I was so pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was sufficient for my friend and I and the bathroom was MASSIVE. The water pressure was great and hot water was consistent. Breakfast was included in our stay and that was important so we could start off our early mornings in Cappadocia. There was a young hotel staff always running about tending to guest and offering tea, he was a great help and joy to have around. The view from the carpet terrace and basically anywhere you looked out from was simply breathtaking. The overall design of the hotel was something I'd never seen before and was pleasantly surprised by it. I really liked the vibes! They also allowed us to keep our luggages at the hotel until our flight at 11pm. The location though not right in the centre of town, was close enough to walk to (about 5-10 minutes) and we actually really enjoyed our walk to/from the town centre, especially after a meal. We met neighbours and looked at the other properties on the way there! Do note it is not a "cave hotel" if that's something you want. I didn't and it definitely met my expectations. Personally, I truly enjoyed our stay at Garden Suites Hotel. It's great for the value and left me with a warm feeling in my heart. Thank you for the great stay!

Gorgeous hotel, very attentive, fantastic location

The tours/services they offered from the hotel we probably about 30% upcharged from what you could get just walking into town.

Very spacious, a little bit away from all the tourists. We experienced the locals around the hotel and we loved it. Umut welcomed us at 02:00 in the morning with a smile and he was very willing to show us around. Bahar was a very welcoming and friendly sight every morning at the breakfast table. She has a lot of enthusiasm and she loves life!! We enjoyed her SO much!

The roof terrace is amazing, you can enjoy the sunrise with the balloons or the sunset with just a drink. One of the few hotels with a roof terrace, maybe the best roof terrace in town.

Wifi signal was very bad in our rooms and even the roof terrace. As a side note, the hotel staff is trying to sell you overpriced tours upfront with the note that they need to be booked asap. When asking in town, prices for the same tours were up to 40% less of what they were asking for; balloons, red/green tour, etc..

Garden Suites is a pleasant, tastefully decorated hotel perch up on a hill in Goreme. The room were large and comfortable, the bathroom is particular had lots of space too. The breakfast was wonderful. There were so many cheeses, pastries, jams, and fruit to select from. Some of the fruit came from the gardens of the kitchen staff! The view was also terrific, and although we didn't see any balloons while there, the rooftop is a great vantage point to see some of the caves and the unique landscape.

I would have liked a better tour of what was available in the room. There was a blinking red light behind the mirror that I didn't know was a TV for the room - I wish I knew that in advance.

Property: Very new building, modern and clean. Rooms are even bigger than they look on the pictures. The bathroom is very luxurious with a huge shower. There is air condition in case it gets hotter during the night. The view on landscape is incredible and in case you wake up between 5 and 6, you can see all the hot air balloons (if you´re not in one at that moment :) ). Staff: Fantastic people, very young, dynamic and friendly team. Gave us suggestions on what tours do do and what would be better to do by ourselves. In case you book a tour, you get picked up at the hotel and get dropped off at the hotel afterwards. Breakfast: Huge breakfast buffet with loads of options (lots of different kinds of cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables, spreads, tea, coffee, water, juices, jams, etc.). Extra Services: We used the 90 minute Spa & Massage package, that was one of the best Spa/Massage experience I have ever had, I felt like a different person afterwards. Value for money: 10/10, can´t get any better. The location is perfect (like 5 minutes walk from the town centre with all restaurants and shop) and very safe. Parking is available literally everywhere.

Very friendly staff. The room with the terrace was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with loads of options. The location is good, away from the busy (ish) town center so it's quiet, but not that far so you can walk there in 5 minutes. You can book all your adventures with the staff at the reception which is handy. Laundry service was good. The town itself has all you need including a pharmacy.

The staff insist that you pay cash for your activities, even though they have a card machine which works perfectly. It's annoying because if you withdraw cash in town, you pay a big enough fee to the bank. For me it was 8%. So my advice is to ask to pay by card if you don't have cash and don't want to withdraw. Also, and it's very important: do not use their transfer service on the way to the airport. It's overpriced compared to what is available, and for us the driver arrived at the hotel 25 minutes late, was rude, went around the town forever to pick other passengers and eventually dropped us at the airport extremely late for our flight. This was a stressful last day for no reason. Do yourself a favour and book a taxi.

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Center . I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again . We hade an amazing privat garden , and the roof terrace is amazing to watch hot air balloons. Olga & Oliver from Romania ❤️

Everything was exceptional

The staff were really friendly and helpful. You were able to book tours through the hotel. The breakfast buffet had lots of options including hot food. The views over the town were amazing, and the hot air balloons in the morning are so close. The rooms were large, with all of the appliances you’d need in a hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. Only a short walk, around 600m to the town centre and all of the restaurants. Would recommend.

The rooms above weren’t too noisy but for some reason we kept hearing chairs dragging even late at night. We were on the bottom floor. Otherwise nothing. We really enjoyed our stay here.
