We took the deluxe triple room. It was really spacious with a balcony with the most beautiful view of the valleys . It was nicely furnished with very comfortable matresses and beautiful curtains. The bathroom was big with excellent shower with strong flow of both cold and hot water . The rooms were eqipped with warmers and airconditioning units.The elevator is big and modern.Breakfast was at the terrace whic had two parts one glassed and the other one open. The breakfast was very varied and satisfying and the kitchen lady was very friendly and ready to prepare fresh fried eggs on our demand.The staff were very cooperative although only one of them( Bayram ) could speak English. He helped us book our tours with excellent agencies and answered any question we had.

Internet signal was weak in the rooms

I always want to get not formed global marketing hospitality and feeling of a warm welcome from a hotel! You did it! We were pleased to visit you. We decided that we would definitely return. Excellent breakfast for that price (include). Get deep sleep mattresses, wonderful puppy at the reception, wooden ceiling and kind people. A small cozy hotel we deserve . Thank you!

Please pay attention to the toilet cover and hygienic shower. The sink is wobbly. Clean the shower rails. in one socket one panel falls out. Lubricate the lock on the balcony. give more Internet speed - these are little things, you can easily fix them! I specifically wrote about this so that the review would be honest. the city is small, the hotel is located 300 meters from the infrastructure. Personally, I didn't care. I love walks. !!! be sure to add speed and hold wifi in the room. I wish you success, so I was publicly objective. If we return to Cappadocia, we will return to you!

The staf, especially Bajou very kind and helpfull. The room beautiful, clean and spacious. The breakfast nice and various. The location not far from main road , not far from terminal bus and shops.. From terrace hotel, we can see the balloons. Recomended to stay in Cappadocia, for the room, the breakfat, the kind staff, the location and the price.

The shower in room 101 not easy to use.

We got a free upgrade of the room (we did not ask for) so the room was even better than the one i booked. It was spacious, huge bathroom, rich breakfast, common terrace with great view. Definitely worth it.

Internet connection was weak, though the receptionist convincingly promised that he will fix that ASAP.

Room - We had booked deluxe triple room which was really spacious & clean and had an amazing valley view where balloons take off. It contained 2 bed (1 single + 1 king), large coffee table with chairs, dressing table and balcony with table & chairs facing the valley. Hotel offers Amenities - Room had all required amenities like wardrobe, AC/Heater, hair dryer, kettle, toiletries, free cable TV etc. Service - Hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They also have a travel desk to help you book activities like tours, airport shuttles, hot air balloon etc. at a similar rate available outside. They go out of their way to help you with the bookings and any issue to ensure a comfortable stay. Food - Hotel provides a lavish Turkish breakfast with different fruits, salads, cheeses, juices, cereals, and sweets. Great place to try Turkish breakfast if you haven't tried it. Location - Hotel is located 10 mins walking from the bus stop and 5 mins walking from main square with cafes and restaurants. It's also just opposite to balloon take off site with no obstructions in between so you can watch hundreds of balloons getting ready to fly before sunrise from hotel's terrace. It's truly a surreal sight!

The terrace has open-air table-chair seating. I suggest to add signature Goreme seating in one corner of the terrace for clicking great photos.

The hotel is a really nice place to stay in Goreme! The room was really clean and spacious with AC and ours included a nice outdoor patio with seating. The hotel hosts were accommodating when we arrived early in the morning. Early check in was not possible in our circumstance as our room was still occupied, however the hosts were welcoming and provided us the option to have breakfast and stay in their lounge. The ladies at the breakfast station were really helpful and made eggs to our order. They had a nice selection of items to eat for breakfast everyday including cheeses, vegetables, cereals, pastries and breads. The place is located 10-15 minute walk to the centre and is easily accessible to the main attractions of the town. There are many good sit down restaurants nearby and theres also a burger king down the road. For shopping, there's many convenience and souvenir stores down the road. In terms of activities, I recommend going to the pottery shop Afacanlar Seramik about 5 minute walking distance from the hotel where you can make your own handmade pottery to take home and to buy handmade ceramics. When it comes to hot air balloons I would recommend staying minimum for three nights and four days at the hotel just in case there are any cancellations as during our stay in late April there were many cancellations due to rainy weather. Thankfully in our three day two night trip we got a chance to experience the hot air balloons. I also recommend asking the hotel managers or walking around in town asking for prices since the one we booked in advance cancelled on us. In terms of WiFi at the hotel, it was pretty poor in the room and the connection was not that great even with a SIM card surprisingly. Theres also no mini fridge to store any food items and I hope in the future they include them in the rooms. Checkout was easy and they helped us book a taxi. I recommend booking the taxi online in advance.

Everything.........Location was near the Goreme centre, we could see wondeful views of Sword valley and Rose valley from the terrace. Breakfast was very very good with options for vegetarians too. Most of all, the amazing hospitality by Baiju and Dohan ( apologies for spell/ pronounciation errors). They were very helpful for any information and also went one step ahead by helping my kids to see balloons from the terrace ( as we had gone for the balloon rde at same time)..they also packed breakfast for the last day when we had an early checkout. overall, loved the stay, it was my best in Turkey!

the wifi was a bit slow in the room, but Baiju did try his best to help.

The location was great, and the room and bathroom really big, with good clean linen and towels, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were amazing! A buffet with alot of variety - fresh and delicious. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answered/assisted with any questions or advice we needed.

We booked that Green Tour through the accommodation, which was great. I would however have appreciated going to more local affordable, traditional markets or shops on the Green Tour, as opposed to the very expensive, touristy jewellery shop and upmarket deli type shop that our guide took us too.

I am a traveller and of all the hotels that I have stayed in, I would say that Cappadocia Elite Stone House is one of the BEST! Reasons: 1. LOCATION: It is situated in a perfect location. It is not on the main road so it is quiet but just less than 5 minutes walk to Goreme high street that has loads of restaurants and shops. It has a good view of the city and landscapes. And in the morning, you can see the balloons from your room or the rooftop and some of them fly above the hotel. 2. PRICE: I must say, with how amazing this hotel is and it's service, the price was surprisingly very affordable. It is probably the most affordable hotel I have ever been to, specially that it was the price for two people. 3. ROOM: Very spacious rooms and massive bed. The room has TV, kettle, free couple of bottle of water, coffee and tea to make. It has electrical sockets next to the beds. It also has a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. We came in March so the weather was still a bit cold but even though the room was huge, it felt cozy because not only it has a radiator but also an air conditioning that you can set to blow both hot or cold air. The rooms are soundproof and clean all throughout. 4. BATHROOM: It's not just the room that is spacious but also the bathroom. It's like the size of another bedroom. It has hair dryer, shampoo and body soap. 5. FOOD: Our breakfast was included in our stay. The breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30am on the top floor. It also has a rooftop space with furniture if you choose to eat outside. It has a good variety of food and drinks. Although they mostly serve cold breakfast. They have soup, but I wish there were more hot food options. If you do not wish to go outside to eat for lunch, snack or dinner, you can order food to be delivered to the hotel at an additional cost. Ask the reception for the QR code. 6. STAFF: The reception is open and manned 24hrs. They are very welcoming and friendly.

There is only one issue that I encounter. The WIFI connection was poor inside the rooms. In order, to get a good connection, you need to go to the reception lobby.

Staff very helpfull and kind... feeling like home with warm greeting n also food.. 😆 actually we just ask about restaurant near by since we are super hungry after almost 24hours travelling (we arrive early around 10am) but this kind gentlement offer us with breakfast at their hotel... he also help us booked hot airballoon with cheaper price €50... he arrange all our activities at cappadocia.. just name it, he try to schedule it with our limited time... thank you brother 'Bearo' (not sure this is the correct spelling name😬).. hope to c u again... We also miss breakfast at this hotel🥰.. compare to Bursa n Istanbul we always remember every moment at cappadocia.. we love cappadocia..
