1. Location - very near to Gulhane tram station and main attractions were within walking distance. 2. Breakfast - spread was nice and coffee was good. View was superb overlooking the sea and city. 3. Room - complete facilities, just a little bit small but this is expected around this area.

1. Checkout time - was delayed as the staff was checking us our room before we can go (about 30 minutes) 2. Some staff couldn't communicate well in English, but majority was OK and helpful.

The staff is very welcoming and very helpful with all you need. Also the beds are confortable and the breakfast is tasty. The tram station is nearby and you can easily go wherever you want. Also we had a very nice view to the Gulhane Park. We did not hear the noise from the trams or the streets nearby.

Big plus and thank you for the parking space right in front of the hotel offered to us. Awesome location; super close to lot of tourist attractions and public transportation. Helpful front desk guys who really tried to fulfill all of our requests.

Very uncomfortable pillows (they are too big), lot of noise coming from the street up till late in the evening. Breakfast should be moved to an earlier hour (starting with 8 AM) and please get an omelet as we stayed four nights and we didn’t have for at least once an omelet there. Breakfast seemed super poor and done only because it had to be done.

The LOCATION is perfect, the hotel is literally next to the Gulhane tram station. We booked a deluxe family room for four nights, everything was in order, fenomenal view of the main street. Although the street is very busy, the isolation is excellent and there was no noise. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable. King size bed, top quality mattress. The staff is very pleasant, ready to help in any way and at any time. I especially emphasize the cordiality and professionalism of the general manager, who was kind especially to our little girl who hugged him as if they had known each other for years. The employee Driele in the restaurant helped us every day, she speaks excellent English, cheerful and positive. She was at the service of all guests with a smile. The reception staff were also very kind to us. We got free parking in front of hotel. The breakfast that was included in the price was decent. There was a variety of food, just a little advice to include egg omelette type food, hot dogs and slightly less seasoned fried potatoes and the like. Most people from our area eat an omelette for breakfast, especially children.

Since we liked it in the hotel, we decided to spend one more night in the hotel, so we had to move to another room. We were given a small room that is not suitable for a family with children (I told my mother that we would get a family room). The room is generally conditional, but it had shortcomings such as the shower in the cabin did not work, so we had difficulties changing the girl's diapers (the faucet and auxiliary shower are not functional). The window was poorly sealed, so it was a bit noisier at night, but luckily we only stayed there for one night. I believe that the staff was not aware of these shortcomings, otherwise we would have been given another room.

The property is super central and close to everything needed like Tram right around the corner, pharmacy 2 minutes walk, sweet stores left and right, very good restaurants close by, every mosque in walking distance and museums, the bridge and the grand bazar are less then 20 minutes away The staff was very helpful in every case and super friendly Ergin, who welcomed me and my wife, was very engaged to make our stay as pleasurable as possible, many thanks to him

It can be loud sometimes outside but that is normal with a hotel in a central area

The location is great if you want to be in the heart of the old city. Noise was not an issue, and it really could have been in this part of the city. I think I can say it was relatively quiet with windows shut down and it wasn't too noisy when they were open. Parking on the street in front of the hotel is possible and this is also great and super convenient as driving through the old city can be nightmarish. There was a working elevator. Card access to the room. I didn't use the wi-fi so no idea about this. The room was ok although it could benefit from better maintenance. If a broken handle or a small barely noticeable spot doesn't get to your nerves, it's fine. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, and I thank them for this.

Issuing an invoice was a pain. The staff/accounting eventually managed to work it out but not without headaches and uncertainties.

Location was excellent for me, with a tram stop right outside, walking distance to many attractions and the tours I had booked. The hotel staff always greeted me with a smile and helpful advice if I needed help. they watched me come and go for 4 days and I had the best time in Istanbul. The hotel felt safe to me as a solo female traveller and I would highly recommend to anyone. Hasan at the front desk was very helpful and kind to me at all times and always had the best smiles for me. Thank you to all staff at the hotel, I was so happy with my choice of hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable and the entire staff was wonderful, which is why I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If you are interested in visiting the main sights that Istanbul has to offer, such as the Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower, Dolmabahce Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Spice/Egyptian Bazaar, etc, then this is the best place to stay. Many of these locations are walkable and/or reachable via the tramway. There are many restaurants and shops nearby to explore as well! Each member of staff we encountered were extremely helpful, sweet, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. Shout out to Ersin, Hasan, Seymus, and the lovely lady at the reception. There were others as well, but sadly didn't catch their names. They helped us schedule a taxi for the airport, helped us book a Bosphorous Night cruise, showed us how to buy a tram card, and even went with us to find lahmacun and simit when we were having late night cravings! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a breakfast and coffee on the rooftop. There is an elevator for those who have mobility issues and air conditioning, which you may need to request the front desk to adjust to your needs.

Being in the middle of the action and next to the tram, it was expected to hear some hustle and bustle from pedestrians and the tram. Was not a problem for us, even when it was the night of the 2023 UEFA Champions League final, but if you are sensitive to sounds at nighttime, consider bringing earplugs!

We really liked everything. If you want to stay in the center of Istanbul close to all the attractions, then this is the best option in terms of price and quality. We arrived before check-in time and were checked into our room without any problems. There were some problems with a broken shower head, which was fixed as soon as we called. Otherwise everything is fine. Very clean, the room was cleaned every day. There was water constantly. Separately, I would like to draw your attention to the delicious breakfast, we have been to many places in Turkey and the food here is really varied and tasty! Another special thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff!

When i checked in , i faced a problem with the check in lady They charged me a 40$ extra to the original amount As per them my card was usd card and they charged it in euros So next time you stay and if ur card is not euro card please mention that to the receptionist … However the manager was professional and solved the problem the second day morning Breakfast was delicious and variable Location was in the middle of all attractions and near to public transportation Loved this hotel and will definitely stay again
