Almost everything- location, beautiful place, swimming pool though we didnt use it but I am sure it would be lovely, sun loungers. We loved the property.

The staff were not friendly at all- barely a greeting. They could learn a little English to help serve non Thai speakers. One day a man had to clean his own table at breakfast as no staff around to do it. That wasn’t ok at all. Staff were all in the kitchen. I left my glasses in the room and nobody contacted me to tell me. Luckily I passed the property again and stopped in just to find they were there, known to be from our room and dated. Must do better, especially as can send messages on booking.com

I loved this place. The breakfast provided was really good and such a large choice of food. The rooms facilities are amazing, very strong air conditioning, spacious room, the room, the pool and comfortable bed. staff were very helpful and friendly to us during our stay and they had nets by the pool for chilling on that were very restful in the shade. They had cute cats on the property and a lovely view as you had breakfast. Perfect distance from the shops. The swimming pool was a very nice size and they had a little area for babies to be able to paddle if travelling with a family. Chilled out and privet luxury place.

Good quality hotel with absolutely amazing location - the view and outside pool are definitely the highest values of the hotel. Rooms comfortable, breakfast quite nice, polite staff.

One of the nicest places we have stayed, Very comfy beds which is hard to find in Thailand, pool was lovely, staff was lovely, shower is partially open to the elements but some how we didn’t get one insect or bug in our bathroom, shower was really good

Breakfast didn’t have the same widest options but was also just enough to start the day, I would recommend to get more sun beds outside as you get the typical people who put towels on very early then disappear for the day (selfish)

It says it has laundry facilities (extra cost) which it doesn't in the slightest. Which being a backpacker is high on the list when selecting a place to stay. And considering most hostels have them this place is lacking. 3 other guests from the same hotel we met down in town doing the same thing finding a launderette. The pool is nice but it need a good clean (not so much the water but the tiling needs a good scrub. Wouldn't take much effort to have it looking amazing.

The property was very clean, including the pool. The ambiance was very relaxed and the staff were great! The resort offers free rides to town as part of your stay which is really helpful, the walk back is around 15-20 minutes if you are out later and can’t catch a cab in town. The breakfast that was offered was also great, with rotating Thai dishes (definitely try them all) as well as your classic eggs, protein, toast, fruit, etc. The view was spectacular, waking up to the foggy mountains was definitely something I will miss!

Lovely hotel, around a 10 minute walk from the Walking Street in Pai, which meant it was lovely and quiet and away from the noise of the bars. But it was still super easy to walk in for dinner and drinks. Lovely pool area with proper sun loungers. Breakfast was delicious - yes, a limited choice if you’re used to European or US buffet but still plenty of options, especially compared to other hotels in Asia. The reception staff were lovely and even gave us a lift to the minivan office to catch our van back to Chiang Mai, which was appreciated. Very quiet and pretty gardens and nice big rooms. Plenty of hot water in the shower and WiFi was great.

If you are selective about what you eat then there might not be enough choice at breakfast for you. The pool could have been cleaned more frequently as there were often dead insects in there, but I appreciate it’s tricky to keep on top of as it’s just nature. If you want to be in the centre of town for the nightlife, this probably isn’t the place for you.

We got the upper floor double room to have the balcony with the round sofa thing. It was just over our budget but very worth it. The rooms are lovely and clean, nothing incredible but absolutely nothing bad to say about them. The balcony with the round sofa was amazing when a thunderstorm came in. We sat on it and watch the lightning for a couple of hours just chilling with snacks. Breakfast has Thai savoury options, fried eggs, salad, fruit, cornflakes and toast. The pool is nice and big.

Location is a good walk out of town BUT the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service down to the town (not sure about getting back) which is really nice of them. We did that once and then hired a motorbike for 100 THB / day and then used that as we wanted to see the canyon and other things. On our first day the pool was a bit green so we didn’t swim in it but it was cleaned overnight and lovely there next day.

Location is beautiful and really peaceful. It is about 15min walk out of town but the free shuttle into town makes this easier. The room was nice but could definitely have been cleaner. The best thing about the property was the pool which was very clean and a good size, we enjoyed it alot and the insects did not bother us too much

The bathroom was full of spiders and there was a gap in the grate so lizards and other insects could get inside fairly easily. However, if this wouldn't affect you then I would recommend this property

The room and bathroom were good sized and the bed was comfortable. They clean your room and put two new bottles of water in your refrigerator each day. The view of the forested mountains is very nice, and there is room to park a scooter if you rent one like I did. The place is clean and the staff is helpful. The pool looked beautiful, but in February it was too cold to go in (at least for me). The breakfast was pretty good, though there aren't a lot of vegetarian options but enough to make do. It is walking distance to a scooter rental shop, the local gym, and a couple of bars.

I wish the sink had a little more counter space. The shower can get boiling hot, so you have to be careful to moderate the temperature before you step in. The location is away from the main parts of Pai, which is good in terms of quietness and a more natural setting, but you should rent a scooter to make it easier to get to and from town unless you like to walk a lot.
