Is a beautiful colonial house in a quiet place in the center,the staff is smiling and always gentle and helpful all the house is very clean and the toilets and showers.. I suggest to explore the canal street and meet some locals they have also small markets and near the house an amazing skate shop with t shirts unique made from the artist friends of the owner peter

To be honest The breakfast can be better but nothing to say ,you can choose from 3/4 different different sets with one choice rice and vegetables(for vegetarians )and all meals served with some fruits and juice You have free coffee teas whatever you want at the machine in the room you have fridge and boiler and tea and coffee

Nice old building with a one-of-a kind character close to Kao San road (10 minutes on foot) and basically you can explore all the sights just by walking. For breakfast you have 3 options, all of them are great. Staff was kind enough to provide us early morning airport transfer and take away breakfast.

A few things I was missing in the room, like there was no soap by the wash basin, no bath rug, no hairdryrer. We booked the deluxe room with ensuite bathroom and I found the price a bit high after staying there. There is a downside of an old building as well, wich is noise. Not from the street because it’s very quite, but from upper floor for example.

This was an amazing experience staying at a hostel boutique. Beautifully restored home centrally located in the middle of Bangkok within walking distance numerous sights (Giant Swing, Temples, Khaosan Road, Democracy Square, etc.). Staff will set up taxi service and make recommendations when asked. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is outstanding. Made our stay so very special and memorable. Make sure you get a room with a bathroom. I would definitely visit again. There are numerous great restaurants in walking distance (we ate at the Din had a great happy hour and right next door to Din is another good place). There are 7 Eleven’s, banks, currency exchanges, Amazon Cafe right outside the hotel.If you like to walk and check out a city this is the place to stay or you can easily get a taxi to make it places faster. You can see and experience city life during your stay.

No dislikes, just have to realize the hotel is tucked inside a city block and you have a back street to turn onto get to the property.

The house was very pretty and taken care of. The toilet and shower, even though it is shared, was always very clean. Also, extra point for hot water, I find that often the water around Thailand is just warmish. In here, it was possible to adjust, and it felt good to take a hot shower. The staff was so kind, especially a young boy, that I believe he did a bit of everything, he was such hard work. The lady at the reception I didn't see her so often but she was also very polite and helpful. The breakfast was also very complete, I often asked just for half because it was too much food for me, they have a proper coffee machine for latte and cappuccino and we don't see that often.

The location is amazing - it's set in a quiet backstreet but only minutes away on foot from the main tourist areas. The wooden building is beautiful and very atmospheric. The staff couldn't possibly be nicer and the breakfast (served in the nice patio) was tasty and very filling. I had a room with a shared bathroom/toilet but the bathroom was totally clean and I never even met any of the other guests there so it almost felt like having a private one.

The facility is very well located for visiting the central locations of the city. Attractions are within a 15-minute walk, which simplifies sightseeing. The facility itself is in the center, but also in a quiet area, so you can rest well during the night. Everything was very good and we have no complaints. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and discreet, and the cleanliness is beyond question.

This is a back alley property off a busy street, but amazingly, at night it's completely quiet. It's a small house converted to rooms, friendly staff, good location near Monument to Democracy. A bit far from the nearest MTR but buses nearby. Tip is to take the Khlong Saen Saep Boat to or from the Sukhumvit area. Fast and fun - can save an hour. Would definitely stay again. Good wifi.

I loved it here. I must admit when the taxi dropped us off and told us to walk down this alley to the hotel, I thought we'd got the wrong place, the immediate area didnt seem in keeping with the hotel pictures I'd seen BUT you go down this alley and turn right into the hotel, and you're immediately in a totally different atmosphere. Super clean and immaculate facilities, very friendly people who run it, and very comfortable rooms. I couldn't fault it. The breakfast was very nice too. Only about 5 mins walk from the Khao San Road, you'd never know. This place is a hidden gem and if I ever go back to Bangkok I would stay here again without a doubt. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. There was nothing I could criticize here. The hotel and facilities were lovely. A pool would have been perfect but to be honest, in Bangkok it's rare to get pools with hotels. As far as places go, I loved the Baan Dinso.

Cosy beautiful room, very clean, minibar with cold water and fruits, atmospheric design of the room and hall, yummy breakfast, amiable and helpful staff, great central location - near you can find massage, nice places to eat, supermarket and all top locations of Bangkok! We come back to this hotel. Thanks a lot!

The facilities are sparkling clean, the breakfast was delicious and rich, the house is historic, beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were very luminous and the beds very comfortable. More than anything the hospitality was so warm and welcoming. While it’s a stones throw from the bustling center, it was so quiet and peaceful. I will always come back here when I’m in Bangkok and I highly recommend it!
