The location is walking distance from the main attractions and if u want to see something else the tram was a walking distance too… The view from the terrace is stunning. The hotel is super clean and we had all the necessary things changed and replaced daily. Breakfast so far was so delicious and had lots of variety. The staff are not the typical u might see in Istanbul, they were very friendly and welcoming, the ladies in the breakfast, the ladies of room service, the reception staff and the hotel management, we were always greeted with a smile and we really enjoyed our 14 days stay. I am glad we don’t have to look again for a hotels in instanbul as this will be the only place we stay at.

Excellent location walking distance to all the main attractions yet very quiet with boutique feel to it. Very courteous staff ready to help with anything. Quick communication. Free water and coffee along with some cookies in the lobby is a nice touch. The room seems to be renovated recently.

The mattress needs to be replaced asap. Saggy on both sides but impossible to sleep in the middle as it's 2 mattresses pushed together to form a big bed ( American king sized I think). Recieved lots of communication prior to arrival, but none of them mentioned the $ balance is due in EUR or USD in cash ( it was stated in the listing in a fine print), which would have been a useful reminder.

Excellent! Location of the hotel is exceptional! It`s located in the calm part of Sultanahmet district within walking distance of all significant sights like mosques, museums and restaurants. Amazing comfort silent large great modern designed with good view Superior Double room on the second floor, exactly as we asked. All room facilities are great. Air-conditioning works great. Tasty and various breakfast! The breakfast is served on the fourth floor on the open terrace with a wonderful view of the mosques and the Bosphorus Strait. Excellent hotel`s staff service!!! Extraordinary cleaning service each day including new towels. Great free mini bar in the room that is refilled. At check-out it`s ok to leave your luggage for free. It was very cute to get the gift from the hotel staff at check-out. Recommended!!!

It could be good that it will be elevator in the hotel. No complaints to the hotel, because this is indicated in the hotel information. There are comfort wide stairs and the staff is helpful with luggage. The tap water in the room smells like bleach. The staff explained that this is a normal phenomenon in Istanbul. As a big plus for the hotel, every day the room was replenished with a new liter bottle of mineral water and also in the lobby of the hotel there was a cooler with mineral water.

Location is very good. 5 Minutes to tram (which you will use it a few times) and close to the center where Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and TopKapi palace are situated. This also comes with some disadvantages like the high volume of calling to prayer or high prices in restaurants. However, the property is located on a quieter part of the central area, so you get less of other noises (i.e cars, people). From my point of view there is no better location you can choose. The breakfast is ok. I can't complain about it. The staff is very friendly and the room was cleaned daily. You have a minibar where you can server what you want for free. Netflix is also available. . I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels so take this into account when reading the review. I don't usually post reviews, but I really liked this hotel. Overall, I would choose this location again if I were to come again to Istanbul because of the location, stuff and services .

The pillows are too big for mai taste and one of the mattresses should be changed for better confort. When I arrived the room smelled of cats, but this came from the outside where a cat slept on a towel. The problem was solved the next day.

+ This hotel was the best choice I could do for a stay in Istanbul. The place is located few mins from the city center , the area is very nice . On the other side, there are so many attractions very close to the hotel.So actually we could reach the city in few minutes walk from the place. Nearby there is so many restaurant and shops. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room was equipped with all needed. The mini bar is free and gets restocked often. At the hotel you get all the necessary things, from a toothbrush to a sewing kit and slippers. The breakfast is great, with a wide selection and wonderful servers each morning. But the best part was a host and his staff!!! The cleaning lady is a wonderful person who is always smiling and the room is cleaned regularly. The staff at the reception will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Hakan is a lovely and enthusiastic person with a great sense of humor. He welcomed us and gave us all the hints about the city and tourist attractions. Best host ever!!! I really recommend Angel’s Home as a place to stay for singles, couples, or even families. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when coming back to Istanbul! - nothing - everything was perfect - I did not have a single complaint

Nice place, supportive staff, rooms are ok - some renovation/maintenance will be useful, good location if you want to stay in the old city, plenty of good restaurants (but choose carefully, not all of them are good enough...), be careful with taxis always double check the price before (to many scammers). I booked it with a good discount (acc to booking.com), so for the price it was a good choice.

Pay attention that you can pay just around 30% by card when booking and the rest you need to pay in cash while checking in.

The location was great. it was literally walking distance from all historical places, metro is just 5-8 mins walk away. many eateries around the area. there were nice super markets as well close by to get any snacks, drinks, etc. the rooms were always neat and clean, the refrigerator had free of cost minibar, washroom had all the facilities. they offer free coffee, water and snacks.

The beds were not too comfortable, were were on the 4th floor and view wasn;t too great from window (view from roof top is breathtaking nevertheless)

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our weekend in Istanbul. All the staff were do lovely and helpful, from check-in to breakfast to the cleaner. The included breakfast was fantastic, there's drinks and snacks available free of charge 24/7, our room was lovely and comfortable. The view from the terrace is first class and you're just a 5 min walk from the main square. All for a very reasonable price.

It wouldn't be great for light sleepers as we could easily hear guests in adjoining rooms. WiFi was less reliable on a weekend when the hotel was busier.

Beautiful downtown charming hotel with breakfast , homemade food , pleasant outdoor seating, and a gorgeous 360-degree view! Pretty good size room with a private balcony, smart TV , comfortable bed, and a specious bathroom. Excellent and super friendly staff satisfied all our needs, starting from the scheduling of transport from aeroport and booking tours. And of course the location, walking distance to many historical sites and amazing restaurants. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff was amazing, very understanding, helpful and responsive. This hotel had the best Turkish coffee we had in two weeks that we spent in Turkey. The view from the terrace was wonderful, especially at night. Very cute patio in front and a lovely street.

There are a lot of seadulls in the area, so there was some bird poop on the balcony and the roof top. It's probably hard to clean, I guess.
