Great staff. Our check in was easy with a young man who spoke very good English. He helped us order an Uber and taxi also assisted us in ordering online tickets to the mosques and cistern.

Older yet quaint property. It was great to come back to after a full day of adventure. Beds and linens were of good quality. The room (3 beds/3 adults), gave each of us room to unpack and settle in. The bathroom was adequate in size with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast buffet was generous with a wide variety of items.

Great location, best example of Turkish hospitality and a wide variety of breakfast options. A big standout is the cleanliness of the room, a hallmark of Turkish hotels. Having traveled extensively in the US, some of the best hotel chains fall short on cleanliness of the rooms. Very much appreciate this aspect of my stay.

Hotel is undergoing renovations and the entrance was a bit hard to find at first. It is however in a great location with proximity to restaurants and historic buildings.

Location is excellent. It's in the heart of the tourist center but at the same time away from loud streets Despite some comments that breakfasts are mediocre, I actually found the food pretty good. The location nearby hotel is very alive with a lot of cafes, restaurants and sweets and souvenirs shops Also the view from the terrace breakfasts are taking place is amazing, you can see Bosphorus from there Staff was very nice in general There were also some cats hanging out in the hotel lobby, i like cats so that's a plus

Our room was unlucky to have windows facing kitchen of another hotel where they fried fish every evening of our 3 nights stay The windows on the terrace are very dirty, they could really use some cleaning Dudes on the streets who invite you to eat in their joints are very intrusive

Very good location; near to the 2 landmarks & restaurants everywhere! Surprisingly, noise level was not too much considering just how many restaurants there are.

Shower drainage could be better. On one of the nights, I believe there was a blackout and all lights, aircon were off. The lights came back soon enough but the air con did not till the next morning when we enquired. Thankfully, it wasn’t a hot night and we can still sleep alright through with the windows open.

I love how easily convenient it is located. Many tourist attractions are very close by. The staff is exceptional! Has amazing hospitality, kindness, and extremely welcoming. I have never stayed at a hotel this nice. The breakfast is amazing with many, many, many options. Sitting on the terrace with the view of the blue mosque. Front desk is very caring and helpful. We got the family room for 4 people and it was more than enough for us. At night it is very peaceful and quiet. You can get all your sleep in. Highly recommend booking this place. You will not be disappointed.

Location was perfect. In the "touristy" area, Sultanahmet, but I recommend staying here for Istanbul first-timers. Lots around this area that isn't necessarily obvious from walking outside (e.g. rooftop terrace bars/restaurants, local taverns 2-5 mins walk away closer to the sea). Hotel did the job, a bit on the small side for 3 but we appreciated the option of having the (stretcher style) single bed without needing to book another room to make things more affordable in what is quite an expensive area.

Very helpful staff with great communication! We emailed them the night before that we would arrive earlier than expected and requested early check-in, which was provided upon arrival. A lot of information in terms of things to do in the area and we managed to book a tour through the hotel as well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with daily cleaning and staff asking for anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable.

Exceptional service, very clean and close proximity to major tourist sites.Management and staff were always willing to meet any needs. Housekeeping was always prompt, efficient and willing to go the extra mile.

This is not applicable to the property. Booking.com had cancelled my reservation causing much angst a few days before the trip. The hotel was able to correct the issue. Lately, the customer service standard by Booking.com has deteriorated.

Loved staying here, the location was great. Everything just a few steps away. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. They were able to store our luggage for us while we were going to another country and book a room last minute. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Istanbul.

The hotel is amazingly located, mere steps from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and several other attractions in Sultanahmet. The room was quite clean, staff was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel is located close to several restaurants (most of them tourist traps) that can have loud music and customers until late at night, so things can get noisy. Bring ear plugs
