The location was great! Close to Galata Tower but on a quiet side street so it wasn’t noisy. Easily accessible by metro, ferry, tram. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large, and had a working air conditioner and reliable Wi-Fi.

The pillows were a little thin and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine. The room did not come with a bottle of drinking water (most other hotels I stayed at in Turkiye did). Also I hadn’t realized there wasn’t really a common area in the hotel, and my room was actually in a separate building from the reception, so it wasn’t conducive to meeting people, I think it would be better for couples or families, not solo travelers.

The room was everything i needed and clean. Towels and basic toiletries. Even a hair dryer. The room was cleaned daily with bed made and new towels. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is good because it is summer and you are never far from music. Near Galata Tower. Near metro. But in order to find this hotel by foot or taxi, you must search for Galaperi hotel which is their neighbor. Otherwise Google maps will take you through a maze of dark winding cobble streets. Better to have Google lead you down main street where its easiest to find.

The hotel was at a good location and you could acces anything from it. We even had a metro station nearby and we could travel to any part of Istanbul at ease. We especially liked the receptionist Imam, he was very friendly and talkative and he understood us in English which was really hard to find in the city. He was very helpful to us and he seems like the best guy for that kind of job.

We didn't like that a lot of times there was no water and sometimes we couldn't even shower. The water also wasn't clean for drinking and we bought bottled water to be safe.

Good location hotel. Near Metro Station about 3 minits walk. Lot of food cafe nearby. Many tourist also visit this area as it the best route to Galata Tower. Near Bosphorus Strait that we see sunset in the evening. Salih is very welcoming nice and helpful. Also other staffs. The facility is ok and good. They keep the room clean everyday. They try their best to attend your needs. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel and pleasant stay in Istanbul generally for 4 nights. Happy if we are able to visit again in the future. The location of the hotel was perfect- a couple of minutes to the Galata tower( lots of cute cafes and coffee shops) 2 minutes to the metro station. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

no breakfast option - but you do have a kettle and fridge in your bedroom and they have a sister hotel up the road where you can enjoy breakfast with a wonderful view

stayed for one week , the location is realy good close to galata tower , 3 min to metro station , 10 min to Karakoy (tram and ferry ) 10 min to Isteklal St. the room was good and not small, very clean , stuff are really helpful, they provide umbrellas during the rain, and transportation cards to use during ur stay , helping u with all informations and your tour directions , it really a good value for the money , am definitely will stay the next time in istanbul

no breakfast but they have a sister hotel end of the street u can have it there , for me ii doesn’t matter, i prefer having breakfast everyday in different place no elevator, but they help u every time u have luggages

I liked this room not far from Galata tower and taksim and next to the metro stop of Şişhane.

In my room I found bed bugs that bite me at night. I communicated this to the staff who allowed me to change rooms

Sufficient price

Renovation works in the nearest building. Low noise protection from either from the street or corridor

Perfect location. Helpful & friendly staff, really good guys on the reception desk. Good rooms with soundproof, all the necessary facilities in, bathrooms are great. Good prices, definitely worths every € // $ you pay.

Cleaning isn’t the best. Soap, shower gel & so on was only on the day of the arrival & once or twice more. So be ready to buy yourself some is staying for several days.

This was a great value-for-money stay and I would definitely come back. Most importantly, I felt very safe with the 24h reception, cctv, and sturdy doors/windows which was valuable to me as a solo traveller. The staff were helpful and attentive, the shower was really good, and the location is exceptional for Galata, Istiklal, and walking over to Eminonu and Sultanahmet.

My only real complaint was that the pillows were very hard!
