Everything was fantastic. Mustafa was really helpful before, during & after our stay. I would highly recommend using Mustafa to book all the excursions. The horse riding and Hot Air Balloon ride was unbelievable (this was booked though the hotel). The Hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms were really clean and he upgraded us as it was my birthday so thanks for that Mustafa. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if I was to return to Cappadocia.

The pillows were not brilliant, however, we did tell Mustafa this as he was very reflective on feedback, he was already in the process of ordering new ones. This is very minor but was just a suggestion for the Hotel

I absolutely loved everything about my experience! I lived in a cave with all the amenities, which of course was unique, very unusual and very romantic! The hotel 100% surpassed my expectations . The staff, particularly Mustafa at reception, were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Mustafa helped me find the perfect tour at a reasonable price, and it was of excellent quality. I formed a great friendship with him during my stay. The hotel boasts a fantastic terrace offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. Its convenient location allows easy walking access to the city center, where you can find everything you need! To be honest, I liked everything. In Cappadocia, my dream came true, since childhood I dreamed of flying in a hot air balloon, and for the first time in my life I flew in a hot air balloon and in the best place for this in the Universe, in Cappadocia, and that’s how my dream came true. So throughout my stay at the hotel I was in the happiest state as possible!

Exceptional Stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel, Cappadocia Our stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the incredible staff, particularly Ismail and Mustafa, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their dedication and helpful nature truly set this hotel apart. The services were top-notch, and the breakfast was simply amazing—delicious, fresh, and accompanied by the best tea we’ve had in a long time. The hotel also arranged a hot air balloon ride for us in Ihlara Valley when flights were unavailable in Göreme due to bad weather. This thoughtful effort made our trip even more special, and we’re truly grateful. Additionally, the airport transfer service for just €20 was seamless and hassle-free, adding convenience to our journey. We also want to thank Booking.com for making the entire process smooth and easy. It’s always a pleasure booking through them. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cappadocia! The transfer to & from the airport was booked through the hotel, the trip from the airport was not comfortable but the return trip was terrible, the vehicle was completely jammed with passengers and luggage, no thoughts of safety, driver picked up extra passengers even though all those on board said no and then drove too fast to get to the airport on time. We also found that most of the other passengers had been charged 10€/head but we had been charged 15€. My advice is to check that your transfer is independent and not in an overcrowded minibus.

I had the most incredible experience staying at Mosaic Cave Hotel! The openn buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day perfectly. The staff were beyond helpful and kind, assisting us with every request and ensuring we felt completely at home. They went above and beyond to organize activities for us, including the Green Tour and a hot air balloon ride. Both tours were arranged with high-quality companies at very reasonable prices, making our experience seamless and stress-free. I can’t thank the team enough for their hospitality and professionalism. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia, this is the hotel to choose. Highly recommended!

The staff was very caring. After booking the room, they contacted me to organize transfers and tours. A heartfelt thank to stuff for organizing the Hot Air Balloon Adventure. The weather in Cappadocia in February was windy... Balloons were launched only on Wednesday, February 7 in Soğanlı Valley located in the Yeşilhisar district, Kayseri Province. The hotel staff booked the tour in advance and organized the transfers. I returned from the tour at noon and the staff suggested a brunch. A breakfast buffet. I could fill my plate with vegetables, fruits, sausage, cheese, bread with jam/chocolate paste/honey/butter. I could also add olive oil or prepare hercules/corn flakes/chocolate-flavoured balls with milk, could drink juices, milk, tea, coffee, water. Additionally I was offered a freshly prepared omelet. On the day of departure I didn't have time to have breakfast, so the stuff made sandwiches to go. ❤️

We had the best stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome, with offers of çay and fresh water. The staff are so warm and helpful and really helped us organise a dream few days in Cappadocia. They booked everything and gave helpful advice on all activities with a genuine interest in making sure we enjoyed ourselves and paid the right price. The accomodation itself is so charming and comfortable. I had assumed the cave hotel room would be maybe a little rudimentary and uncomfortable but it was the opposite really. It was homely, very clean with a beautiful big bath (plus spa jets!) and shower and comfortable beds. If ever our friends will go to Cappadocia we will insist they stay here! In the mornings you can also see the balloons straight from the terrace. Amazing place to stay.

Good location, saw the balloons go over the property 2 of the mornings, it depends on which way the wind blows but it’s gorgeous to wake up to out the cave window. The arch cave room is stunning! Very friendly staff and a viewing rooftop also!

Mustafa was helpful. But when asked about the pottery work shops we went into the town and no where there does the work shops. Same when we asked for the football viewing a bar was recommended that didn’t play the football. Knowledge of the area would be better. Also the cave suite could have been cleaner, but it was just the sandyness off the walls seemed to always be on the floor.

The location, staff, and breakfast were amazing! Mustafa, Cihan, Ismail, and Münevver are so incredibly kind, sincere, and helpful. They were always serving us, asking if we needed anything and they got us a great deal on a hot air balloon flight. Trust me, we did our research on hot air balloon flights and companies, and they were still able to beat the best price listed on Trip Advisor with one of the best balloon companies in Goreme. They also did our laundry (for 10 euros), and stored our backpacks the whole day (checkout was at 11 and we had an overnight bus booked at 10pm). Stay here. It's amazing. They are so accommodating and the most kind people. I don't leave reviews unless the establishment and services far exceed my expectations, and Mosaic Cave Hotel and their staff truly did!

We spent our last day in Cappadocia at the Mosaic Cave Hotel and Mustafa and the team were really great. We arrived an hour before check in and they were kind enough to let us check in earlier. We were in contact with Mustafa prior to arriving at Cappadocia and even though we didn't stay at the Mosaic Cave Hotel during the tour days Mustafa went out of the way and helped us book the hot air balloon and ATV tours and gave us good recommendations on the tours we should do. The room and the washroom were a good size and there was also a cute little balcony right in front of our room where we had our dinner. The breakfast had a good spread and was really good. The rooftop terrace was good to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. Overall we had a really good stay and Mustafa and team were really kind and went over and beyond to make it a pleasant stay for us.
