Closeness to Airport was excellent. Arrangements for shuttle to / from airport was very good. Restaurant was quite good. Staff and facilities were very good. There was a breakfast pack a very early start. It was unexpected and quite satisfactory.

Effectively my room had no view - the window overlooked a roof and aircon and power supply equipment. There were other rooms with views from windows and these may have been better although a small amount more that I would have paid if aware in time.

Very close to the airport and the free shuttle made travel so easy! I was able to pay for a late check out, which meant no 9 hr wait at the airport for a late evening flight. The mini bar snacks were reasonably priced, and you could buy more at the restaurant.

The hot water was only warm, and with no curtain, the shower got the whole bathroom wet. The so-called terrace was teeny, more of an aircon ledge than anything. No room for a chair even!

The price was reasonable, the rooms were clean, we received a complimentary fruit platter and beverage at restaurant, and a “to go” breakfast with the airport shuttle

The pictures on the website made the rooms and overall appearance of the hotel, appear bigger than they actually were. Our booking stated “views of the city”, but we got a view of a brick wall/building

1) The room and toilet is spacious 2) The airport transfer service is available. 3) Great location to airport which is no traffic jammed and can arrive earlier less than 10 mins. 4) Welcoming guest with fruits n juice is awesome. 5) Massage service inside room is best but only the price is too high and expensive. 6) Near to the market and mall.

1) The hotel lobby area is hot no aircon. 2) The hotel didn't provide the luggage trolley. 3) The hotel receptions is not friendly. 4) The hotel didn't provide iron and iron board until we requested and takes too long. 5) NO HALAL FOOD provided at the restaurant for muslims.

Breakfast was good, good choice of foods, Western and Thai. Plenty of fruit, juice, coffee. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and had no problems with the local people.

I had problems with the wi-fi, very slow and often buffering for long periods. I did talk with reception about this, sent some one to investigate but alas no different when they left. Around the hotel, not much to do, not many bars. Local people friendly and some good places to eat (Thai style)

The staff are exceptionally good and polite. The location is the best if you wanna be near the airport. And the breakfast is awesome!

Prior to my arrival, I tried several times to contact them but it was just impossible. They didn't pick up calls, nor replied my emails but my wonderful experience at the hotel nullifies this communication problem.

We have an early morning flight so we just stayed to a hotel near the airport and we loved This hotel. It has free shuttle service to and frm airport. Staff are very helpful and nice. And we were surprised when the staff handed us packed bfast as we have an early flight and no time to eat at the restaurant.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the price. It is genuinely only 5 minutes from Suvarmabumi airport which means avoiding the heavy Bangkok traffic. I was transiting overnight in Bangkok which made it perfect. The room was clean and spacious with a rainfall shower. The restaurant was clean and the food was good value for money and tasty. There are fast food outlets 2 minutes walk away for anyone who would rather eat out and the inevitable 7/11 and pharmacy for anything else.you nay have forgotten.

My room overlooked private houses which meant I kept the curtains closed all the time. Not a major issue but I like natural light whenever possible.

From the moment I arrived my experience was positive. Check in was a breeze. Note it's at this point on your check in paperwork that you state which airport shuttle time you wish to travel to the airport. The checkin staff were very friendly and the porter whom took my luggage up to my room set up the aircon and explained the room and hotel features well. I will stay again.

The property was very close to the airport and they offered free airport shuttle pick up and drop off! the room service was GREAT! after not eating the best food on the previous flights that day we enjoyed a nice fresh cooked meal in our room. we checked in pretty late at 10pm and they have room service until 11 pm. the food was great! and they have a pretty big menu!

for the 5 hours I was staying in the hotel I did not find 1 negative thing to point out.
