My words cannot describe the incredible experience I had in this hotel. I stayed there for my birthday and they made sure I had the best holiday ever, with such caring and honest attention that I am really moved by their level of professionalism but as well of humanity! The suite was breathtaking and even beyond my expectations, the pool with the panorama view is incredible, breakfast was so rich and delicious that is was my favourite moment of the day and the staff was even more beautiful than all the things that I mentioned before...we even hugged when I left!! Don't hesitate booking this place because you definitely won't regret it.

An absolutely breathtaking hotel with the most outstanding customer service. The hotel manager and staff were warm and welcoming and ever ready to assist. They helped us with our daily tours and hot-air balloon experience - which is an absolute must! The hotel is situated close to many amazing restaurants and shops. It was wonderful to stroll around this area, especially at night. Secret Hill Cave Suites definitely made our Cappadocia stay that much more memorable.

Everything. It’s a great hotel - modern and clean (this coming from my fussy wife obsessed with cleanliness), with friendly staff who always seem to go out of their way to make your stay that extra bit special. It’s located in a quiet area and so very peaceful. At the same time, it’s a short walk away from restaurants and shops, so you get the best of both worlds. A luxurious stay because of the attention to detail. A shoutout to Arif and Malik who went above and beyond to make us so welcome and comfortable as if we were in our own home.

Secret Hill's location above the bustle and hustle of Goreme adds to its charm as one of the most beautiful hotels in the region, with both privacy and immediate access built into the architecture that flanks the central swimming pool. Guests waiting for an early morning check-in are welcomed at poolside with glasses of Turkish tea. Staff stop by to inquire if anything else is needed; even the manager approaches to introduce himself and his newly-opened hotel to his guests. At dawn on mornings when the wind allows, the sky is filled with hot-air balloons drifting across a landscape filled with fairy chimneys, much like the guest-rooms themselves which, from a point near the swimming pool, appear to float side-by-side above the landscape, while others tower above them, rising toward the light. And the magic extends beyond the landscape to the interior of the hotel. The bedrooms are unusually spacious, and many of the bathrooms boast a private jacuzzi. If Installers seem to have left out curtains on the large window above the jacuzzi, the image from outside of one's own face in the mirror leaves no doubt about the installers' use of one-way glass. As for other amenities, the wifi is ultra-high speed, and the flat-screen television offers global streaming services, provided that one has brought one's passwords from home. Finally, breakfast in the glass-walled room next to the swimming pool is as inviting as the pool itself, with a wide array of Turkish fruits and baking, as well as freshly-squeezed orange juice and a variety of coffees available from a machine as up-to-date as anything in Europe.

The lack of a restaurant on site or near the hotel is the sole drawback, given that the road down the "secret" hill is extremely narrow as well as steep. And it's at least a kilometre to walk down to the main street for take-out food, and at least twice as far, it seems, to climb that steep hill as it was to find a way down.

This lovely hotel is at the top of a hill so you have great views and it's very quiet. In fact, we hardly heard any of the other guests. The location is good. I saw reviews that it was at the top of a steep hill which is an exaggeration. You can easily walk into the centre and have a wander and a nice meal and walk back without any trouble at all. The staff are very kind and organised a private tour for us as well as some sandwiches using vegetables from their garden at the back. The rooms are very large and comfortable with powerful A/C which is something you need in August. We also had a little balcony overlooking the pool area and from which you have views of a few balloons in the morning. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of it. Not being Turkish, we didn’t know what all the dishes were, so it would have been helpful if they had been labelled, but it didn’t stop us from trying anything. I would recommend this hotel for a lovely calm, stay. The bar and the chill-out area on the top are nice place places to relax in the evening.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location! Anna was really helpful giving us personal recommendations for places to see instead of going on day trips. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was Great and the terrace was an amazing place to watch the balloons early in the morning. The pool area was a good place to relax after a long day exploring the many wonders of Capadoccia.

We thought the only minor thing was at breakfast there wasn't someone around to oversee clearing of tables and restocking of food and drinks. The first day was fine then the next 2 days, us and others had to ask for hot food and clear tables ourselves to sit down. We also had replenish some things ourselves. Considering everything else was so polished,we felt this needed a little more consideration. This probably was a brief oversight and would not stop us from staying here again?

We walked into fairyland, so beautiful, unexpected greenery and a nice pool. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. I didn't get to try their breakfast, but it looked good with lots of variety, women that worked there were so nice when I asked for a lemon. The location was great, up a little hill, it was steep but very short. And easy walk into town. Staff was helpful with planning tours and our balloon ride. Unfortunately, we had to cancel one of the tours because I got sick, with a very reasonable, last minute cancellation fee. They were very responsive when I requested a blanket change because I didn't like cologne/fragrance on the bedding (a me issue, not the hotel). I would definitely go back again.

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend! The location was brilliant as it was just a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants. It was also a great for watching the balloons from the terrace. We did this one morning, and another morning we walked to the viewpoint only 10 minutes away. We also walked to the viewpoint at night and would recommend this also as the views were amazing. The hotel contacted us before the trip and arranged our excursions, including the hot air balloon, red and green tour and the ARV evening. We would highly recommend all of these trips. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and made us feel at home. The pool was lovely for relaxing in the day after the early morning starts. This holiday was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken.

Fantastic hotel. Arif is the best at Customer service. Wonderful young man and so helpful. We will come back solely because of him. Breakfast was great. Huge selection of local dishes. Eggs to order. Great view of the city. We loved everything and highly recommend this hotel! Don’t come unless you do the balloon ride. Plan 3 days in case they cancel due to weather. Seems pretty common for canc. The two tours offered throughout the city, red and green, you should look into carefully. We did the green and it was basically a shopping tour. One great underground town. The end was a spice/ food shop and was good. The rest wasn’t much. Do not recommend it.

Every was great. On a hill, lots of stairs, no elevator. But this is the way capadoccia is and the staff helps with the luggage. No issues.
