The hotel, room and staff were exceptional, we had a basement room with private hammam and small outside courtyard. The air conditioning worked well. It was the little extra touches that made our stay, fresh pastries in our room which was cleaned daily, free snacks in the hotel courtyard between 13:00 and 19:00 were an added bonus. Breakfast on the roof terrace had plenty of choices including omelette or fried eggs if you asked for them. The staff were really friendly and informative. The manager who was on duty between 14:00 & 23:00 was particularly helpful when we needed to book an airport transfer and directions for various tourist attractions. If we ever visit Istanbul again we would definitely stay at the Best Point. BTW views of the Blue Mosque from the hotels rooftop were unrivalled!

It was extraordinary! Mustafa went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt and courteous service throughout our stay. Exceptional staff, their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. Mustafa and the staff truly made a difference in our experience. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance to all the highlights of the area was incredibly convenient. Being able to explore the city's attractions on foot made our stay even more enjoyable and allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

Exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent. Muhammet and his team was very friendly with everything we needed. They help with luggage’s and whatever I needed. It has an amazing view to the blue mosque at breakfast . I will be coming back to this hotel and recommend this to anyone.

Excellent breakfast spread each morning. Clean. Nice hamman within the suite. Tidied and cleaned everyday. Refreshments replenished. Good location.

Was informed at checkin that payment needed to be 75% cash and 25% credit card. I found this odd and a bit of a hassle.

The hotel decor is really lovely. The reception area is decorated with interesting ceramics and other objects, and reminds me of my Greek aunt’s home. Both the room and common areas were all spotlessly clean. The staff were kind and respectful towards us. The breakfast was really outstanding, one of the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in—only bettered by the Bilkent University’s hotel! If only we had two bellies for all the food on offer. 🤩 There was something for everyone, sweet and savoury. Even if there had been just a quarter of the different foods on offer I would still have been very happy. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace which provides delightful views of the sun rising over the river on one side and views of the Blue Mosque on the other side.

There was a mix up with our room to begin with, but this was sorted out to our satisfaction. In regard to this, I recommend communicating with the hotel using whatsapp, particularly if making a last minute booking; I suspect that, like a lot of hotels, messages through Booking.com are not checked with the same frequency.
