Almost Everything was good especially the staff, specifically tuğay,if im right about the name.

They check minibar every day by knocking the door.this was inappropriate because if you need minibar to be charged you can call them by phone or tell the staff.

The most, price-value. You can enjoy a comfortable stay in a modern and clean room for about 50 euros per night. The location is good as well because you've got a pretty good access by walking to the different areas of Istanbul. It is also close to the underground and ferry stations. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful, especially Serkan. If we come back we probably choose this Hotel again.

We missed some illumination at night around the area but this is something that is not under the Hotel's responsibility.

Breakfast was basically a Turkish breakfast as a buffet.... bread cheeses eggs ham sausage salads hummus fruit cakes biscuits. It was like a 3 course breakfast. Location was near galetta tower and karakoy and metro. The street is in an industrial area and was filled with friendly stray cats which the locals look after.

Very Very minor issue...walls are a little thin and the shower temperature would get lower as you are using it....but it is a very powerful shower which is nice.

First of all I have to congratulate them for the perfectly clean room.It was really one of the most clean hotel rooms that i have ever stayed on.The breakfast was pretty nice and it had more than enough of what you would need.The staff was really helpful and friendly, especially one of them was speaking also perfect English, which is important for me.The hotel is located in a good location for me even though it was in a small alleyway.I never felt unsafe coming back at night to our room.Also you are only like 5 minutes away on foot from Fatih and maybe like 7 minutes away from taksim/Istiklal.The road from the bridge to Fatih was from the bridge and it is very beautiful with amazing view.Metro stop is also 3 minutes away.I would definitely come back!!

The room was bigger than most rooms in instabul but still it was a little small,not to a way to affect our stay for sure.We faced a small issue with our shower as well but nothing too much important.Overall it was a pretty nice stay with a good price-amenities etc.

Morden rooms, delicious breakfast, good location. Some staffs were friendly and kind.

There was no window in our room. In the evenings I had to leave the building because I needed to breath fresh air.

I love this small hotel and people who working there are best and if only its better location it will be perfect, Breakfast is very good and lots of choices very clean, close to everything, next to Galata tower and other attractions, hotel stuff from receptionist to breakfast lady and cleaning lady very nice and friendly, big bathroom with good rain shower and bidet .

Honesty only location is problem because street are small and you cannot go with taxi to hotel only close to hotel and because they have lots of construction and contractors stores around hotel so from time to time is noisy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always trying to meet your requirements and suggest something good to avoid problems and money waste. dont panic and be scared on windows view - it does not matter. The room itself is excellent, everything looks very stylish and luxury. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, enough space for work with laptop and relax. Strong wifi everywhere. Spacial thanks for luggage storage for 2 hours after check-out and perfect invoice for my company

It's not compulsory but good coffee for breakfast would be nice. Tea was excellent instead.

- Location (streets around) seems a little bit messy, dirty and unsafe. But in reality, all the streets around and construction markets and shops, so it's very quiet at night with 0 people. And it takes only 5 minutes to get to metro/tram which is great in Istanbul, so you don't really care about the mess.

The service from Sinan and Serkan was top quality. The room was nice and a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best I've slept in. And the breakfast. Amazing. So much variety. And proper Turkish vibes. Also the location, walk down 2 minutes and you're at the bosphorus and a short walk from karakoy and Galata port with the amazing bars, cafes and nightlife. Walk up 2 minutes and you're at the Galata tower. Also a short walk from Taksim. Great value for money.

It's all good. The walls are a bit thin but no so much that it would disturb sleep.
