do not agree on 1000 Baht guarantee taken by the hotel from your credit card the moment you have booked and after check out and all is approved by them that you left the room as it was, you still have to wait 2 weeks to get this 1000 Baht back. as this is unknown the moment you book, it is an unpleasant surprise. If I had known all this before, I would not have booked ! very disappointed about that ! it leaves you no choice as your money is taken without your permission and you have to accept they keep the 1000 Baht as long as they want

Excellent location that's close to everything in Sukhamvit and plenty of public transport options. Rooftop pool is a great place to relax and breakfast has a ton of options (veggie friendly too).

Interior was getting a bit worn down and getting a taxi from the location is difficult due to being on the corner of one of the busiest junctions in Bangkok.

The location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop pool area and our room was roomy and bed very comfortable.

A little dated.

Location was very convenient as it was walking distance to Terminal 21 and there is a 7-11 right opposite. The room was spacious and comfortable and since we had a corner room, we had views of both the front and back of the hotel. The staff were really great too!

There was a pee smell by the toilet and it does not go away because there were a drain just right next to it. The drainage system of the shower was not very good and the water will seep out into the main bathroom area. The tub was a little dirty as well.

The room was clean and comfortable, very modern and in central Sukhumvit. Bed was really comfortable after a long haul flight. Breakfast was very good, so much to choose from and even had an egg station to have them prepared how you like, we would recommend the scrambled eggs. The lady in the restaurant was very helpful I wish I knew her name. She allowed us to have 30% off lunch on our last day when we had lost the voucher provided in our room. We will be back when we are next in Bangkok. The rooftop pool was amazing, beautiful views too.

We think the mini bar should have been complimentary as part of our stay as we paid more than average for a 2 night stay.

The rooms were big enough for two people and the location is great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The pool was also nice for a relaxing whenever the weather is so hot.

They blocked 1000 baht from our credit card in the beginning (we did not have such an experience with any other hotel in Thailand). At the end they told us it will be unblocked in a day. Then another staff told us, it will happen within a maximum of two weeks. At the end, they did not do that until our bank itself unblocked the money after one month for us. They left a bad impression.

I stayed at this hotel many times during the past ten years and this stay was no different. Excellent location, quiet room, delicious breakfast and wonderful serviceminded staff.

I´m not a huge fan of paying deposit - during the past more than ten years I haven´t damaged anything in the hotel. My recommendation will be not to ask deposit from returning customers.

The location is really great and strategic! For the price that I paid, I would consider it great value for money. I have seen some reviews about loud street noise and warm air-conditioning but did not experience it. There were some noise pollution but I think it's still much better than staying for example in downtown Tokyo with lots of train noises. I slept soundly in the two weekend nights I stayed here without disturbance. The air conditioning can be controlled too and it was cold for a good sleep, and the fan speed can be lowered for less noise. Overall, I came with some apprehension after reading the negative reviews but ended a satisfied guest. I would definitely consider staying here if I visit Bangkok again because of the location and good value. Staff (including the bellboy) are polite and attentive.

Some reburbishment would help - e.g. bathroom door could not close properly and the bathroom power point is faulty. But overall, the room is still well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Good location, within walking distance to most amenities. BTS & MRT is approximately 100-150m away, 5 mins walk. Room size is spacious with standard room amenities provided like in most hotels. Comfy kingsize bed. Overall stay was great!

The water pressure in the shower room is low and the temperature was inconsistent. We had to keep adjusting the temperature while showering which was annoying and very time-consuming to do so. We requested for room changed on 3rd day. The front desk staff was accommodating to accede to our request. The shower pressure & temperature was slightly better than our 1st room. Although the room size is spacious but I personally feel that the rooms need to be refurbished as the furniture are worn-out.
