beautiful room, great location, comfortable huge bed, great breakfast that can be consumed between 06:00 and 13:00!

One lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She had no reason to be rude. it was pretty shocking

The hotel is in a good position, clean and tidy. the staff is very friendly. Drinks in the bar in the room are free (water, sprite, coca cola, tea and coffe). Breakfast is delicious and you can have breakfast until 1 PM. The rooms are spacious and Air conditioner works great.

if you should mention something that could be improved, then for breakfast you should be allowed to choose dishes without restrictions, because when you stand for several days, breakfast becomes a bit boring. Otherwise, the waiters are super friendly, so they go out of their way to meet guests and requests

Great service, great location, walking distance to major shopping malls & restaurants & bts, spacious and comfy room (enormous bed), loved the jacuzzi (we stayed in the deluxe double room). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad at all

Some of the design of the facilities aren’t the most practical, eg. there are too many lights & lamps all with individual switches which takes a bit of effort to turn on&off, doesn’t feel the nicest when you’re really tired from your travels and just want to go to bed asap. The sink is too flat and water splashes on you all the time. I guess the designer cared too much about the aesthetics instead of user experience

1. The bed was so big and confortable that I could sleep forever. 2. The complimentary service was great! All drinks and snacks were free of charge and were replenished everyday. 3. Tasty breakfast and free coffee or tea at the bar.

Overall, the stay was splendid!! However, I would like to point out 2 things. 1. Wifi connection was weak and it was often cut down. Not suitable for meetings. 2. The illumination inside the Elevator was a bit scary with red lights.

We thought the staff were exceptional. We were made very welcome and they gave us good advice on getting around. The breakfast was good and the restaurant is a pleasant room to eat it in. We liked the bed and the linen on it. We liked the bath (which they filled with rose petals for us on our 2nd visit). There is a big supermarket very close in the street behind the hotel.

If you were being picky the evening meal could have been better. But there are plenty of very good restaurants nearby if you just go walking down the street behind the hotel and keep a good eye out and explore them all. Many seem to be almost hidden and open up when you get inside. Bangkok has traffic jams and there were quite a few getting too and fro from the hotel. That's just something to accept and enjoy.

Finally the hotel is an very good position close to everything you need by foot. I love the breakfast and the room is very big.

Need to be renovate. Everything seems little old. The bubble bathtube doesn't work very well. So really need a renovation but have a great possibility to be a great hotel. Finally is little over priced.

the staff are really kind ! beautiful view , the room are really big , good air-conditioned , close to center like Terminal 21. breakfast it's not a buffet but it's yummy. we ask for check out 8pm , the staff are okay this is really nice

The rooms are a fabulous size, the bathrooms are great and the bed is HUGE and comfortable.

This is a great location but it hasn't been soundproofed, which means it is noisy as the hotel is at a very busy intersection. The staff were nice enough to accommodate my request for a higher room and this made the noise slightly better.

The hotel was well located with a lovely restaurant, bar and reception area. The breakfast included as part of the price was delicious. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was lovely: the bed was huge and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only area that I would criticise is that the toilet in the rooms has a sliding glass door that doesn't fully close by about an inch.
