Nice stuff, nice roof area to chill

Room without window. The air in the room was really heavy so sometimes hard to breathe. The worst thing about this room was that there is a "fan" from another room. And this fan is on each time the light is on. This fan is first of all noisy and also you got the smell from other room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at PJ Patong Resortel during my vacation in Phuket, and I must say that my experience was delightful. This charming resort exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and service. First and foremost, the location of PJ Patong Resortel is absolutely fantastic. Whether you're looking for a lively evening out or a relaxing day by the sea, everything is just a stone's throw away from the resort. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel instantly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff members were always ready to assist with any queries or requests throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly added a personal touch to my experience.

The accommodations at PJ Patong Resortel were comfortable and well-appointed. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided met all my needs. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the resort's pool area. The pool was immaculate and offered a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling surroundings. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing swim or simply relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers, the pool area provided a serene escape from the outside world.

Not immaculate but For the price the hotel was very good. In a great location with everything working very well. The shower was powerful, air con was good and had a safe.. the location is perfect also, in the middle of everything on a busy road but it's away from the road. The only thing that disturbed me was ambulances

The carpets in the corridor on my level were awful.

The room we stayed in is a deluxe double room. Good location near the food market. Walking distance to the club and bars. The room gets to be clean every day, unlike other hotels. The room has a smart TV that can access youtube and netflix. A small balcony for smoking. Swimming pool on the roof top. The fitness near the lobby area. Very friendly staff. I would come back and stay again

The bed is too hard. Is not a big issue

Yes, it was a nice budget hotel in a good location, close enough to the action but far enough away to relax.. ,rooms were good (could use a little tidy up), a gym, little pool and great breakfast and sitting areas. Great staff, very friendly and helpfully. specially personeel of kitchen. is a old hotel but clean enough. good value for the price in this area

room was very boxy and small, air conditioning leaked all over the bathroom floor (that’s where the output pipe was) making the floor slippery and the room a bit smelly. our room was the most budget without a window, which didn’t help with the smell. The gap between the bed and the wall was filthy, there was even a condom wrapper there I had to get them to clean and the bed was rock hard and not very comfortable.

Cracking hotel, brilliant staff and the owner Ned an Australian was always available to help, nothing was to much for him. Good swimming pool, rooms kept spotlessly clean. My one problem, being disabled was the location, it is away from Patong centre and to far for me to walk. However, a 200thb taxi ride gets you there in 4 minutes and I will definitely return if only to have a night at the bar with Ned and Co......You just have to try this hotel

Great location - but can be a bit noisy, but where isn't noisy when this close to Bangla? Staff are gorgeously friendly and have great English skills if you need. Great air con, good TV channels. 2x free water daily. Great place for the price. If you want luxury, pay for luxury. If you want great location with good enough room facilities, this place is worth the stay.

Breakfast buffet isn't great, but suffice enough. Small balcony - enough for maybe two people only standing room?

We stayed at this fantastic hotel for ten days and loved it so much that we extended our stay. Despite being very close to the famous Bangla Road and all the main attractions is not noisy at all, the cleanliness is excellent and the staff impeccable especially the fantastic receptionist Jen, always smiling and helpful!
