The staff was exceptional. Extremely pleasant and friendly. Check-in was smooth, the front staff was always smiling, and the bar attendant was delightful and welcoming. The room staff always asked if we were ok. The security was always pleasant and assisted us with getting a taxi service.

The breakfast selection is limited to an American style, the hashbrowns were stale, and if you had a tiny cup of coffee you were charged for each cup. Coffee served with powder packets. We complained about the hash brown and no compensation or discount was applied.

Staff were welcoming. Camille in the brunch service is worth a special mention. She was excellent, friendly and professional.

Towels weren’t changed on 2nd night despite request. Toilet paper ran out along with shower gel. Called reception and Donna came to our rescue, very friendly and accommodating. Other downside is the coffee in the room/no milk provided no biscuits/refreshments (expected at Radisson).

Clean great staff centralized location nice view beds are comfortable I loved the towels they were very absorbent pool was good bar had cold drinks Britney was very helpful pleasure to deal with very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms did not have a mini fridge nor a microwave I asked to use their central microwave downstairs to warm food I had brought in and they said no they don’t let anyone use the microwave the door in the shower was just half sheet of glass so the other half was open when you showered water came out onto the floor next to the toilet.

I had an issue with the electricity going out in my room and I was quickly relocated to another room. An employee by the name of Karissa/Carissa was so attentive. She came up to the room and made sure all my stuff was transferred to the new room and that I was satisfied and comfortable. She made the difference in my stay. we really appreciated that.

'Loved' the room generally, loved the staff they were all so polite. Housekeeping thumbs up to them!

Wi-Fi in room was thumbs down. They need to do better, much better with 'network television' signal, namely CBS and NBC which kept going off MOST nights for hours, to come back some time the following morning???

I like the general ambiance of the ground floor.

The room was a bit musty and smells like mold. The sheets and pillow case needed changing the first night. The general ambiance of the floors needed upgrading as it's not the most welcoming. Not the service charge and vat needed to be built in to the various costs to allow a more fair and attractive pricing regime.

Good place to sit outside in the restaurant/ bar by the pool, very friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant/ bar. Central location, good connection to the ferry harbour,, Independent Square. And: inside the hotel is a shop with beautiful regional products, arts and crafts.

Windows cannot be opened because of the AC.

The lifts worked steadily without delays.The premises were clean. The staff was very accommodating

I didn't like the fact there was no microwave in my room.. I had to constantly annoy reception to get use of a borrowed microwave. U need to do BETTER I also think guests should be provided a complimentary drink on arrival

Staff very accommodating. Actually booked out 4 days early and took the ferry to Tobago. No fault with the hotel, due to evening restrictions caused by locality. Left main baggage with security and picked up when we returned for an overnight stay prior to flying out home the next day.

Location wasn't quite what we had imagined but no major issues.

bed was very comfortable, very lovely view. enjoyed the in room coffee and room furnishings including extra chairs for seating and additional charging outlets

paint on the bed head board was flaking off, plus there was a sock left by a previous guest so the housekeeping team need to do an additional check before rooms should be should by front desk
