The managementt was excellebny. Especially Mr Thiru, the General Manager is a very accommodating and caring person. He gave us a good discount as well. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were beyond our expectations. The location of the hotel is excellent. I went as a part of an official visiting delegation and recommended this hotel for future travellers as well.

The housekeeping was slow to react in the beginning. But once notified, Mr Thiru gave prompt instructions.

All in the Hotel , reception are Amazing helpful, but the Security guy outside guy was very Bad…..only the Security outside his useless.

The security outside the door are not friendly and Stupid. Imagine we ask him to help for the suitecase out as we had an Disabled person with and the guy told me his not there to carry suitcases and walked way…. And I ask if he can call the Taxi , he walk away again.

Location was good in terms of convenience, restaurants etc, but because the hotel is located on Morogoro road, which is one of the busiest roads in Dar es Salaam, I found the overall ambiance very noisy. I woke up a few times in the night startled by the noisy traffic and honking.

Good sides of the Hotel: The staff is very good they do their best for customers, especially the internet guy who helps me a lot while having trouble connecting to the internet. Clean: hotel and rooms are very clean, and housekeeping works very well. Comfort: Hotel is comfortable beds and rooms. Good for F/P If ı will come to Dar Es Salaam, yes I want to come and stay at this hotel with my own Nutella and Ethernet cable.

bad sides of the hotel: Outside Noise , The hotel is at the center of the city, so around is noisy especially the blue buses with their big horns are very Noisy and they pass near the hotel from 5 am to 21 pm and the street sellers also make noise. Breakfast is fine but if Nutella is finished then they don't put some Nutella more, and they give a very little amount. The croissants and other pastries were stale, probably from the store and served. Wifi: That is horrible, there is wifi signal with 1 or 2 levels and when you connect you cant use it, you keep disconnecting every time. You should get your ethernet cable so you can connect well. but you need to get a long cable for using your laptop in the bed otherwise you should sit at the table to connect to the internet.

We wanted to catch the ferry to Zanzibar, so it was a very convenient location. Also very close to the fish market and other main sights in Dar Es Salaam. The room was large and spacious.

The shower was clean, but looked like it was in need of a renovation (leaky). This hotel is located very close to the Mosque, so you are woken up very early in the morning.

I had the fortunate opportunity to stay on the ninth and top floor of this establishment. The room I was given was incredibly spacious, and the level of cleanliness was truly impeccable. The staff members were not only courteous but also had warm smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. This is undoubtedly a place I will choose to return to in the future.

Location- centre of the town,Very Spacious room-Felt like I have taken a suite , comfortable Mattress, Impeccable cleanliness and friendly staff

Nothing only one suggestion - Gym - Some of the equipments are defective ;Especially the multi station.

Probably the only place where the WiFi was actually good and the hot running water was actually hot running water in Tanzania. The rooms were specious and comfy and breakfast was fantastic.

The mosque right next to the hotel was insanely loud at 5 am in the morning. I made a video because it was indescribably loud. The food at the restaurant comes with hidden charges - 10% for this, 5% for that and it is not that good. And the staff at the restaurant tried to overcharge us, so check your bill before paying.

I loved the ambience, the staff, the convenience of location

The chips or French fries was not the best the food portion was also small but what we ordered was good when it finally arrived from room service
