene for those who enjoy quiet time.

The room we got had an interconnecting door so we could hear whoever was in the next room. This is more of a privacy/sound proofing concern when allocating those two rooms specifically. Some of the staff were selectively helpful. Didn’t like how some staff were comfortable enough to make remarks about guests in passing. I think there’s a place and time for that in closed circles… not in front of other guests or in the corridors. Found that to be very unprofessional and unpleasant.

The staff was great. Always attentive and always present. The check-in process was easy. The rooms were very comfortable. We arrived into Arusha and spent our first night there before leaving for a safari and then we returned to spend one night there before we left to hike Kilimanjaro. So for our purposes, the property was perfect as we needed to be comfortable and rest. They have a good breakfast and restaurant has a good buffet dinner.

The property is far from the main road and the road is bumpy and not very good so I think it would be a hassle moving around without a car or hired taxi. The internet connection was not easily reached in all of our rooms.

The lodge is nestled in the village of Kiranyi, with Mt. Meru as its backdrop. It offers peace and quiet surrounded by lush gardens and a local aesthetic that is hard to find in Arusha town. But it is still very close to town, so excellent choice for travelers making their way through Arusha. The rooms are great, the luxury rooms are spacious and aesthetically pleasing, standard rooms have their own charm. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Food is also very decent and it’s like a buffet so great value for money. The breakfast is well worth getting up for. The road to get there turns rough as you head towards the lodge, but only for about 7-10 mins, and it’s not really rough, just slightly bumpy and gives you a window into the hustle and bustle of local life. Totally worth it. All in all, it’s a place that’ll stay with you every time you plan a trip to Arusha.

We arrived at this hotel after a safari. The road leading to the hotel from the main road in Arusha was worse than the Serengeti! But fortunately the hotel itself was very decent. There is a small but clean swimming pool. A large turtle lives near the pool. The room is spacious and clean. There were no problems with water. There is no air conditioning in the room, but it was not needed. There is a mosque nearby, this must be taken into account, because early in the morning prayers can be heard very loudly. Overall, the stay was comfortable and met our expectations.

Amazing resort Hotel is small with lovely rooms, the rooms are so nice, super comfortable 4 poster beds, very clean and tidy, nice seating area with tea and coffee station available and good bathroom with toiletries, room are very spacious Hotel grounds are just beautiful, lots of trees and plants and of course a tortoise or 2 It’s so quiet and relaxing at this hotel The pool is lovely surrounded by greenery and pool towels available There is so many different places to sit around the hotel tables and chairs in the garden, loungers by the pool even a hammock, it’s nice to walk around the hotel grounds The restaurant has a great variety for all meals and the food is fantastic so hard to choose what to eat I stayed full board so all my meals were included haven’t found anything I didn’t like so far and this is my second time at this hotel this month In the evenings they have a lovely fire lit and is nice to relax on the sofas around the fire after dinner or sit at the bar just facing the restaurant The staff are just fantastic, everyone is so happy, nice and friendly, Frida, Yohane, Rehema, Jeremiah to say a few but really all the staff are just all so helpful, they bend over backwards to make you have the best experience during your stay From sorting early check in or late check out where available, laundry done, arranging taxis to town, airport or bus station pick ups or excursions that are available from the hotel I couldn’t fault this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Accommodation is located between the houses of locals, outside city centre. Roads among the property are like in all Tanzania - bumpy land roads. We did step outside of accommodation territory and walked - people were lovely, some guys offered taxis services with their mopeds, kids were happy to see us and were chatty. Accommodation territory is calming oasis - lot of places were to sit and look around. Staff - very friendly and welcoming: taught us some basic Swahili. Before our arrival we told accommodation that we will be earlier than their check-in time which was not a problem for them and got our room ready. As days were rainy - gave us also umbrella outside accommodation territory. Rooms - beautiful room with nice paintings. Bed was spacious and comfy. Clean. Breakfast were good there was buffet (cereal, toasts, coffee, tea etc) and also options to receive freshly baked pancakes or eggs.

We couldn't fully close one of the windows - seemed broken. Room was little dark - even the vanity mirror had extra light - still it was hard to put make-up on. Toilet was fully connected to room - no door, only wall which even doesn't connect to the ceiling - so you don't get any privacy between your spouse or travelling buddy.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was a great place to relax and wind down after 5 days of a camping safari! The staff were all so amazing, kind and helpful. One of the female staff even met us at 3.30am with breakfast boxes before our early morning flight, which was so lovely! The food was delicious. The grounds and pool were beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean tidy and very spacious!

The washing service was very expensive.

I finished my safari stay at Africa Safari Arusha. The staff is so kind and welcoming especially Rahema. She took care of everything for me breakfast and dinner and is the best! The turtles are so cute in the garden. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. Everything is clean and housekeeping did a great job. I would recommend anyone start and end their safari tour at Africa Safari Arusha. Hakuna Matata

I’m not sure about location difficulty and how to get here. I just told the tour operator and he knew how to get here!

The staff was amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. The wholehearted friendliness provides the facility a very charming atmosphere. The rooms, the garden and the pool area are well maintained, making the a green oasis of tranquillity. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. If we had more days in Arusha, we would have extended our stay at the lodge.

Our room on the upper floor had a tin roof which became quite noisy when heavy rainfall hammered on it during the night. The lodge is a bit difficult to get to on bumpy and muddy dirt road.
