The hotel facilities are brilliant, very clean, and the staff are lovely. The rooms are well equipped, and the pool/bar area is perfect for relaxing. The location is in a great neighbourhood.

Staff were very friendly, and could speak good English. Cinnamon welcome drink provided. Bed and Pillows were of excellent quality, and are super comfortable and plush. The sink is American Standard, and the WC is Toto. The Bathtub and Shower are of superb brand and quality. The Shampoo, Body Cleanser and Conditioner is Panpuri, which is a good Thai brand. Hair-dryer is strong and powerful, and room comes with Ironing Board and Electrolux Iron, Fridge and Safe Box. 4 bottle of drinking water, Drip Coffee, Tea (all replenished daily) and Wine Glasses are provided in room. Location is 5 mins walk from Sam Yot MRT. Rooms are in very new condition, and feels very clean. Lighting in the room is very bright. Gym is small, but it comes with Treadmill, Free Weights, Cross Trainer and Bicycle. Pool has beach chairs. Towels and Water are provided at all exercise facilities. Breakfast is delicious with a good and strong Coffee. Wifi is strong.

Breakfast location is al-fresco, with some indoor seats. However, when it rains, there could be a mosquito issue. Nothing you can do about it. Pool is a little small (end to end 6-9 strokes). No in-house spa facilities yet, although they are working on it. Location is not near any mega shopping malls.

The location is, simply put, perfect, a short walk distance from everything important. The room is large and you will find everything you need in there. Everything in premium quality. The bad (it matters) large and comfy and the bathroom has everything you may need waiting for you (and even more). You will even find a minibar well stocked with refreshments - all complementary, yes, that's right. But above everything, there are the people at this place. And they are amazing. They don't just work there, they take good care of you. And you will feel among friends, as part of a beautiful family. P.S. Pro tip: ask for a double espresso and sit for a while on one of those tables near the entrance.

The staff were very friendly and the property is in walking distance of both China Town and the night market along the canal.

The check in experience was easy and the staff were all too friendly to get us into our room and ensure we were comfortable. Shortly after being in our room, another member of staff knocked on the door and brought up a platter of fruit which was a very welcoming touch! The room was superbly furnished. The shower had great heat and great water pressure - which is certainly hard to come by in Thailand!

The hot water in the bath was more lukewarm and I quite enjoy a scalding hot bath. I am unsure why the hot water in the bath was of a lower temperature to that of the shower (which you could make as hot as the suns surface) so this was my only annoyance during the stay. But I enjoyed a bath nonetheless!

Shower. Poor water pressure and temp control seems to be a common issue in Bangkok with water cycling between hot and cold constantly. However, there are hotels that have overcome this, sadly not this one.

What impressed me the most was their genuine warmth and attention to detail. throughout my stay, They treated me like family, anticipating my needs and offering personalized recommendations. They even went out of their way to prepare baby food for my little one, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. The level of service I received was truly top-notch. They made it truly memorable, leaving a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking genuine care and remarkable service, along with a comfortable place to stay.
