Amazing location - just a few steps from the tram stop, and walking distance to many attractions. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the restaurant / breakfast folks. We had our daughters' birthday during our stay and they brought cake / celebrations to make it special. Thanks Mehmet and team! The restaurant can manage allergy requirements very well. The breakfast is top notch. And also the dinner at the restaurant is fantastic

I think the housekeeping can be improved (cleaning of rooms, etc.)

We upgraded our room after one night, because the room was so small that we could hardly open the wardrobe and there was not enough space for a nightstand on both sides of the bed. I think that was the case of the rooms that are situated across the elevators. So ask for rooms that are not facing the elevators. The problem could easily be solved with a narrower bed. Anyhow, the upgraded room was very nice. All service at the hotel was excellent, the food was very god at the restaurant and I got a great massage in the spa by a wonderfully skilled massage therapist called Aesa.

Loved the location - close to Mosques and Grand Bazaar and to walk to the Bosphorus Strait Boat departures. Also close to hundreds of restaurants and shopping streets. Great for browsing. The staff were welcoming and always friendly. The windows have solid new windows of high quality that prevent a lot of street noise. Loved that the Bosphorous River cruises picked us up from the hotel. A bonus after a tired day. Our housekeeping was perfect. Thank you.

We found just one set of cutlery on the breakfast table each day. No spare cutlery on the buffet table. At breakfast at 10am, everyone to tidying and cleaning tables instead of serving to us.

Location is excellent - walking distance to all major sights. Deluxe room was good size, bright and airy with comfortable bed and impressive view. Handy to have tea-making facilities. Restaurant, also with great views, was good - wide selection at breakfast. Welcome cocktail and dinner were tasty. Spa was fine. Staff friendly and helpful.

Finishing decor in room was a little worn - skirting boards missing in places and seating area could be improved. Room light switches confusing - controlled by bedside telephone. Some wear and tear in bathroom. Triple room is quite cramped for adults, but adequate.

good location , walking distance to main attractions, bus station, tram stops. Hotel stuff was welcoming and helpful. On the way back to the airport we’ve got a call from the hotel that we forgot one bag in the lobby . it was my husband’s CPAP machine. We returned for it and still get the plane. We are very thankful for that . When we arrived to the airport and were already heading towards the entrance , the taxi driver called us back . It turned out my husband forgot his phone in the taxi ! Honest people. pleasant stay.

I like to sleep with open windows , but it’s hard because of the constant noise of the street. But the hotel has nothing yo do with it.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya, bazaars, boat tours and public transport. My suite was beautiful and spacious and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a huge variety and friendly staff. I loved all the cheeses and olives. Reception is efficient and very helpful. The Olive Restaurant serves the most delicious Anatolian cuisine. This was my second visit to the Yasmak Sultan and I will definitely return.

The bathroom, although spacious, lacked a few simple necessities: Better lighting above the bathroom mirror, a towel rail next to the wash basin, a hook for a toiletry bag and a hook in the shower for a wash cloth. The shower was very small for a luxury suite and the soap dish was crooked and my shampoo bottle kept falling off. But this did not take away from a very good experience.

Hotel very close (under 100 m) to tram station no. 1 (T1) with which you can reach the main tourist attractions. Very clean hotel. As stated by other tourists, the rooms are small and the bathroom is very small (I stayed in room 2203). Breakfast at most at the average level considering that it is a 4 star hotel. I appreciate that both in the restaurant and in the lobby you can hear pleasant music at an optimal volume. It has very powerful wi - fi, internet corner and printer available. There are many restaurants in the hotel area.

It does not have a Tour Desk as it was written on the booking. Asking for some offers for trips, they provided me with some leaflets. That's it! But this is not a problem, because there are many small agencies in the area that offer trips. The transfer to the airport (by one sense) is higher by over 60% compared to the offers of the surrounding agencies.

Very friendly staff, really nice hotel and spa. We had a view on the Ayasofya Camii from our room! The rooms are really good and clean, but noisy. If you are a light sleeper you might have to ask for a room that is not located on the busy street infront of the hotel. We brought our earplugs since the hotel is located right in the midst of this big Metropol. The beds were great and we could really sleep well. The rooftop bar has really good food and super friendly staff also the breakfast is superb. We stayed for 6 days and we always had some new delicious things to try. Further more the location is just perfect. Almost everything is in walking distance and if you don't feel like walking, just hop on the tram down the street. Lastly, during our stay it was my girlfriends birthday and the hotel gave us a birthday cake in our hotel room, which was a super nice surprise! We really recommand this hotel for your stay in Istanbul!

The rooms can be noisy, but that's to be expected in such a big city.

Location was very central to attractions, shopping, restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa was the best, as you could swim, go in the jacuzzi, work out in the gym, or have a traditional Turkish bath (Hammam).

I realize this isn't a European custom, but I like a washcloth in the bathroom (the one I brought got lost somewhere along the way). It would also be nice to have been offered Turkish tea or coffee with fresh Turkish delight on arrival.

Location was perfect. Very close to the major attractions and great restaurants, yet not in a noisy area.

They pushed together two single beds to make it a King size, however all night the beds kept separating creating a large gap/hole in the middle and I’d literally fall through it and the sheets. I asked several time for them to fix it and tie the beds together at least but nothing was ever done. I also asked for a different room, where we could have a small area with chairs to sit on, instead of the extra single bed they gave us for some reason, bit they said all their rooms are the same. This is NOT true.
