If you’re looking for a budget stay, this place have everything you will possibly need. The biggest plus for me was a hair dryer and iron, that usually isn’t provided in a budget hotels. Also tea, coffee, all the cutlery. And the lady in the reception was super nice and speaks great english. Location is great, close to the night market but in a quiet little street, nice coffee shops around, 7/11 round the corner, scooter rental. Old town about 15mins walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Our room didn’t have a window, which we didn’t notice when booking, but it wasn’t much of an issue as we were out most of the time.

The location is really great as you are only a few minutes away from the night markets but still in a calm area. 7/11, tourist office and laundry across the guesthouse. The host was really kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very pretty and enjoyable. Cute little garden where you can relax. Beautiful and stylish bedroom with a balcony.

The wardrobe could’ve gotten a little cleaning but otherwise it was perfect.

Cute little property near the amazing Night Bazaar, our room was tidy with a really comfortable bed, air con and cute wall paintings, the water pressure was alright, the lady running the hotel was helpful and always had a smile on her face, we could use the washing machine and the fridge, nice garden with cats running around

air con takes a while to cool the room, probably due to poor insulation (there are quite large gaps between doors and the wall) Some bugs in the bathroom (mainly ants and spiders), wasn’t a problem for us but probably good to know for people easily grossed out

I like that cats allowed as I travel with them ( 3) yes standards are not European but we are not in Europe!!! I stayed there multiple times and tried multiple rooms, some are better some are more simple, but every time happy 😊 for me great location close to western food places and night market 😇

The location is very near to the night bazaar.And the ambience is very cozy and homely. Also the owner is very friendly

Need to walk a bit along a very dark and quiet street at night before we arrive at the house But that isn't detrimental to the good experience we have at the hotel

Cute little guesthouse style place right off the main area, walking distance to all the action. Has an old school backpacker feel which I really dig. Quiet at night w/a comfortable, firm king sized bed. Best sleep I’ve had the whole trip. The hosts speak limited English but are lovely :)

There was a rising septic smell in the bathroom that was pretty consistent. The water pressure in the shower is so so. Underneath the bed is filthy. No fridge (not a big issue, just good to note).

easy to check in, cozy place, very quite but still feel safe. i love how spacey the bathroom and the bed is so comfyyyy.

none but please refill the body shower for other customers' future use. we manage to use just enough of it huhu

The garden area was nice to relax, albeit only 2 chairs

We loved to stay there. Free coffee, and nice places to sit in the little patio. Plates and cutlery were also available, so you could have your own food. The room was clean and lovely decorated. Quite quiet for the big city.
