Staff is highly cooperative. Especially Necip and others. They helped us during our tours. Breakfast is good. Chef is very nice he tried to serve you whatever you ask for. Hotel is nice with everything at walking distance. Hotel has elevator. They stored our luggage for 2 days without any charges.

We recently spent 9 unforgettable days at Hotel Seraglio in Istanbul, and it was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived very late at night, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff waited for us and ensured a smooth check-in process, making us feel immediately welcomed and comfortable. Our accommodation was a magnificent 3-bedroom apartment suite, complete with a kitchen, lounge-dining room, and two spacious bathrooms. The suite was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and provided all the amenities we could possibly need. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was really useful with children. It truly felt like a home away from home. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to look after us. They offered invaluable advice on the best places to visit and the local attractions to watch out for, helping us make the most of our time in Istanbul. Their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's location is another highlight. Situated near the heart of Istanbul, it was conveniently close to major landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace as well as the sea front. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. Despite being so central, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. The service at Hotel Seraglio was consistently outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist us with any requests or questions. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Nacip was especially helpful. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Seraglio was exceptional in every way. Najib’s professionalism and attentiveness made a great impression. The breakfast was delightful, and the chef was exceptionally friendly. He ensured we enjoyed our meals, personally serving us coffee and taking our egg orders. This thoughtful service added to the overall experience. The room was very clean. Everyone was really friendly.

My 2nd visit in thia hotel now, it is the only hotel for me and my wife whenever we come back to Istanbul. There is no where else I would stay. This is because of the lovely staff, lovely location, 5 mins walk from Blue mosque, but very out of the way and peaceful. Amazing view of bosphorus from our room and from breakfast room. The staff are the reason I will only ever come back to Seraglio hotel. We have a personal connection and they treat me with respect and do all they can to help me. The manager treated us to a lovely meal at their restaraunt as a helper as our airline had delayed our baggage. He took care of us and made sure we felt reassured. Thank you so much to everyone at Seraglio hotel, We will be back at some point!

Hotel was really lovely, we booked 2 rooms which were next to each other but separated by a little vestibule. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and on the rooftop with the Blue Mosque in view on one side and the sea on another. There was a plentiful variety to choose from and the breakfast staff were really friendly too. Water was provided everyday day and rooms were kept really clean. Location was nice and quiet. Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia area about 5 minute walk away and all transport easy to access and nearby. Although we spent most of our time exploring Istanbul, overall it is a great hotel and would highly recommend to others.
