We simply loved everything! The hotel is beautifully located providing a breathtaking view on the rising balloons during sunrise. The accomodation itself is beautifully furnished with a lot of details, very clean and chic. The hospitality Oscar and his team provided made us really feel home away from home. Always very friendly and supportive with our inquiries. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back soon 🌞☺️

Hotel staff: Everyone is friendly, polite, and welcoming. The receptionists speak English very well and are happy to assist with any questions you may have. Breakfast and bar location: I love Turkish breakfasts, so I really enjoyed it. However, it’s important to note that this is not a buffet but a traditional Turkish breakfast with a variety of appetizers and an option to choose how the eggs are prepared for you. I really appreciated that the tea, coffee, and dessert station is open 24/7 and included in the accommodation price. Room: The room has everything you need (I would only add a bathrobe), including a small hammam in the bathroom and a private terrace with a beautiful view of the hot air balloons in the morning. It’s very well heated, and the rooms are cleaned daily.

Only one thing disrupted a fully relaxing stay – the ceiling in the bathroom. The hotel's design resembles a cave, and the ceiling is made of a material that constantly crumbles. In our case, chunks of it fell directly onto the floor. It was uncomfortable to be in the bathroom because something could potentially fall on you and the floor was consistently dirty.. The hotel staff explained that this is a characteristic of the natural material. However, I believe that the bathroom ceiling requires reconstruction and should be replaced with moisture-resistant materials suitable for use in a bathroom, especially since the hotel offers its own hammam.

Our stay at Jacob's Cave Suites was absolutely unforgettable! There were so many things we loved about the property. Oscar at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to help us arrange a Hammam experience and organize our tours. The service staff were fantastic, and the adorable cats outside our suite were an unexpected delight—we had so much fun playing with them! Forgot to mention - The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Our time in Cappadocia will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and if we ever return, Jacob's Cave Suites will definitely be our first choice.

Stay at Jacob's creek was a mesmerising experience. Location was simply perfect !! Room was quaint & cozy. Breakfast was delightful and so so fresh & truly organic. Goreme & specially Jacob's cave is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the Hot Air balloon experience. Do go for ATV ride & also if you enjoy Arts, please do a go for a Turkish Mosaic Lamp making workshop at "Highlights in Cappadocia workshops". If you want to enjoy some good Pasta, please do go to Mak's Pasta in Uchisar, Cappadocia. The girls will indulge you in a creamy, cheesy & delightful pasta experience.

The only disappointment was no restaurants in the property although they arrange for food from nearby restaurants.

Amazing locations, just outside the bustle if you want it nice and calm. Nestled in a beautiful location, among fruit trees. The room has portions of cave and some with front built of stone blocks. Above all the air cons work very well. Breakfast is freshly cooked and served on the table… I must thank Ismail and his staff. They are very kind and helpful… amazing experience and I will definitely visit again…

Nothing is at fault. The air con on arrival didnot work great. They promptly cleaned the air con air filters and it fixed it…

During my stay in Cappadocia, I had the pleasure of discovering Jacob’s Cave Suites, and I can’t recommend it enough. This place is a true gem, perfect for a getaway as a couple, with family, or with friends. The rooms, with their vaulted stone walls, offer a unique atmosphere, giving you the feeling of being in a cave while providing modern comfort and authentic charm. The hotel also features a stunning terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and the city of Cappadocia. Watching the sunrise and sunset from here is nothing short of magical. The little garden adds a touch of tranquility, making the stay even more pleasant. One of the standout features of this establishment is the manager and his team, who go above and beyond to cater to your every need. Whether it’s organizing activities, arranging taxis, booking spa experiences, or recommending the best restaurants, they are perfectly connected to the local community. This creates a seamless synergy between the hotel, dining, and other services in the area. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant on-site. However, this is hardly an issue, as the nearest restaurant is just a two-minute walk away, and the local dining options are excellent. If you’re looking for a place that combines authenticity, comfort, and warm hospitality, Jacob’s Cave Suites is the perfect choice. Great location. Loved being in the cave. Good food options.

The wifi connection wasn't good at all. Very unstable. On arrival, we agreed to do the hot air balloon. The manager said he would send confirmation. We didnt pay or receive any confirmation. My daughter then surprised us with a booking that was paid for. When we went to the manager to cancel the original booking. He got so angry, raised his voice and told us we needed to speak to the man to cancel. That was totally unacceptable. The next day he came by being friendly and all was forgotten. But we are tourist and plans can change. Especially if we didn't commit I'm writing or by payment.

Everything about the property was good.. the friendly and helpful staff a special shout out to Mr.Oscar, who arranged the day tour for us, the transportation and also took care of all our needs during the stay. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities necessary overlooking the cave hills . The breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs to your liking. Overall a very pleasant stay.

About a kilometre away from Göreme center so you would need a taxi to get there for more Dining option. But the staff will help arrange that for you

I had a wonderful stay at Jacob's Cave suites. It is situated a short taxi ride from Goreme and the staff will call you a taxi when needed. The suite was beautiful and we had our own balcony to take in the breath taking views. The suite and the whole complex was very clean and well maintained. The staff there were exceptional and I would like to thank Oscar and Ismail for their hospitality, they would go out of their way to help us, offer advice, arrange tours for us and offer us refreshments and anything we needed. All the other staff I could see were working tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly and provide us with the most amazing breakfast. I enjoyed that every day! There are also some really cute cats roaming around which was nice and we would feed them sometimes. Oscar and Ismail really treated us well and made us feel so welcome, there is a real personal touch offered that you will not get from a large hotel. Thank you for a fantastic experience, I recommend this place 100%!

There is only one thing I would mention, there is no kettle in the suite. You can get tea/coffee/cakes anytime from the dining area, but it is not that convenient to go up and down the stairs for tea, so for anyone who really needs their tea in the evening, I would bring some large travel mugs and maybe a flask so you can take up hot water to last you a while.

The welcoming was great. We came late around 10-11. Oscar, at the reception, explained everything to us about the tours, the balloons, and all the info we needed, and reserved for us the Atv tour as we wanted. In the sunrise were the hot air ballons, passing right out from our hotel and after In the morning we had an amazing breakfast that oscar made it and omelets freshly done. The tomatoes and peppers were organic. We met also Ismail was a great guy too welcoming aswell and they made our trip even more enjoyable. Restaurants are 2 minutes by walking.
