Many thanks to İsmail and his brother! This is a beautiful region and believe in two and a half days we have enjoyed quite a bit of it with their help setting up the tours. The Highlight Tour guide was a wonderful gentleman and made the whole day tour very enjoyable; the hot air balloon company you setup with was awesome…they roamed around and landed perfectly; it was also a good experience at the Turkish Night. The accommodations were fantastic! We were made feel very much at home by them! The breakfast was mind blowing! I did not expect that and was pleasantly surprised! From check in to check out they were very helpful in making sure we experienced at home while we were there. Due to weather the hot air balloon ride got cancelled the first morning so they jumped in to switch the next day activity to that day and setup the hot air balloon again the next day. They were always staying in communication via WhatsApp and in person. If we go to Cappadocia again, we would love to stay with them again. The kids loved the cave rooms…PLENTY of room in the family suite!

We reserved a room at Chelebi Cave House for for three nights and was not disappointed! The view is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. We only stayed for three night but it was wonderful. The entire staff was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating, but special mention to Ismail and Tahir who made sure our stay is great. They can also help organising actives like ballon flight and jeep adventure for you and you can have breakfast on rooftop. Would recommend any of my friends to stay here in the future.

Some of the prices they charged us for organising the activities were a little bit higher compared to the rest of the companies. E.g. Ballon flight we paid €150 pp for 32 people basket, when other companies are charging £130 pp; breakfast on rooftop was €60; shisha €15.

This was my 2nd visit to Goreme and this time I took my family. We booked 1 x double, 1 x triple & 1 x quad room. They were all fabulous, comfortable rooms and the quad room (on the ground floor) was very large. The staff were incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. They arranged our quad bike excursion, balloon flights & tour guide - all excellent The breakfast was the best that we had during our Europe trip - it was a delicious feast The rooftop was a great place to watch the balloons

There was nothing that we didn't like The only problem that we faced was that we arrived after weeks of heavy rain and we couldn't drive our cars up to the property due to the pot holes and slippery road. However, the hotel staff found nearby parking for us and brought our luggage to us.

Absolutely brilliant! If you’re searching for the best place to stay in Goreme you can stop looking now, you’ve found the perfect place. The hosts are so lovely and friendly and ensure you have everything you need. They booked us private tours as well as airport transfers which were exceptional. We felt like we had personalised service and tours which made it so much more enjoyable without big groups and crowds. Oh and the breakfast, wow. The rooftop is amazing to watch the balloons or a glass of wine at night. Chelebi Caves Hotel is amazing as is Goreme. We loved our stay. Thank you guys ❤️

Ismail and Tahir are the best! The most thoughtful accommodating place I have ever stayed. They planned everything for us including our balloon ride, horse riding, Cappadocia highlights tour, safari jeep tour and airport transfers. Ismail even got my daughter a birthday present!! So thoughtful. Our airport pick up time was 3am and they made sandwiches for us. Ismail stayed in contact from the minute I booked to ensure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions. Honestly the best trip and the best hotel. The room was so clean and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip and stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The cave room was a superb experience where we could get the feel of staying in a space built thousands of years ago while the hot tub and comfy bed helped keep us rested every day. It's a must if you want to embrace what Cappdoccia provides. Yet, the breakfast was always a feast in the 3-day window with small portions of many dishes like fresh vegetables and juice, local bread, tomatoes eggs (a Turkish breakfast dish), cakes, fries, coffee... seriously there wasn't enough room for a 2-person breakfast on a table for four. The location is close to the grocery, the avenue where you can find many restaurants, and in front of the Turkish Ravioli restaurant, which is a must. We had a great time in Cappadocia, and thanks for the friendly staff and excellent services

The staff were really helpful and kind. very quick to respond to messages and helped us organise last minute activities. The location of the hotel is perfect. it’s a short walk to the main town and is quiet during the day and at night which makes for a peaceful stay. the hotel all inclusive breakfast was incredible. There was a lot of effort out in by the staff to give their guests a lot of breakfast variety. Chelebi hotel also has a cute rooftop terrace with great views of Goreme and the hot air balloons for sunrise. We would 100% stay again if ever in Cappadocia.

The location was at the centre, very near to Goreme Bus station and taxi stand. The main market and restaurants are very near. Rooms were quite good and value for money. I should give special mention for the breakfast. Awesome Turkish breakfast with multiple option. Breakfast is not buffet, but it's more than sufficient to keep stomach full till the evening(added few pictures). Big shoutout for all the helpful staffs. They are always eager to help you and very reactive to solve any concern raised. We are so pleased with the hospitality by the hotel, definitely choose this hotel for our next visit to Cappadocia.

Nothing found as such. It was a pleasant stay. Just to mention, sometimes we can feel some bad smell coming out of bathroom, may be due to sewage system. But again to mentions that's not a turn off at all to choose to location.

They were always ready to assist with any request, from arranging transportation to providing insightful recommendations on must-visit sites and local restaurants. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable in helping me make the most of my stay in Cappadocia.

the breakfast was absolutely amazing, it was much more than I expected! the coffee was so great too. the room was cleaned and tidied everyday and the jacuzzi was so good, that was the most I needed for relaxing in my holiday. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. they offered us the breakfast when we checked out even it was earlier than the breakfast time. I truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality:)

nothing from the hotel at all. however just note for someone who is light sleeper like me, the music from the mosque every morning around 5:40am can be heard quite loudly in the room I stayed so I was woken by that every morning. I recommend to use the ear plugs for this case if you are light sleeper :)
