Unbelievably quiet for such location (river end of the property), fantastic garden, friendly staff, great vibe and quality of the bamboo huts.

A bit small for long time stays, additional ~2 m2 for a wardrobe/small desk would've been a game changer, probably wouldn't be much of an issue for a solo person though. Also the shower heater was not working super good, was hard to set a good temperature.

The little houses are beautifully, made with natural, local materials. I found the design very relaxing with the porch hammock and bed in a room that you could keep very dark. I also appreciate the private bathroom. I liked the garden as well. And the receptionist was friendly and helpful. you are also right off of the walking street. The only thing that was slightly difficult for me was that there is a club across the street that plays music until 1 AM.  If you are a heavy sleeper, though, this will not be a problem for you. 

Lovely place, by the river, great location, and a local Thai family run business. You do have some loud music playing by the bars nearby, but ear plugs will solve that. The location is amazing. Very close to walking street and cafes/ restaurants, message/spas, gyms, yoga studios, and the bus stop is an easy 5 min walk. Also, the owner is very kind and helpful. They provide hot water and teas/instant coffee and some fruit in the morning. Water is provided either in bottles or you can go to the water cooler and refill your bottle. Lots of space to park your scooter as well. Will definitely rebook when back in town. Kapkung khaa

Lovely cosy hut in a beautiful garden, you really feel like you're in nature! Simple room, but cosy and clean! The outside decking area with the table and hammock was perfect for chilling or working (bug spray is essential!). Very attentive staff and host, kept the place very clean. Bathroom was good. Location is perfect!! Just off the walking street. Booked a few extra nights after the initial.

Not much to complain about. The room size could be a little bigger so might not be suitable for a long term stay.

Excellent location. Go for the room facing Pai river. There are only 4 units, furthest from the entrance and noises - facing a large beautiful manicured lawn and Pai river. The feeling of calm, peace and privacy, reading a book/or simply snoozing on the hammock.

Nothing really. I guess guests who are truly light sleepers may find the location a tat noisy at night, considering it is located right opposite the buzzy Super Moon. Heavy sleepers like me - no problem :) Go for the river facing units. You won't regret it.

For this price, this place is literally a steal. Barely 10 minutes walking from Pai bus stop. The property is clean, and surprisingly calm. It has a lush garden with swings, and each hut has a hammock in its completely wooden porch. And they provide bottled water every day. It's literally attached to the main road of Pai, but once you enter the property, it feels like you are in a serene place far away from all the hullabaloo.

We loved the porch and river side chairs! It was a great location and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room is very charming! Really great value for the money in my opinion.

The bed was hard, which isn’t my preference, but this seems to be a theme throughout Asia I’ve noticed. The washroom had a gap between the walls and the roof, so we had bugs in the washroom and ants in the toilet, which we didn’t expect.

It’s so peaceful! You can hear nature all around you and the grounds are very well kept by the staff. The owner is so lovely and even has coffee & bananas out in the mornings even though it wasn’t listed. Also very centrally located. Will definitely be back!

The walls are super thin even though the bungalows aren’t joining (we could hear people’s conversations next door very clearly). Sometimes the birds in the morning are very loud and can hear music from the street at all hours.

You get your own private bungalow with a hammock, which was great. The location is excellent, within feet of the Pai walking street. Our bungalow overlooked the river which was gorgeous. Free coffee, fruit, and crackers are offered in the morning which was a nice touch. You get your water and toilet paper topped up each morning too which is nice. The owner let us store our bags all day whilst we waited for our bus.

There is a lot of noise from the bar opposite (not the fault of the owner), so if you are a light sleeper you may wish to stay somewhere further out of town. The bed and pillows are very hard.

The location is perfect, next to the night market and center, but still a bit outside so it's not super loud at night. The outside area next to the river is very cozy and convenient to have some chill time!

The owner was well aware of who was staying at his property and almost kicked out our friend during the day, which was a bit annoying, but no big problem there! The rooms got cold in the evening, because there is no isolation, just keep that in mind :)
