Our third visit to Istanbul and this was by far the best hotel and staff. Young gentleman and the manager (Mehmet) were very accomodating, me and my husband came in the month of Ramadan and although the hotel doesn't usually cater for suhoor (4am breakfast) as usual hours are 8-10am, they were very kind and prepared this for us. We requested other products the hotel didn't provide and they would be kind enough to pick these things up from other shops and bring them to our room, free of charge. Extremely pleasant and hospitable, staff went the extra mile to look after us. Hotel room was a very good size with lovely ottoman inspired decor, very comfortable with gorgeous view of the blue mosque and sea from the terrace room, breakfast area also had a beautiful terrace and view. Location is perfect adjacent to blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Arasta bazaar is a minutes walk away. We will definitely be recommending to all family and friends who will be visiting soon.

I stayed here from 7th of March to 12th of March, 2023 😻 I can actually write a novel about all the wonderful experiences I’ve had in this hotel. Big big shout out to Mr. Mehmet and Omar. They took care of my every needs. This property is literally undervalued- it felt like a 5 star boutique hotel to be honest. The very moment I have arrived, I was greeted and treated like a princess- vip indeed! For a lady solo traveller, I highly, highly recommend this for anyone’s future stay, may you be a couple, friends or a family. You will never regret staying here. The room that I had was the suite room located in the main building (they have two buildings). I was so happy to be given a room upgrade 🥹❤️ My room is very beautiful with a balcony, nice huge comfy bed.. love the bathroom too! Take note that they’re very easy to approach, just one message via WhatsApp to Mr. Mehmet or call in the reception area to Omar about all concerns and needs and everything will be taken care of.❤️ About the food, ohhh nothing beats Turkish breakfast! I love their cute rooftop dining area, I love their food! Plenty of varieties to choose from. The two lovely ladies were very sweet and nice all the time.. I’m sorry I haven’t had the chance to get their names.. but they’re amazing!❤️ I will definitely stay here again when I return to Istanbul. Thank you sooo much for everything!

We have booked "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View" and its was quite nice. The view was actually to the Blue Mosque, but that's ok. It's the only room at the 4th floor, so you can just cross the breakfast room on the covered terrace and sit on the terrace on the other side with a real sea view. The guy at the reception was quite nice, although there was a slight misunderstanding at first with the parking lots.

The cleaning should be really improved - it really spoils the huge part of the impression for this otherwise quite nice hotel. The hotel is located directly at the main tourist street in Sultanahmet but surprisingly it does not add a lot of noise. Most of the time the reception desk is empty - the guys are just chilling by the tables outside. The sound isolation could have been better - in the morning you hear everyone who arrives in the breakfast hall just in front of the room (and they could hear you too).

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Located very close to Blue Mosque, Hagga Sophia & Grand Bazaar. From here gou can walk basically anywhere in old Istanbul. Close to tram station to tram around Istanbul and also close to docks for taking boat trips. Breakfast was good but not great and the plus point is the breakfast area has a nice view. If you want to be close to all the main tourists spots you are not going to get much better hotel than this for this price range.

We stayed in room 306. Our room was very small, door opened onto bed and not even enough space to place two bags on floor properly. Shower head was not fasten but this is minor issue. If you want to be out and about as much as us the size of the room wont be a problem for you but if you like relaxing in your room a lot I would advise asking for bigger room or look at another hotel.

Amazing hotel just in the heart of Istanbul! 5 min walk till Ayasofia Camii and Blue Mosque. I can not imagine better location. No tram noise but very close to tram station (7 min). Absolutely gorgeous and kind owner of the hotel who tries his best for every guest! Nice guys at reception and manager, feeling like second home !! Also very nice breakfast with wide choose: omelette, eggs, yogurts, fruits, cakes and so on. I indeed recommend this hotel and thanks again to everyone for beautiful memories !!

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely amazing hotel

My relation with the hotel did not start well because I had a problem with changing the dates of staying. Despite the fact that I had the right to a one-time free change, the hotel presented me with an offer that I would have to pay twice as much as initially. In the end, thanks to booking.com, I managed to solve it without incurring additional costs. The hotel itself is very clean and nice, the staff is helpful and kind, they have good breakfast - on the terrace with a view on the see. I rate my stay in this place VERY GOOD, great location and a room worth its price.

Everything. Great stuff, nice people. It waa my first time in Turkey and so I cant compare with othet Turkish hotels but with the rest of the world (I travel alot) it is perfect. There is airconidtioning, breakfast is nice. It was similar everyday but for me it was good. Terace is super nice and location is good.

Nothing, hotel was great. I will not retutn to Turkey because they all yell alot, they treat women super strange and disrespectfull, they try to trick you whenever they can and ask queations like "why do you travel alone, where is your husband, etc". I have been in 70 countries but this is something 🤣 but this hotel was a super nice calm safe place in this mess of a country. Recommend it

The location was great . Close to all main sights in Istanbul. Hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. Baron and Dogan were so sweet and caring . They made us feel like family.

This Grand Hotel is literally grand. I loved all the staff, super helpful, makes sure you travel is safe, amazing big breakfast on the rooftop with amazing views of the whole city. As soon as you leave the hotel everything you need is across the street! Restaurant’s , blue Mosjid, shopping centers and convenient stores. Big thanks to the receptionists for helping with everything and the best part last day after check out they let us keep our suitcases there safe and secured while we explored and shopped some more. Thanks for the amazing services!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Always available as we came and went every day no matter what the time. Location really good and room had balcony. Good sized room. Nice roof top terrace.

Shower was okay but not great. Curtains really heavy and a hindrance to opening and closing balcony door.
