We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is very close to everything, you can walk around this beautiful part of the city. On the other hand, this street is exceptionally quiet. Laura was very helpful throughout, as if she were a family member. The radiator and underfloor heating provided pleasant warmth. We were able to have tea and make sandwiches in the kitchen. All kinds of dining options are just a few minutes away. We loved living here for a while. I highly recommend the hotel, it was also very worth the price.

Very good support and helpful, nice and friendly team at place, especially Laura. The room was very clean, tried very much to help us when something was lacking.

A problem with a door to the bedroom couldn't be solved during 10 days. Poor equipment of the kitchen.

Very friendly staff and great price for value.The bed was comfortable, but kitchen facilities is very basis ( 4 glasses, 2 spoon, 2 fork and 1 knife).

There is no terrace overlooking the sea as shown in the pictures.

the personality of the owners and their endearing nature was very touching. moreover i lost my phone in the cab and they went out of their way to collect it help me get it. they are one of the best hosts i have ever met in my entire travelling experience.

The location is a really good one when it comes to attractions, even though it may not seem the best in the beginning. The lady and her son are the sweetest people and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely worth for the money and will choose them again for sure.

The room was a bit smaller then we expected, but that wasn't a problem.

Room is very comfy,clean and big ,comparing with the other rooms that we found in Sultanahmet area.The location is also good ,5 minutes from the tram and next to many sightseeings like Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar.The owner is very hospitable providing us with useful information about the city landmarks.location of the hotel very calm despite the fact that is central area and quite busy.

Everything was in order.

When I arrived to Istanbul my luggage was lost. When I arrived to a hotel I told the owner about my lost baggage and he offered to help he was on airline company everyday and capt me updated. Thank you so much, very nice owner.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, I got a bigger room in another location with a rooftop terrace with a great view. WiFi works flawlessly (not on the terrace). The bed is comfortable, all basic things are available on site. Laundry can be done if required for a fee or transfer to/from the airport is also available. A few good things could be replaced with newer ones, but for the price, there's nothing to complain about!
