What an excellent hotel! It is modern, with new amenities, in a great location. It was a small room (Recharge) but perfect for me. It is not your traditional hotel, i.e. with a large hotel lobby and restaurant, etc, but it serves it's purpose, it is a CLEAN COMFORTABLE SAFE place to lay your head. Everything worked well - great shower (with seemingly endless hot water), excellent air conditioning (that you control), a giant TV, strong wi-fi, a super comfortable bed, and a solid door with a key card, deadbolt, and peephole. PLUS they even include basic toiletry articles and complementary water bottles, which was completely unexpected. There is 24hr coffee, tea, and snacks. The location is down a relatively quiet soi (street) right off of Sukhumvit, and just a short walk from the BTS Asok stop (you can basically take the train straight from the airport to the hotel). Other close attractions are the Terminal 21 mall and Soi Cowboy, and Nana Plaza is a comfortable walk away. Plenty of delicious street food, restaurants, and bars abound nearby! And as an added bonus there is a 24hr 7-11 less than a block away. It is now my GO-TO hotel in Bangkok.

I was unfortunately initially greeted by a rude reception clerk (other staff were nice). If you plan on staying for an extended period of time the size of the room may present a problem. Likewise, if more than one person, the room can be pretty tight (there is no sitting area, such as a couch or table and chair - there is only the bed and a small desk right next to it). The shower uses refillable dispensers for the soap and shampoo, and while this may be more cost effective for the hotel, I believe it is less hygienic and allows for tampering. And while not an issue for me, the fridge is tiny (it is wall mounted and can only accommodate a handful of slender items). Finally, while I had the RECHARGE room (with a window), be warned that I believe the SNOOZE room has no window.

The location was perfect. Close to Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Terminal 21 Mall. There was a 7-11 and a 24-hr grocery nearby and amazing street food. I loved the free coffee at the lobby. The room was a perfect size for a solo traveler as I didn’t feel cramped even with all my shopping bags. And the staff were super nice and helpful, and even allowed me early check-in.

The elevator was weird. It doesn’t go up my floor. I was on the second floor but I could only access it through the stairs, which was not ideal when you have heavy luggage.

Location - it is very near Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Of course, it is also near Terminal 21. There is a 7-Eleven about 100 meters away. Lots of street food vendors in the area especially in the morning and nighttime. There's also free coffee and tea anytime of the day in the common pantry in the lounge near the reception. The wifi/Internet is very good, and there's a number of English channels in the TV. There's also a lot of power and USB outlets to plug your gadgets. The bed and pillows are soft and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. The towels smell very nice.

The wash basin is outside the toilet & bath, and is near the door; that's a bit odd. The room is on the very small/cramped side; nowhere to move around since we had big luggages that occupied much of the vacant space in the room. This may be annoying to some, but we didn't mind. The ref can only accommodate 4 water bottles.

Location is excellent. Just 5 min from ASOK BTS Station. Very close to many Shopping malls .. Rooms are small but very good for 1-2 days stay.. Comfort beds.. Decent bathroom.. Pleasant and straight forward front desk . I paid and got my check out extended by 6 hours.. Like other hotels if you plan to work or take some calls in reception after check out , please remember they dont have enough space there. 24hour Cafe vending machine and light biscuit snack is excellent :-)

Not suitable for travelers with Children and lot of luggage

Loved the location. Right next to the BTS and train. It's also near (a short Grab or medium walk) from great nightlife (Not Soi Cowboy- that's close but like Sugar and other nicer spots). The room size is cozy, but for the price it's amazing, pretty much brand new, clean and offers plenty of amenities. They also capitalize well on the space and utilize the furniture well so that you don't feel too cramped. I felt safe. It's like 15 steps away from a 7-11 and not far from food spots though I didn't eat near there. There are some food stands as you walk down the road. I booked this based on another review and was not disappointed.

Good location where you need to take 5+ minutes to walk from Terminal 21 to this hotel. You can take both MRT or BST from Terminal 21. This hotel is quite new, openned in Oct/Nov 2022 then the room and facilities are brand new. The overall service and receptionists are good and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there.

There should be a tag of clean my room/do not disturb. During 4 nights there, there was a day that my room was not tidied up. Then the following days I had to ask the receptionist to tidy my room. This is a minor thing to improve the service quality of this hotel.

This is my 1st time to Bangkok, coming for an exhibition at QSNCC from July 12 to 14. I really love staying at Jono hotels and I’d love to recommend to my friends from China. a couple of reasons as below: 1)Even though the room is not quite spacious, it has everything i need. a big soft bed, a nice window with good view (i booked snooze room without noticing it was windowless, then the receptionist kindly upgraded for me, appreciate it). a fridge for water & fruits. hairdryer, slippers, etc. 2)the room is well kept, clean & odorless 3)they provide snacks&coffee for breakfast, which are exactly what i ate even when i stayed in resorts or 5-star hotels 4)location is perfect. from suvarnabhumi airport, train to Makkasan then MRT to Sukhumvit. 5)terminal 21 is nearby, eat & shopping there, super convenient 6)staff here are nice I took a few pictures when worked at the lobby. tomorrow gonna go back to China. Coming for business, so doesn’t have time to explore Bangkok. next time will make a detailed plan for leisure. c u Bangkok & Jono.

Kindly remind, durians are not allowed in private rooms. So I had to eat them all at the lobby, which must be quite annoying for other guests. Sorry guys, I didn’t mean it. I didn’t know this rule until I’ve picked up my delivery and I ordered too much. I’m a durian lover. Just this

A very interesting hotel and concept. My room was a good size, clean and well equipped, comfortable bed with the linen being changed daily. A neat fridge was mounted on the wall suitable for a couple of bottles and a few small items. The wi-fi was strong and stable and there were sufficient electric wall plugs. The hot water to the shower was good with good pressure, toiletries were supplied by the hotel and together with drinking water were replenished daily. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and tendered to be a bit noisy during the night. Generally, the neighborhood although busy was quiet and reasonably close to the Asoke SRT station. Coffee, hot chocolate and snacks were available in the foyer 24 hours, what a bonus! 😊. I enjoyed my 5-night stay at the hotel and am happy to recommend the hotel.

Very helpful staff, excellent location, quiet but 3 minutes walking away from Asok BTS, 7-11 2 minutes away, close to park with 2km track round lake, fast and reliable WiFi, nice work area with free tea/coffee/ biscuits, rooms clean & modern, lots of USB charging outlets and universal plug sockets (no adapters required)

Spacious room but no wardrobe, just a small hanging rail with 3 hangers, no drawers. Fine if you are happy living out of your suitcase, but I would prefer to unpack......

Clean and comfortable bed. Very clean toilet and towels. Free coffee machine / tea facilities at the reception area. Reception area is maintained nice and cool. Reception had sitting area with plug points underneath the seat with small tables to use laptop. Location is conveniently close to BTS (Sukumvit line). We can use the BTS to go to SIAM Paragon and also Ekkamai bus terminal (for those who would like to travel by bus like me) Room is a bit small compared to other standard hotels but considering the cost it is very good value for money.

Floor cleaning could have been better.
