beautiful property very exotic design

cave suite was too hot could not sleep at night when we asked for air conditioning they said the air-conditioning is not turned on for the season we were very disappointed because we were really hot and uncomfortable and also there was a nail on the floor which ripped my husband socks, and also the entrance to the property was full of broken bricks that someone could a fall and they could’ve hurt their selves. It’s a new property, but it was not quite finished.

Impeccable hospitality. I do a fair amount of travelling and I have to say it was one of the most hospitable places I've ever stayed in. Had to plan a lot of activities for our stay for a bigger group of people and hotel staff kindly offered to help out with arranging these, offering different options and negotiating discounts, so really took a lot of planning off my shoulders. Everything from transfers to daily activities like hot air balloon flight were taken care of. Furthermore, speaking about the hotel itself - it was very clean, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering wide variety of different foods, they surprised me with a birthday cake and I have to say there are not a lot of cave hotels in Cappadocia where you can find a pool. The entire staff was accommodating, but special thanks goes to Habip for being extra attentive and genuine.

Minor thing really - we had only one key for both of us, so it's a bit inconvenient if you plan different things during the day.

The property is lovely, lots of fairy chimneys nearby. The breakfast had amazing choices, really helpful staff, a huge thanks to Hasan for his help with all our queries! The hotel staff will help to book tours etc. but what I thought was worth a mention was they are not pushy at all, they are very transparent and helpful which I liked. There was lots of nice little touches too like fruit and snacks delivered to the room for us. This is a really special hotel.

The pool was freezing cold all day long and you couldn’t see your feet in it, not sure why but it really put me off and we booked the hotel for the use of the pool itself. The area over the back of the pool looked like an abandoned car park.

Aza was the first hotel I stayed at during my 16-days Turkey trip. And from the moment I entered, I knew I picked the right spot. The King Suite room was fantastic. The AC, the bed, the sleep, the bathroom - all fantastic. Of course, the hotel is a cave hotel but the views from this side of the hotel are mind blowing. There is no town view but town is near [4 mins walk away]. There is one of the biggest fairy chimneys and an amazing landscape. The hotel's breakfast is mind-blowing. It's the best breakfast I had in Turkey and that's saying something. I'll be back just for the breakfast. And finally the crew. The amazing crew. They set up a WA chat to help me book appointments and arrange my pick up to make everything seamless. Dodo (Dogukan) is a star. Don't think twice, book it. This is completely value for money. Make memories and how.

Very little to not like but had to remind again for toiletries twice. Not a bother since they don't seem to have an on premises house keeping which is not needed either.

Aza Cave is one of the finest hotels we've ever stayed at. - The staff is friendly and their spontaneous attitude is to serve you to the best of their ability and to make your stay the most memorable one. Their friendliness and professionalism are second to none! Conversational English is spoken by most employees (something quite rare in Turkey). - Breakfast: an amazing and wide selection of omelets, tea/coffee, cereals, fresh fruit, and bread, combined with some Turkish traditions such as olives, vegetables, hams, and natural honey, all beautifully served for your sight pleasure as well as your taste. - The rooms are very close to the fairy chimneys, making your experience unforgettable, exotic, and magical. Our room had an incredible view (day and night) and the interior design was simply breathtaking. Very sexy by the way... this place will drive you and your partner to romance!

If you don't have a vehicle, you may find yourself isolated from the nearby city center, which is about a 15-minute walking distance away. However, this distance is not THE problem, but rather the topography of the walk; through cobblestone streets, dirt pathways, and stairs. This may be not suitable for elders and/or guests with disabilities. This will not be an issue for most guests and certainly, it doesn't hinder this well-deserved top-rated review.

We booked the hotel last minute and nevertheless, the team was able to organize for us the pick up transfer shuttle, air balloon ride, early check in, fantastic breakfast upon our arrival. It’s true that people make the places special, and Aza team indeed was incredible. Hotel was an amazing birthday treat for me. If you don’t have a lot of time in Kapadokya, stay in Aza Cave Hotel as it got it all. Breakfast was super delicious with amazing ambience, the hotel has a very photogenic pool, lots of pretty corners to snap some pretty images. Overall I am impressed beyond words.

The pool was a little bit cold for the summer. Would be worth investing into the heating system for the pool.

Just WOW!!! This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We had booked 5 rooms and each one of them was amazing and unique. The whole hotel was so lovingly decorated and every detail was just amazing. The best part about this hotel is the staff though, I can’t thank them enough for all their efforts and for making our hotel so so memorable and perfect. They really go beyond everything to provide the best experience for their guests. We felt very sad to be leaving and will always remember the perfect time we had at Aza Cave. If you’re looking to stay at the best hotel in Cappadocia, stay at Aza!! Everything was perfect!!

Beautifully set magical little hotel with the rooms literally being refined and expanded caves. Very unusual experience. Very attentive and pleasant staff. Nice views in all directions. Swimming pool was extra bonus.

Wasps at the restaurant in the morning. Lots of them, which was very annoying. Not the fault of the hotel but these little devils really made breakfast less enjoyable than it was supposed to be. The staff did their best to deal with this problem but even smokey incents placed on tables have been largely ignored by the insects.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional, nothing was an issue they were very responsive on everything from needing more water to coming to redirect you when the road was temporarily blocked. Good location with a view of the balloons. Room was ideal, excellent breakfast. Would stay again

Like many of the hilly side roads in Goreme access to the hotel entrance can be challenging as roads are unpaved, two way in many parts and narrow. Ignore GPS if you're driving and ask the staff for directions to the carpark instead, it is just below the building and much easier, a short walk and you go up the back stairs to reception you avoid driving on the narrow windy hills in the town They are more than willing to meet you and direct you as required

The hotel and services were excellent! when we arrived we found out the hotel is part of other 4 hotels, all owned by the same family which was great as it gave us a chance to use the other hotels' facilities such as restaurants, bar, spa, and the famous terrace to see the Balloons. The service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly and the hotel was accommodating and informative from the moment we made the reservation. The experience of the organic breakfast in the valley was definitely a highlight! I highly recommend it.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the swimming pool and when we arrived we found out this wasn't available because of the weather. We would have liked to know this before as other hotels had their swimming pools open and it was one thing we really wanted. The Spa was good... an experience. But overpriced for what it was.
