The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whenever we met anybody on the hotel grounds they smiled and greeted us. The room had a good view from the balcony. There's a Starbucks on the hotel grounds and the beach was being kept clean. They informed us on a regular basis if there were private functions happening which could cause noises (usually from 6pm-10pm). We even received a small Christmas gift. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The price for food (breakfast/lunch/dinner) were too high so we didn't eat at the hotel. Toilet outside as well in the rooms could use some renovations and also the entry way should be looked at as the grates weren't holding in their place while driving over them with the car.

The view from my seaview room was nice. There were kayaks and SUPs for rent at a fair price. The price of food and drinks in the hotel outlets was fair, and good portions. The breakfast buffet has a good variety.

There was not enough stretch of beach and it was quite rocky. The rooms are a bit dated, and can use some small touch ups. There were no small amenities, such as, cotton pads or cotton buds present, I guess we'd have to request them. The food menus are limited, which makes it hard to find food because the surrounding area of the hotel is nothing interesting at all, hence the name "Hideaway" The breakfast buffet, though has a good variety, are heavily salted. On some items, they were unbearable.

Servicefee and tax everywhere excluded. That’s very untypical for Thailand Also for the beach coffee!!! Fitness room could get a little upgrade Eg more mats. Towels. Switch on aircon! We used it a lot but often now towels and hot room

The property was in a great location for a relaxing quiet holiday for the family The villa we had was perfect, and great value for what it was The private beach and beach bar set up was paradise to relax Staff were great and very efficient at the bar set up Loved the bean bags. Very friendly and welcoming

Everything but the check in was perfect The staff need much better training at reception. Answering back as the villa was not ready 45 mins after check in. More focused on being right than apologizing and resolving the issue. I didn’t see a western manager on site, but my advice would be to train the reception staff better to be professional.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet area with its own private beach . Staff super friendly and very helpful, nice little mini village up the road with a few restaurants if you want to leave the hotel for dinner or breakfast then I recommend. We will be back

Only a slight issue with my shower in room 1010 the hot water wasn’t working correctly not much water came out but I’ve informed the receptionist so hopefully they will change that shower head .

The pool and beach are good, but the rockiness of the beach was a challenge. Lovely quiet location. Recommend the hotel shares this and suggests bringing suitable shoes if you want to swim. The bedroom was particularly good - great design and clean. Liked the environmental touches.

Chef's garden was overgrown. A great touch but not maintained. Tidy up a bit. Keep painting sections that look shabby. Staff seemed a little nervous when we first arrived but soon relaxed.

we stayed in a poll villa and it was really wonderful. great villa, great private beach, nice staff who was ready to help you at any time. quite place to stay and relax. i would come back here again)

Almost nobody from the staff speaks english, but it not such a big problem, we understood each other)

Great location with a lovely quiet shallow beach. Superb pool and good sunbeds. The staff were exceptional, Ped the front office manager and his team were so helpful and the housekeepers were marvellous.

Booked taxi back to Bangkok airport from the on site travel office a couple of days before our departure. It didn’t turn up (we suspect the travel office failed to pass our booking onto the taxi firm). This led to an anxious half hour wait on our departure date, whilst the gentleman in the travel office made a series of last minute and somewhat desperate telephone calls to find alternative transport for us.

gorgeous sunsets from beach and pier. beautiful double delux sea view room. love the window between bathroom/bedroom and the egg chair on balcony. gorgeous turqouise paintings. great choice at breakfast - bought there for a good price! Nice swimming pool. lovely beach. quaint traditional village compared to some more touristy places nearby. lots of nice restaurants nearby. no atm or supermarket, but tiny shops nearby with basics.

no English tv/films or very limited choice. otherwise everything else was fabulous, no complaints at all!
