Fantastic location…5 mins downhill is the main shopping and dining road. What is best is that it is only 10 mins walk uphill from the hotel to a viewing point for morning sunrise and viewing the launch of hot air balloons..what a view..even if you don’t want to walk uphill, you can still views the hot air balloons from the terraces of the hotel every morning…no need to pay $$. The staffs are all very friendly especially Mustafa who manned the front desk..Highly recommended..

The hotel is very cozy looking. The location is amazing but you will have to walk up a steep slope to reach the hotel unless you have a transport. The view in the morning at around 6-8am you will be able to see many hot air balloons in the sky. There is a spot where you can sit & enjoy the nature as well. Hotel room is clean, well prepared with working appliances. Breakfast is also delicious, a variety of choices.

Nothing about the property, just the walk towards the hotel as you have to walk up the steep slope.

Good times are defined by good experiences, and I have to extend a big thank you to Mr. Şuayip Yıldırım and the lovely lady owner, for my lovely stay at Gozide. They are absolutely fantastic hosts and specially Mr Şuayip Yıldırım was very helpful and attended to all our requirements and offered great suggestions. The Hotel is nicely located with stores, restaurants, market and even the sunset point on a hill nearby, all walkable. It's converted from a previous family home and has an open courtyard and about 8 rooms. It has a very good view of Goreme and has 3 separate terraces with ample of open and shaded seating areas. ( jfyi, the whole Goreme area gets that morning view of Balloons flying overhead, its not a hotel or view specific thing ) There is an open Parking lot right in front of the hotel. Goreme streets are narrow and it's hard to find a parking spot, so that's a big plus. But, it's basically a free open space for around a 12-15 cars and it get's full in evenings because of tourist visiting the nearby sunset point and restaurants in this area. So if you decide to move your vehicle out in busy evening hours, you might lose your spot till late night. They offer a mix of simple Turkish and English breakfast spread and a lot of fresh fruits. All the amenities expected from a hotel are offered and are fine and acceptable. The place is clean and has flower plants and fruit vines all over. Honestly, please don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel level amenities. They are doing their best with their quite service and attentiveness, and you will feel very good staying here. Definitely recommended. Look for Şuayip Yıldırım if you have anything needed to get done. He didn't even expect or took tips for his help and his handy suggestions about the place, which made things wonderful for us. People like Şuayip make your stay Great and are an asset to any Hotel. Others can learn from him.

Great experience at Guzide! We booked a room for three people. The room was clean with all the necessary materials. The service of the staff was incredible, they were all super helpful and nice, even during the time after our checkout (luggage storage, using their terrace etc.). the breakfast was definitely not to miss with homemade food and diversity. The hotel locates not far from anywhere in town. It is especially close to a magnificent sunset/sunrise point. The arrival and departure have also been effortless as we booked the airport shuttle with the hotel. Highly recommend !

My stay at Güzide Cave Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with charming cave-style rooms that capture the essence of Cappadocia. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a cozy and unique atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of the stay was the exceptional hospitality. The attendant was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though their English wasn’t perfect, they went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and were always ready to help. It was easy to communicate with them despite the language barrier because of their kind and attentive attitude. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Güzide Cave Hotel. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and the beautiful Cappadocia landscape made this a stay to remember. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

Firstly, the bedsheets were a bit worn and slightly discolored. They were still okay to sleep in, but it’s clear that they’re due for a replacement. Secondly, the hot air balloon experience left me disappointed. Before arriving, the hotel staff assured me that I didn’t need to book a balloon ride in advance and that they could easily arrange it. Since I only had two days in Cappadocia, I trusted them. Unfortunately, the first day was canceled due to rain, and on the second day, the prices skyrocketed from €250 to €450 per person. Even though I was able to fly in the end, I felt like there was little transparency about the balloon booking process, and it seemed like the hotel was affected by the agencies controlling the prices.

Everything about it was perfect. Amaaaazing service, the rooms were lovely, beds were super comfortable and shower was perfect. Breakfast spread was good assortment and options of freshly made eggs. Turkish tea was always available and they encouraged us to help ourselves if needed. Property had many balcony points where we could spend our days lazing and enjoying the view. Staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Ali and Mustafa who were accommodating to all our requests and helped with all our bookings and organisation for tours. Thank you so much for a family friendly welcome and I would definitely recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel

Simply beautiful property with terraces and courtyards. It has I think 6-8 rooms only so it feels almost like a private residence. The owners and staff are very helpful, ready to solve any issues that may arise and always smiling. Location is only a 5-10 mins walk from the sunrise point (but that also means it’s a little uphill so be prepared to walk a little up hill when coming from centre of town). Centre of town is a short 10mins walk as well. Bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious. Bed is good firm with a nice blanket. Breakfast is a very good generous spread and eating it on the terrace is simply beautiful.

The staff were exceptional. Ali, the receptionist, help us with planning all our activities once we arrived . He was super kind and guided us throughout the entire trip. The breakfast was very tasty and much more than we expected. Dilek, the chef, was very kind and professional. Nesrin kept our room clean and stacked with refreshments (water, tea, coffee). The property was also nice. The floors were heated and the rooms were warm. We could see the air balloon from the terrace. We recommend booking the room with the terrace.

The hotel is at a central location in Goreme. The city centre is walkable, and it is also very close to a sunset point from which you have amazing panoramic views of the city. The room is quite spacious, and has all the required amenities. The hotel has access to a terrace balcony where you can also enjoy your drinks and food while listening to live music from the surrounding restaurants.

Not a negative but would like some more options for a vegetarian at breakfast, beyond the fried food counter. Felt like we resorted to breads and cheeses , cereal and fruit everyday.

Well situated hotel which is central to everything in Goreme. Our room was traditional, basic, with a decent shower room. Complementary kettle, tea/coffee and toiletries provided. The best thing at this hotel is the breakfast (what a spread), follower closely by the fantastic small team off staff who go out of their way to please.

We are not the sort of people who expect our room to be serviced daily and we told the staff that. We were there for 6 nights. On day 4 I asked for the room to be serviced. Towels and complimentary water replenished, but the bed linen wasn't changed and the bathroom wasn't cleaned / spruced up. I didn't complain but it was a bit disappointing.
