Room good cleaning. Staff all helpful smile to me everytime when i am meet Anything if you need more this hotel will support and service to you. And locations somuch good. Nearly market shopping center and near Walking street And down at reception have laundry service

We did not stay at the hotel, because there was no availability, they sent us to another hotel, called “lucky”… this hotel is horrible.

The bed was NOT comfortable, the walls were stained, and the bathroom did not look clean.

The property seemed to be a good fit for me as I see the owner is Mr Khan so must be Muslim. I am recent convert. They really are scammers. So I checked in 5am after travelling 100 miles by car from Krabi. I wake up the next day at 4pm got ready and left. As I’m leaving the lady at front desk starts shouting to come back, I didn’t hear her initially as I had earphones. I quickly apologised and turned around to tell her I’m checking out. She started shouting about the room key which I had left 3 floors up with no lift and a heavy bag. Her husband whom is the owner Mr Khan then came to speak to me. The lady is non stop shouting in the street causing a scene. I tell them I left the key upstairs he informed I must fetch it. Lo & behold I go to collect the key and come down she is shouting about I need to pay for another day, which really is their fault of poor management. Never have I stayed in a hotel where they don’t ask customers if they’d like to extend or leave, I had one simple request. Show me the CCTV of staff knocking on the door and I’ll pay. I was appalled at the shocking outburst and shouting causing a scene in the local community! No one had knocked on the door, I see that as the Hotel fault why should I pay for another day if not staying in the absolute mess of a building. Severely outdated and uncomfortable, a lot of mosquitos. Old TV the big box units. Beds are unfit for purpose as they are placed on a wooden platform, not slats so extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom a mess shower sprays everywhere just a flimsy curtain was no help.

Absolutely nothing

Hard mattress, shower and toilet in one, room was not ready when I arrived and had to sleep in another hotel on the first night. No phone to call for help.
