I'm really happy I found this place. Huubert, the owner, is a kind, honest and to-the-point Dutchman and has made me feel very welcome. Offering advice on my visa extension, local spots to eat, reliable scooter rental etc. The rooms are in top condition. A big and comfy bed, good storage space and a clean private bathroom - even a little tiny balcony. Location is conveniently close to town, but quiet enough for some peace. Great value for money. Can't ask for anymore and so i would highly recommend this stay for anyone short or longer term.

Lovely women super cool and friendly. We even saw the famous dutsh owner who is actually friendly and funny so don't care about reviews about him. The place is super well located just next by Thai box stadium lady boy show and live music venues night market. So a lot of fun to have there. But neiborhood is calm. Hotel can book a scooter for you which will come to you. Bedroom is very good with a little terrace and comfy bed.

Nothing to complain at all with the hotel itself just the scooter came with empty tank which is not cool

Nice staff, good value and clean. Location a little off the main drag but was quite at night because of this. Fan was good above bed. Hot shower, comfortable but firm bed.

We asked about air con and the price quoted was more than the room rental for our entire stay! Think maybe something got lost in translation but we didn't get the air con.

The property is well located, quiet but still close to the bustling night bazaar. The (Dutch) owner of the guesthouse is friendly, always there to help/ advise on anything really, or to organise trips/ programmes/ rentals or such, but at the same time he is not pushy. We have stayed in the family room, which was clean, great sized with quite big beds and with hot shower. We could get to our room well before the official check-in time (once we arrived from the train station in the morning), as our room was already ready. Breakfast can be requested as well and there is a quiet sitting area in the garden. Great stay overall and highly recommended.

Nice hostel being revamped. Staff very helpful. As an expat he knows what western need. Location is not far from everything, would say walking distance but argument with a few as to what that means but I'll put it thos way 500m to night market 2.5 km to furest in town tourist attractions. Everything else is tuk tuk or scooter or in my vase bike trip away ..

With hostel everything is good, now can't say same for other guest ( but that not the hostels fault) sometimes wish the places could rate the guests 😂 I..

Very nice hostel and owner. Place has a nice bar with pool table where you can just grab drinks and write down what you consumed. You just pay whatever you took upon checking out. Also, showers are fantastic. Great water pressure and always hot water. I stayed here for 6 nights. Location isn't the best (around 20 minutes walk to city center) so having a motor bike is recommended. There are many restaurants in the area though, as well as a 7 11. All in all, great value for money!

nice bed in private room. for this price really good room, nothing special but I didn't expect anything special. just beds and bathroom with hot water in good location. at night it was quiet, service was nice and smiling, I have nothing to complain about. There is a fan inside.

A perfect stay at the guesthouse. The owner is very nice and friendly and gives you a lot of advice. You can rent a scooter and book the bus to Pai. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The guesthouse is a bit out of the centre, but no problem if you like to walk a little. Its quiet and you can sleep well. Restaurants etc nearby. Or eat breakfast at the guesthouse.
