Room was much older than shown on the Booking. The hotel offered a free return trip to the airport for a high rating on the Booking.

What an amazing hotel! Staff are so friendly and helpful - they’ll sort you out with an itinerary or a transfer and offer free services galore! The roof terrace is unbelievable - 360 degree views of the European and Asian sides, especially of the Blue Mosque! Stunning! The rooms are spotless and stylish. Blackout curtains left us sleeping very well, only to wake to an enormous offering for breakfast on the roof terrace. Bathroom had the BEST shower I’ve ever had in my life! Rooms were cleaned daily if required. It is so brilliantly located for everything you will want to see and the local restaurants are fab too. I will DEFINITELY be back to this amazing hotel in this amazing city! Lots more still to see and do!

We liked the breakfast, which offered various kinds of food. The staff were very friendly. It was convenient to ask the people at front table to book daily trips for us. The bed was comfortable. The location was centeral. Mini bar was free. Theoretically there is a new bottle of water and supply of mini bar everyday.

Sometimes the room service forgot to give room supplies such as water or towels so we had to ask for it. Although the staff quickly provided it to us after reminding, I didn't feel comfortable to ask every time. There is mold in the bathroom. The indoor aromatherapy in the building sometimes was too strong, it even came into the room. Our AC spread weird smell shortly after activating; we informed the staff about it and it seemed that they washed the filter afterwards, however the problem was not totally solved-- it still smelled. There is no lift in the hotel but a staff helped us to take the suitcases up. The bathroom supplies looked dirty and seemed to have been there for a long time so we didn't touch them.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and other major attractions. You really can’t ask for a better spot to explore the historical center of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh options to start the day right. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, where I could enjoy a beautiful view of the city while sipping my morning coffee. Overall, I highly recommend Angels Home Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It offers great value for money, a prime location, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city!

The hotel's detailed design added a special charm to the stay; every corner seemed thoughtfully arranged, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location couldn’t be better—right at the heart of Istanbul’s tourist attractions. It was so convenient to walk to iconic landmarks like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This was a very cute boutique hotel between the blue mosque area and the water. About a 10 min walk from the tram. There was no elevator and i had read that there was no one to help with luggage, so i was fine with that... However the staff took my luggage from me and carried it up the first night... And when one of them saw my starting down for check it they quickly took my bag and helped :) it wasn't necessary, but it was appreciated!! They were always checking to see if i needed anything and his my stay was going. There was always tea and coffee available in the lobby area. The breakfast was good. There were a decent selection of local treats and scrambled eggs. They were really light on sandwich meat selections which is one of the things i tend to go for. Overall still a good selection of other things!! The view if you sit outside for breakfast is so peaceful (the water), and if you go upstairs street to the rooftop deck you get an amazing view of the blue mosque!

I really one have two things, and they are small. 1) the shower only had the rainshower head... Makes it difficult when you are trying to avoid getting your hair wet. 2) upon checkout they wanted me to write my review right there in front of them. Luckily booking didn't give me the option yet. I had a great stay and would highly recommend them so there was no need to be pushy on that! Oh and a third that didn't impact my rating, but others might like or dislike based on preference... Unlike other hotels i passed, this one doesn't have any cats that seem to live there :)

An excellent hotel, which I highly recommend! I had an excellent stay; the room was excellent and the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to both mosques. Special thanks to the staff, who went out of their way to help me when my daughter fell ill. They helped me make appointments and find a pediatrician late at night, and stayed by my side all evening, even on weekends. Their kindness and dedication really made an impression on me, and I'm deeply grateful for their support.

Turkish warmth and hospitality at it's very best. The location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Sultanahmet, for the Blue Mosque and the tram station, for easy connections to other parts of the city. The owner is one of the nicest people you can imagine, who has amazing knowledge of , not only Istanbul, but the whole of Turkey. If you are travelling by motorcycle and want to stay in Istanbul, then this is the place. Safe parking in a quiet street and your bike will be covered during your stay, courtesy of the owner. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast on the roof terrace is quite special. I'll definitely return at some point. Thank you Angel's Home Hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were very kind and our whole family enjoyed the trip. We particularly liked the views from the roof terrace. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and the rooms are spotless.

It would have been nice if the hotel helped find and negotiate prices for parking. Also, it would have been nice to have help finding a reliable laundromat. As it was, we just figured it out alone with mixed results. A little extra help would be nice.

The owner of this hotel has taken all his world and travel experience and thought of everything, it all shows in this hotel. Comfortable, clean linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, delicious home cooked food, lots of lounge space, complimentary minibar, coffee, tea and snacks all day, great views including incredible breakfast with sunrise over the Marmara and entrance to the Bosphorus. It's a great location and the owner and staff were really helpful and multilingual. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you Angel's Home Hotel!
