The staff is exceptionally nice and ready to help. The premises are great, and you will find anything you need in your room - from a bath robe and slippers to shaving tools and a toothbrush and a toothpaste. The bed is one of the most comfortable ones I've seen so far. The breakfast included is a 5 stars as well, and the most important thing for a traveler in Bangkok, it is in the middle of Downtown and if you want to go sightseeing, all most famous points of interest to see can be reached even by walking. Another important thing to know for a first-time visitor to Bangkok - the A4 bus stop from and to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is across the boulevard. Highly recommend the hotel! Breakfast was good, some croissants a little bit hard. Location perfect, close to the most famous sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggage in the hotel after check out. And we could also use the bathroom before we left the hotel / thank you very much/.

After we arrived at the hotel and paid for our stay the staff announced us that the pool and wellness area are closed due to maintenance. We chose the hotel because of the pool and wellness because we wanted to relax there at the end of our holiday before the departure home. We were very unhappy. Why they did not contact us before to tell us about it ?

When we first got to the hotel it is down a little alley through some closed off buildings which looked a little shady but once you get to the hotel there are two security guards who were really friendly and smiled every time they saw us. Staff was very nice, spoke good english, close to Khaosan road (across the street, 5min walk) but not in the midst of it which was really nice. There are three 711s within walking distance (5min). Bus stop right in front of the hotel but no subway close by. Buses were cheap and easy to navigate with google maps. We took the S1 bus from the bkk airport to literally in front of the hotel, the stop is called “after democracy monument” and it only cost 30 baht a person. This is not ideal if you have more than a backpack. Bus has no luggage space, it is just a city bus. Leaving we opted for the hotel’s transportation option since the buses are not punctual. We got a great deal on the private Maeklong/Damnoen tour including the boat through the hotel. It was by far the cheapest offer we found. We wish we tried some of their other advertised tours in the lobby. Breakfast was plentiful and also had a fresh egg/omelette station. Shower had very good pressure and was hot. Bed was very comfortable. View from the balcony was beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Pool is really cold. Quite many mosquitoes around the pool and during breakfast.

The hotel is located in the perfect area - walking distance to Khaosan Road, but just far enough away from it to get peace and quiet. Everything is updated in the facilities, room is clean, breakfast buffet is 10/10 with plenty of options. I can't say really anything negative about it.

The only negative that comes to mind is that the pool was quite chilly, but this can't really be controlled by the hotel.

The staff is super friendly, nice location and walkable distance to some must-see attractions. It's located in a quiet street, although close to khoa San road. The swimming pool is small but great to have with the humidity!

I loved everything about my stay at Siri Grand Hotel. Fantastic location, within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. My room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of freshly cooked Thai or western food. But the best thing about the hotel was the friendly, helpful, kind, and well mannered staff, who went out of their way to make you feel welcome, and help you with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will return there to stay again.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were great (one inhospitable receptionist but all of the remaining staff were exceptionally welcoming and very helpful). I am particularly grateful to the security guards and to the hotel porter who watched out for my son (who had been injured and was at the hotel to recuperate following surgery). The pool was lovely and I had it to myself for most of the week. The beds were really comfy and it was very clean. The bathroom was lovely. It's very close to the Khaosan Road and within walking distance to Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha - worth seeing). It was excellent value for money

It's not very central so had to get cabs to most places. But we used 'Grab' and they were very good and not expensive. It would have been great if the restaurant served lunch and dinner but we were able to order food and have it delivered to the hotel. The hotel bar didn't appear to be open at any point during our stay - tins of alcohol are available to purchase at reception and also from the minibar. It also isn't in a particularly great area - best to avoid walking alone at night.

A peaceful haven in the madness of Bangkok. Our room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful was great coffee. The staff were wonderful with great English. It was walkable to the Grand Palace, the pier for the tourist boat and the Kosan road. We discovered the local long tail boat on the canal about 10/15 walk away in the direction of the Golden Mount (worth a visit) which took you straight into Siam and the busy bright lights area and avoided all the traffic. We will return here on our way home. Lovely little swimming pool too, shady and cool, perfect you the heat.

There are no cafes or bars very close by or in the hotel (although you can sit in the lobby and have a beer from the fridge) but this could be a good thing depending on what you like.

Lovely, Colonial style hotel. Very charming. Rooms were very good. Comfortable bed and clean as was the cute bathroom. Great shower. The small balcony could do with a bit of a clean. Pesky pigeons! All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

I loved the property, the only issue being the location wasn’t very attractive and was a little out of the way of night life. We did actually walk to Rambuttri Road on our first night but trying to navigate a very busy major road crossing was quite daunting. The next night we got a tuk-tuk there which took about 6-7 minutes, so no real problem.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Siri Grand Hotel. The staff are so professional, polite, kind and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Hotel is in a great location close to many tourist sites, shops, cafes, markets The breakfast is generous, and delicious I always felt safe and looked after when I have stayed here, and I will definitely stay here again when I come to Bangkok
