I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Caravanserai! The location is perfect, with a beautiful terrace that offers an incredible view of the hot air balloons – truly magical to wake up to. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and fresh ingredients to start the day right. The room was cozy and well-kept, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Bulut, the adorable dog who added an extra touch of warmth to the experience – such a sweet bonus!

Great hospitality and very helpful staff. We arrived early at the hotel and they made us feel very comfortable until we checked-in.

The location is nice and clean with a traditional stone cave look inside but at the same time equiped with modern electrical devices. Breakfast has a variety of options to choose from depending of your preferences and it is served on the rooftop terrace where you can take pictures with the panoramic view and the hot air baloons. I will recommend you all to book tours, airport shuttle or hot air baloons with the owner, he is very kind and helpful and you'll get a much better price than on the internet.

The host was very accommodating and helpful from the beginning till the end of our stay. I also love the lady who make the breakfast for us, very warm and genuine. The hotel is near the centre of the goreme town. It’s a lovely area to walk around in the morning or evening. Highly recommended.

I would say the property was good (not great) as there is some area that need retouch. But the building will just be a building (new or old), in the end what matter is the people. So i would not say much on property. I just love the people who make our stay beautiful and memorable even though it was short.

The hotel has everything you need to enjoy your days in Cappadocia❤️ We stayed for 2 nights in the superior room and it was quite big and very comfy. You can even watch a balloon ride from their beautiful terrace and have a great breakfast. Sardar the owner and all the staff are so helpful and thoughtful. We booked a shuttle service, balloon ride, and land tour via the hotel and everything turned out amazing! I recommend Caravanserai Hotel to anyone☺️

The building doesn't have a lift. But they accommodated my request to have room on the ground floor for my parents.

A really beautiful, quiet and cosy hotel in a central location. The breakfast buffet was amazing each day, the staff were very friendly and happy to help us book onto any tours or activities for a good price (but they didn't put pressure on us to buy anything). The view from the terrace is great for seeing the balloons in the morning with stunning views all round. There is a mini fridge and air conditioning in the room, admittedly the air conditioning wasn't really strong but it provided us relief from the 36 degree heat outside! There is also a little hotel dog who is adorable.

A very nice place with lovely decor. I had a comfortable room with basically everything you need. Ps. they also provide shampoo and shower gels. The staff are really friendly, especially the boss!

Rooftop with cabinets to see hot balloon at sunrise, as well as chilling in the late afternoon. The dog (called puppy) - super adorable 🥰. 24-hour reception and the boss offers all kinds of suggestions and support for your tour arrangement (from hot balloon, horse riding to red tour). The breakfast room is also lovely and comfortable. Public toilet is available after checkout so that we can wait for our night bus to pamukale after check out at the hotel comfortably.

relatively far from the view point (mountain side) but it offers another view of how hot balloons rise in early morning. 20min walk to arrive the Mountain View point - not long but every minute matters in early morning when the peak time of hot balloons in the sky is not that long (for photo-taking 😆🤪)

Very authentic hotel, stylish comfortable rooms, we really liked the design and furniture. The room is very bright and spacious! Spacious bathroom with shower accessories Super staff, mega positive Serdar cheered up every day! The breakfast is good - a lot of cheeses, herbs, vegetables, delicious tea, scrambled eggs are prepared on request Terrace on the roof of the hotel, where breakfasts were held with a beautiful view of the mountains (unfortunately, we didn’t see the parade of balloons, but in theory the view from the terrace should be excellent on them). They offered different options for spending time, the price of many was much lower than in travel agencies. From the hotel it is convenient to get to the Goreme Museum (on foot about 20 minutes leisurely), to the valleys of Sabel, Meskendir (also about 20-30 minutes on foot). Quiet and calm outside

If you're really picky: 1. In the bathroom, they could not adjust the height of the shower head (we are tall, so the watering can was at forehead level) 2. The hotel is not located in the center, but about a 10-minute walk along an undeveloped sidewalk, but during our presence, it just started to make a good road, so this is a temporary disadvantage. 3. Average audibility, in the next room we heard a man sneezing (but he sneezed quite loudly :) ), in general, it did not interfere with sleep 4. It blows a little from the windows, although the curtains generally eliminate this drawback. But all these little things did not interfere with enjoying the trip!

If you are expecting a 5-star property, you are mistaken. This is a modest property very close to the caves. However, if you want a 5 star treatment, Serdar and his team make sure that your stay is most comfortable. The room/linen was clean but the property is bit worn out (compared to the splashing new hotels with white walls and modern fittings). I made all my local visit bookings through Serdar and would rate 10/10 on all aspects. He arranged the best deals, customized the visit based on our duration of stay and engaged guides/tourist support teams that were extremely good. I thorougly enjoyed the stay and hospitality of the team.

Cant complain anything. It was as shown on the website. Its not on the main road and we visited during snowy period - the road to the hotel was muddy and slippery. Again, this is a value for money stay, best suited for bagpackers and who want to walk down to the caves, open air museum. Not recommeneded for those who expect Novotel/Holiday Inn type facilities.
