i enjoyed my stay in this hotel. the breakfast was good, the location was perfect in the heart of old town in Istanbul and also the room were cleaned daily!

I ordered a taxi to the airport through the hotel and I was told by the hotel to pay the driver no more than $20. when we arrived to the airport that taxi driver demanded $30. I had to call the security of the airport on him in order for him to let my luggage out of his car. it was a fraud by this taxi driver and I’m upset the hotel called such a person for this airport transfer

1. The staffs were friendly and communicate well. They deliver any requests or questions asked. 2. The rooms were exactly how it is advertised. I love this part the most since I get what I was expecting. 3. The location is near to almost all famous tourist hotspots at the european side of istanbul. 600m away to Ayasofya, 500m or so to spice market, and its also near to the tram and near to the sea. 4. Quality wise, you get what you pay. This place is among the cheapest in that area so be reasonable with your expectation. The room was comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and they have a lift.

For the towels and bed sheets that are not in a perfect condition I think they should be removed.

The Price was good and the location was superb, you can visit all main locations by foot

The pick up transfer was well organised, and they waited for us at the airport. The check-in was very quick and the receptionist gave us bunch of informations, where we can go, where we can eat good food, how to get to other parts of İstanbul etc. They always provided necessary information. The rooms were cleaned every day, so were the towels changed every day. The hotel is very close to Grand Bazaar, Blue mosque, but also tram and ferry stations are not that far. The hotel has nice view from the terrace. The elevator in the hotel was of great help for our baggage when we arrived and when we were leaving.

Last two days of my stay AC was not working properly, although receptionist came to fix it, it was cooling the room for few minutes, and then again every half an hour for few minutes was cooling and then again it was just fan working, thus my room felt like sauna for last 2-3days. If I had to stay longer, I'd have asked for the other room. The breakfast was served on the plates, and was the same every day, but still ok. Regarding the TV in the room, there was just 1 English program, all were either Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Iranian etc. There were no Turkish programs either, thus nothing to watch on it. One day they forgot to put toilet paper in one of the rooms I booked.

The manager of the hotel Mr. Gokay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us book bus tickets to another city in Turkey which you can only do with a local credit/debit card and as tourists we couldn't. He provided us the rooms the minute they were available, allowing us to freshen up from our long journey and constantly remained in touch over whatsapp to answer any queries we had. The hotel location is superb, and is in a quiet neighborhood allowing one to sleep soundly. The breakfast is adequate and the overall stay was more than value for money.

location: very close to Sirkeci by walking, close to caffe bar restaurants. walking 10min and arriving to other side - SultanAhmet. room: clean, comfort, good/fast wifi. staff: very friendly and helping with everything

The room was spacious, had good lighting which is amazing and the room was recently painted. The location is great. In close proximity to main attractions. Wifi was fast

My bathroom ceiling had black mold which was not pleasing to the eye. I wish the staff could speak English a little bit, because there was a communication barrier

Great location of the hotel, nice guys at the reception, somewhat basic room with a super comfortable bed and all the necessities, decent Turkish breakfast. Definitely top for the money asked!

As much as I wanted to come back to my favourite Istanbul, it felt like I ended up in a Russian city. It's really ridiculous these days: you hear more Russian than Turkish in the streets! As a result, the city as a whole and sadly the hotel in particular gives you an impression of a Russian ghetto. It was really annoying, even though it is nobody's "fault" of course. Besides, try to pretend you don't speak Russian, and you might hear comments from Russian-speaking weirdos like how you dress up for breakfast and so on. What an unforgettable experience! 😂
