Breakfast was nothing special, but it is good to have the option to have breakfast there. Swimming pool was next to conference rooms, it felt a bit akward with these people having their break next to us (wearing swimming gear). And it says 'free airport shuttle', but they didn't offer us. Wonder if that's true.

The staff was really helpful, as was travelling with a 7 year old picky eater and the manager helped us with the kids food requirements. The place is located close to the harbor and just few minutes walk to the ferry incase one needs to take the ferry to Zanzibar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food here is exceptionally good. Complete value for money. Would totally recommend this place of wanna stop over for a day or 2.

There's nothing not to like about this place.

This was excellent propriety to stay and staff is very very co operative and well understanding. we only have one request to the property is in bathroom the need to add water facility as well toilet paper might not be useful for guest like us. It is better to have both in the bath room This was exceptional experience we are sure be not only recommending but also going again to the same in future.

The room was spacious, AC worked very well, bed comfortable, water pressure from the shower was fantastic and staff were great! There's also a fairly equipped gymn and a swimming pool as well as a nice bar. The location is also good, and there's a casino and great restaurant on the ground floor, not part of the hotel, I think. I'm happy I discovered this place coz it will be my favorite place to stay in Dar.

They could do better with the quality of the food.

Good location close to ferry port. Staff very pleasant. Stayed in 2 bed suite which was spacious with access to balcony. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Housekeeping provided mosquito spray service. Nice clean swimming pool. Sufficient choice of breakfast items. Within walking distance of restaurants. Good value for money

Clean room, attached to a casino that has a restaurant, so you don't really have to go outside to eat.

We asked for a pan at the front desk, and they asked us to call the house-keeping instead. When we asked for a hair dryer to the house-keeping, they asked to call the front desk :/ Since it's the same hotel, I wished either one of them took the requested and re-routed the request internally on their end.

Modern and extremely clean, very courteous staff, very nice suites with AC and amazing views on the harbour. Very comfortable beds and powerful hot showers. We also liked the gym and the refreshing pool. Very convenient location to explore the historical town by foot. Central and close to many shops and restaurants, and to the ferry crossing to Zanzibar & airport. We recommend!

Location was perfect in downtown, less than 2 blocks from my meeting location. Rooms very clean, housekeeping staff polite and helpful. No problems, would definitely stay there again.

Furnishings were very clean with no issues but ergonomically and appearance wise they are becoming dated. The price value for the location offsets any negative impact of furnishings the must haves are all good.

I loved the location of the hotel, especially for my ferry trip to Zanzibar which was within easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was lovely and clean and the views over the sea wonderful. There were taxis easily available outside and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perhaps breakfast could have been a bit better but the food was otherwise great.
