The reception staff were excellent - they always had a smile on their faces and put correct all my complaints over the first 5 days and then there were no problems The restaurant staff were equally good with lovely smiles on their faces and very friendly to The Filipino entertainer was also good The staff especially reception are EXCELLENT

I did not like having no easy chair to sit on as a man who is 69 with bad joints! I did not like that the pool accessibility was so poor, i could not swim and getting into the pool proved impossible for me due to my joint problems. I also fell badly at the pool side - maybe if they had a rubber surface next to the pool. Tell me why do hotels have a slippery surface next to the pools??

As soon as I arrived, the staff on the front desk were so helpful and kind, there was a mix-up with the room I was given and they changed it without fuss. The restaurant staff were great, band amazing and the guy at the rooftop pool bar was very friendly too! Definitely want to stay again!

Location was perfect. Near to most of the places in Patong Beach area. Staffs are very helpful. They allowed us for early check in & late check out. Worth for the money.when it was raining gave voluntarily came & gave us Umbrella. Whenever we asked came & clean the room.

It is a Old Hotel. Required upgrades. No intercom in the room. Room was not clean enough. Pool was not properly maintained. Bed was toughened.

The hotel is a big property and have a lot of rooms the rooms are nice and have space for mre becauae I carry alot of stuff with me they have rooftop swimming pool and resturant at the downstair and have unplagged show everynight and they do the party every friday I love it And the staff were so nice and smiling and gokd service will be stay again .

This is my second stay in the hotel, they have renovated and improved the property a lot. Room was comfortable and you just need to request for housekeeping to clean and they come and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can also book a taxi and tours from the hotel. The restaurant food is Halal and very delicious. Rooftop pool and bar has amazing view of Patong. Good, good variety, loved the coco flakes. Heaps of coffee, mandarin juice was good. Pouched eggs were great, sausages & ham was fine. Plus had salads as well

Chlorine in the pool would have been delightful as my eyes felt raped as soon as I opened under the water

Great few with amazing food,comfy beds and great staff,also the fact that their is two swimming pools and,two bars and a restaurant makes it worth the while

Like the location as it's close to Banzaam night Market and Al's close to Bangla Road and 5 minutes from the beach

Hotel need proper plumbing work in toilets, it always leaks water. I would suggest them to fix these small small issues so staying there would be more joyful.

Hotel staff were co-operative. had a elaborate discussion with the hotel operation manager and had a good feeling.

It was clean and comfortable the taff was good however thay do need to say that there is building work being done and the breakfast need more choice and needs covering up but for the price we paid I can’t complain
